Marc (owner) is the absolute worst person I have ever done business with. He installed our awning, it failed a couple days later (tore out of the cleats) and he removed it, promising a prompt repair. Three weeks later and he is literally unresponsive. He has our money, and we have no awning. We arent sure what to do at this point except call our credit card company and try and reverse the transaction.

Awful experience so far! The owner literally doesn’t care! He doesn’t show up to get the work done and doesn’t even call to reschedule! Stay away!

Doesn’t always return calls promptly but does excellent work and is half the price of the big guys

Beware. Horrible service. Doesnt ever show up when scheduled, constantly lieing and will not return calls.

Cataract city awning cashed our check to have our awning installed over a month ago and we have yet to have our awning set up. The owner will not return mine or my husbands phone calls.
