Nice staff and somewhat clean store, but expect to pay far more than what the merchandise should be priced

Always has what Im looking for and if they dont have it they will call around to see who does they will also go as far as to look up on their website for you and show you ordering options very friendly staff

Not much inventory but what do expect 3 days before Halloween. Not .any workers to ask for help.

They have whatever color you would like in paper products and plasticware. But prices have really gone up.

Very friendly staff. Helped me find a costume Id been looking for after Halloween that was in the back and unlike Canadian stores, they put their Halloween stuff on sale after Halloween. Got a great deal.

Everyone was so nice very helpful... went to look for elmo for my sons 1st birthday and the lady I spoke with also told me she could order things for me if I seen it online and not in store. Honestly one of the best 30 minutes I spent in a store. Thank you.!!

Always find a card for what ever occasion reasonable prices however not much of a mother and father selection

Place Is ok. You have to know your prices. They are higher but if you are looking for an all in one, one stop shop then you will like the place. Nothing unique being sold, just convenience.

Great place to go for any party supplies

Just getting balloons for #SmallBusinessSaturday blown up. They give you ribbons in the kit, but party city was nice enough to include ribbons coordinating colors free of charge. Definitely made the day start off well.

I am usually always in party city for all occasions, however my last visit, I was extremely dissatisfied. I went with intentions of buying decorations for my sons 16th birthday. Come to find out party city only caters to girls turning 16, with everything being pink and there literally are no options for boys. Word of advice, make it a priority for there to be options for boys, they turn 16 too and a big celebration does happen for them too!

The employees here are usually always rude and seem irritated when asked any questions. The checkout is usually always slow and if there is a pricing error the managers have been extremely slow to show up as well as rude. The store is usually always disorganized and it is hard to find what your looking for. The custom printing center is usually always closed and no other employee in the store seems to know how to do it. I visit the Amherst location when I want to purchase something from here.

Party store that doesn’t have anything for the Chinese Linar New Year. Store is full of overpriced tacky decorations, but not one red envelope. When I asked the sales rep told me to office max or go online. *tone deaf*
