Friendly service. Great price.Bill is especially great. I was quoted a higher amount and thus handed over the full amount. I didnt count it as we were having a wonderful chat whilst filling the pool. About an hour later I received a call from Bill stating I over payed. He arranged to drop off the excess on his way back from another stop. Such a warm, welcoming, down to earth honest man.Highly recommend True Blue.

I was having a hard time finding anyone to fill our pool, and a friend recommended True Blue. First I talked to Marsha on the phone, she got me set up right away with a delivery for the next day, and she was super friendly and helpful. The next day, Bill came out with the truck. He had to do 4 loads to fill the pool. He was also very friendly, and a very quick worker. The whole experience was very good. I would highly recommend this company!

We have a rural residence near welland. I called the office when we ran out of water and informed the secretary that we had children and pets in the home and needed a truck ASAP. She made us wait FIVE DAYS before she sent a truck. She was so rude and lacked basic customer service skills. We now have great service at another service. I do not recommend this company at all.

They came through for us when our regular company wouldnt even call us back! Definitely going to be taking our business to them because they where fast and reliable. Very reasonably priced and the driver was very super friendly :)

Have been calling twice a day for over two weeks now, no has has answered any of my calls, voicemails, or emails (like their voice message says they will) have been a customer for over 5 years and suddenly since new ownership we have been jumping through hoops to get in contact with anyone. However, somehow they are able to email us past statements claiming they have not been paid. We have the paperwork to prove each payment but can’t seem to show it to them due to the fact they won’t answer our calls or emails.

Impressed. Even though they could not help me at the time; were very courteous and explained what they could do for me. I appreciate that they returned my call and gave the time of day. Thanks.

The secretary here wouldn’t know customer service if it slapped her in the face. I ran out of water with 4 children in the home and she couldn’t care less; she made us wait FIVE DAYS FOR WATER! When I voiced my concerns to her, she threatened to make it six days! I would never recommend this place. Ever.

This has been the company that has serviced our water needs for the last 3 years...Now when I called them to supply me with water they say they are too busy and to call someone else! Really True Blue! I am going to the media when you are refusing me delivery of water which I need desperately! No reason why!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves and I have contacted the BBB and the local media!
