Great mechanic shop in niagara falls!! AMAZING customer service!Went over any beyond for me. I misunderstood the gentleman on the phone and showed up 10 or 15 minutes before they were closing for an AC Top up. The mechanic MANNY offered to do the job at closing time on a friday. With this heat warning were having Im FOREVER grateful I dont have to roast in my truck all weekend! Thank you to the guys at NAPA I will definitely be back to see Manny for my mechanic needs!!!

The team really helped me understand what was wrong with my cars Air Conditioning. They bought me back to their working area and showed me precisely what was wrong, that way, I myself knew the issue.They really went out of their way to assist me with my fixes and repairs. Manny and Saif are responsive, polite and attentive.I just bought used winter tires with rims from them yesterday and was told there was an issue with the rims after a couple of test drives. When I took the car back today, they checked the tires and right away agreed that 3 rims were not the right fit and ordered new ones.After I go back tomorrow to refit my tires with the correct rims, I will post on the service recovery and update the star rating.10 Nov: I did go back for my refit of new rims which was managed promptly by Manny.Just a word of advise, please do check before hand if they are going to add an installation charge, which I paid and not too happy about.I do know from experience elsewhere that installation is included in the charge when you buy and fit in a full set of used tires.

This man that runs this business is a real honest mechanic. I’ve came in many times with my father and our dodge caravan and he has always been super nice and accusly honest on what work needs to be done and will let you no if sees something that may need work but at least what he sais is true and let’s you no how long you can still go before getting a part other places would straight up up chsrge and tell you it needs to be done right away .
