This is my favourite place to visit every time I visit Clifton Hill! I can never leave without paying a visit and buying some treats. They have such a great selection including fudge, candy apples, sour candy, and so much more. There’s also a large display window where you can watch the how it all gets made. The staff is very kind and helpful as well. 10/10
Love coming here before we leave. Very clean and great prices/selection. Lots of staff and it is great seeing them making fudge on site. Candy Apples are a must!
You have good stuff but make sure to hire friendly and inclusive people. Meagan, you ignored us today... intentionally and we didnt like it!
The fudge was great we got the 4th slice free, and aside from the Irish cream one, the other three seemed fresh. Its kind of pricey but whatever. The lady that served us wasnt very polite.
Yummy! They have large windows through which you can watch them make fudge and alike. The treats are handmade in front of you.
By far the worst experience I’ve had in Niagara, I walk in the store on august 9 in the evening and I ask to me helped and I had to ask multiple times from all the staff. I went to pay and my sisters mask broke so I kindly asked if they have any extras to give. If they didn’t I wouldn’t mind at all. There was 2 girls talking to eachother facing back from me and they kept laughing and ignoring me when I asked for help so when they finally listened to me ask they started bursting into laughter like I told some kind of joke? So rude I don’t even care about the product at this point and I work in customer service, management seriously needs to train them better. I’ve read so many similar reviews on google and to be honest looks like a pattern to me. Highly disappointed never coming here again.
I never would have believed it but the dill pickle cotton candy is actually delicious!
This place may have a hint of racism in their ranks. They were very eager to assist and help the lighter skin toned folks in front of us in line, but refused to even acknowledge us when it was our turn. We asked them if they were working and they said they were just refilling stuff. 3 staff standing around and talking while ignoring customers at your counter doesnt look like work to me. We still bought 2 candy apples, but beware...make sure youre of the right skin tone before approaching.
A great selection. A tidy well kept store that makes fresh fudge daily. You can also watch them prepare the fudge in the front window. They have other specialty items like frozen chocolate dipped cheesecake, chocolate dipped twinkies and a wide variety of macaroons. The price is a little on the high end but look at the location.
The place was packed when I went but the stuff there is so good
The one and only place in town. Tons to choose from. Awesome staff. No parking.
Amazing fudge. So addicting! I highly recommend the Maple fudge, the chocolate fudge, and the peanut butter-chocolate fudge.
I love this store! From the fresh fudge, to the chocolate dipped pretzels and macarons! The big winner is the waffle cone rolls that are dipped in chocolate and drizzled with caramel... SO GOOD! They allow you to mix and match items that are the same price too, so if anything is 3 for $10 you dont have to get all of the same treats! ❤
Went for a friend, to bring back goodies to Toronto! Candy apples and fudge.
We had nice visit but they didnt have our Cotton candy Taffy, that was disappointing.
Must try the fudge and the mudslide brownies 😍
Amazing selection of candies and chocolates. Their caramel apples are to die for. Good atmosphere for the kids and as well as the adults. Every time I go to Niagara, I do go here and get myself one yummy caramel apple.Huge selection of candies. Staff is friendly. They even let you taste a few chocolates to help you select what you want.
Nice place to buy all kind of candy and chocolates.
The employees were very nice and the fudge is good!!
Amazing place. A lot of chocolate candy.
Cute place but their fudge is anything but old fashioned, which would be with cane sugar. These guys make it with ultra sweet high fructose corn syrup. You can taste it. Seriously the fudge tastes like corn syrup.
To be located in the heart of over priced tourist attractions, the prices of the fudge at The Fudge Factory are reasonable. The fudge is not the highest of quality but it is good. Instead of just wrapping it in wax paper, you can ask them to seal the fudge to extend the life and taste of the fudge for two weeks at room temperature.
Must try rock slide brownie if you are in Niagara Falls. Yum yum
Love this store!! Wouldnt be a Falls trip without dropping some coin in here!!!
The ambience is appealing and welcoming..but, the fudge are super sweet. I bought 8 different fudge today and everything in it was sugar. The sweetness level is way more abnormal than it should be. Its not only me, but all my colleagues at work(different races and culture) found it extremely sweet. There were no other flavors as sugar was overpowering rest flavors.
Lots of amazing delicious options of fudge and candy. A little pricey. But def worth a try!
I went to this store this evening in hoping of enjoying some candy apple and chocolate dipped waffle cones. As I was standing in line, I witnessed a staff (Taylor) pick up the few waffle cones that were dropped outside of the tray onto the hot case and put it onto the tray with the rest of the cones. I work in a restaurant and even teach food safety and this is definitely not safe. The case is contaminated with other food and staff hands. I inquired this with the Taylor and she said that this is how they operate and that I dont have to shop at their store and asked me to leave. She was very rude in her tone and I was not satisfied with the and answer. I wanted to know more so I spoke with another staff at the entrance who took side of Taylor instead of providing a proper answer to a potential customer. Their customer service was very bad and I left feeling very upset. This experience left a very sour taste for this store and unfortunately I will not be returning. Instead of making sure customers are left with feeling safe, staff of this store were rude and asked customers to leave their store.
Went there on our weekend trip (August 24). Staff were friendly and asking everyone if they needed help or ready to purchase. Only draw back was I should’ve bought more fudge. Reasonable price, I’ve paid more for less at Fairs.
Real Canadian fudge.
Love this place! I’ve been here many times ever since I was a kid. There’s lots of fun, unique flavours. If you’re in Niagara, give this place a visit and pick up some delightful fudge.
Always a pleasure 😊
The best fudge everrrrrrrr
Great place, it smells like chocolate! Prices are decent and charge by the container size rather than by weight. Lots of fudge options, and other pre packaged items also. Nice people working there friendly and helpful. Bright airy roomy and clean. All great things to say about this candy store.
A trip to Niagara Falls is no fun if you dont visit the fudge Factory.Enhanced your sweet tooth
Love this store! The wide variety of fudge on display itself is appealing to the eye. Customer service can definitely be improved as I had to wait for a while to be noticed and was rushed with my order. Will definitely be back though!
This place is fudge heaven on earth!!! So delicious! If I worked here, I would easily gain 20 lbs in a week and eventually not fit through the doors. So glad we stopped by. Great treats and friendly staff.
One of my favorite places in Niagara Falls. Huge assortment of fudge and other sweets.
This place is amazing!!! I love that you can see them baking the fudge. I always make sure to bring some fudge home when visiting Niagara. Super tasty and fresh!!
Ordered 4 macaroons. She put the first one in the bag, dropped the second macaroon on the floor, then proceeded to put it in the bag with the first one. When we asked if it fell on the floor she said yes. But didn’t care to take it out until we asked her to replace both macaroons. She said the first one is fine, but it had been the same bag with the dirty macaroon. She refused to change it out. We walked away, unfortunately didn’t get to try anything. Disgusting service.
Varied collection of fudge and candies. You can see them make the fudge right in front of your eyes! Peanut butter and chocolate fudge is yummm...
A friend had asked for some fudge back from Niagara so i decided to try it for myself too. I got the dark chocolate and mint chocolate flavors, the dark chocolate was very nice, the mint wasnt bad but I definitely did not like it as much. Would likely go back to get more fudge when Im in Niagara, although ive heard there is a spot in Niagara in the lake with good fudge as well.
Most importantly, the fudge is hardly edible. Its unflavored, crumbly and is comparable to wax. Ive actually never had such awful fudge before. What a bummer! The shop is cute and the employees are fantastic! Presentation is great too!
Pretty nice spot for candies and fudge. Lots of variety. About $22 USD for four GENEROUS pieces of fudge.
I love this store. Every time we go to Niagara Falls, Clifton Hills we always go in here for the fudge. This store has lots of delicious treats. And I feel like a kid in a candy store. We usually buy 3 fudges and get one for free for $22. My favourite flavour is the peanut butter chocolate.
Oh my goodness talk about delicious. A big kid for sure when it came to this store oh ya you wont be disappointed here. ENJOY
Love it. From the candy to the people to the overall aesthetic, this place wins at all of them. They have the best fudge Ive ever tried and I highly recommend you try some. If youre not into fudge you can check out their vast collection of other sweets. Great place and a must see.
Fudge is amazing !!! Shared with friends and all agreed with quality....bought 3 slices to get the 4th free. You certainly could tell which slice was the last pic aka free slice ...but fresh and yummy
Stay away from the ice cream! The fudge here is great, but the dipped ice cream is such a huge disappointment. The dipped chocolate is flavorless, and so is the ice cream. The cone literally tastes like cardboard. Stick to the fudge and you wont be disappointed. 2 stars because I expected more from fudge factory.
It’s ok nice selection of candy and fudge and some neat candy and chocolate coated items but ..the candy shop at the table rock welcome centre by the falls has fudge you can buy in half pieces or small pieces. so you can buy a couple kinds to try, this place you have to buy full slabs and if it’s not a flavour you end up liking you’ve wasted your money on a whole slab of fudge and it’s not cheap.but that is really the only issue I have w it store
The caramel candy apples and chocolate cups are awesome! Highly recommend!
I wish I remembered their names for the two young ladies that helps me were very pleasant very polite
I love this place! I have to get fudge each time I go to Niagara. I tried a few macarons once and they werent the greatest but I do have to recommend the fudge. You can see them making the fudge through the window which is great. Customer service is good too! They usually have deals like buy 3 fudges get one free!
Variety of goodies available, you can even see them making stuff when you go in. However the taste of the fudge and other stuff we purchased to were subpar to what weve had elsewhere. The peanut butter fudge was decent though.
Its was nice. Lots of varieties. Sugar rush. Ohhhh. Cant do it🤪🥴
Treats are amazing here. I love that you can watch fresh fudge get made as well
Amazing they make the fudge in front of you. Great skills...
Good service and surprisingly reasonable prices considering its a tourist area. The fudge is quite good as well.
All the items bought literally taste sugar.thats it. No other favours. They have good business trick that is the demo showing by their workers. All get tempted to enter in the shop by seeing that demo. It tasted very badly for me
I loved the fudge factory
Cool spot! Been going there for a while. Fudge is good. The rest of the store is mainly overpriced bulk barn candy.Location needs an update soon!
Awesome tasting Fudge and Candy 🍭. It’s good if you have Kids I’m sure they will love it and adults too. I would definitely go here again!
From the wall of candy to the chocolate covered candy apples this place is a must. Its a perfect little store. And for the non sweet tooth they have the novelties you will love! Check it out you will not be disappointed
Best fudge! Great selection of fudge and other sweets. Can be very busy during the day, so lines can be quite long. Worth the wait though.
Great selection of candies and chocolates. Pricing is bit on the high side.
The double dark chocolate is as sweet as milk chocolate 😑😑😑😑When you say dark, it’s dark with minimum amount of sugar
The best fudge!
Who can say no to fudge, especially with a buy 3 and get a 4th for free deal
Be very careful in here, if you are on any kind of diet this could be the end of it. You could probably put on a pound or two just by smelling the wonderful smells. Great treats are to be had here.
Its a good place to enjoy the look of chocolate and desserts but the chocolate taste is very plain not as you would expect.
If you love fudge this place is great!A bit too sweet for my taste, but we always end up coming here when we have overseas guests.
On google the store hours are from 9am to 12. I came with my family at 10am. The store was closed and the stuff inside were rude and unpleasant when I asked about the timing. Nobody came to us to let us know when they are going to open and also on front doors trees are no working hours either. I am very disappointed
This place is full of ask sorts of candy. Great place in Niagara Falls.
Have not gone in to shop yet but I will but every thing looks amazing
Nice place with good looking food, the only thing is that their fudge doesnt contain cocoa or chocolate and its noticeable in the corn syrup marked taste.
