Picked up my jeep today, took two weeks for the whole buying process. There was a holiday weekend in there, so it is what it is. Over the course of that time, they were fixing issues I had brought up and having it inspected. Not sure how they pulled off getting this to pass inspection with less than 1/32 tread, but looks like Ill need to spring for new tires as well as paying this jeep off in full. Should have gone somewhere else and paid more to not have to worry about this before winter.

I was very pleased with the service I received from the owner Bob. But I was even more pleased with the service that I received from Darryl the salesman and his team. He made our buying experience pleasurable. My entire experience took approximately two hours and I was told 2 days for my car to inspected and detailed and I thought for sure they were feeding me bull but exactly 2 days later I had my dream car. I just wanted to say thanks to DARRYL for all his help. Very trustworthy. I just wanted to say thanks 🙏 again for all your help. If your looking for a decent used car stop by and ask for Darryl and I have no doubt in my mind he’s going to take of you. Thanks again Mr Darryl.

My daughter and I bought a Nissan Rogue SUV there for her first car. Within 9 months both front axles were replaced and the transmission failed. Our shop said transmission needs total rebuild. Owner Bob will not do anything about it. I implore you NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! TOTAL CON SHOP!Poor business practices! Great you did this to an 18 yr old for her first car.

I have bought two cars from the Transportation Center of WNY. They are a locally owned used car dealer. Bob, the owner is also the guy who goes to car auctions buying cars and trucks with over 20 years of on the job experience. He knows when an auction car is a good deal or not. After he secures the best deal off the day the cars are inspected by an independent shop. It something is not right with the car, it is fixed to meet state inspection before being sold to us car buyers. You can put your trust in Bob. He is a businessman and he knows cars.

Bob refused to do a major repair on a vehicle. As of 3 weeks after sale hasnt sent loan paperwork work to finance company. Vehicle returned and he refused to return deposit. Big mistake dealing with this guy.

Any good reviews about transportation center they put there themselves!!!!! Bob the owner is only out to cheat you rob you and give you the run around. I let them know Day 1 something was wrong with the car. He has mechanics on his payroll to lie and deceive you to think that actually look at or even fix your car. If you get a vehicle from here your making a horrible mistake . If you want to make a deal with the devil Bobs your guy. Hes your best friend till after he gets your down payment then you realize moments later the vehicle has problems the fork tongue and pitchfork comes out...... you been warned!!!!!

Bought a mustang here last year. Ive put a total of 6000 miles on the car. In order to get it inspected I had to get 4 new tires on the car. Replace both tail lights and head lights. Coolant was leaking as well as oil. Now just recently the timing chain just broke and the engine has to be replaced. Avoid this place at all costs.

Liars and false advertising they are not the home of guaranteed financing they said they could get me in a car and I was approved by a company but because I had a couple marks on my credit for turning in a car that didnt work engine went after a month and a voluntary return of a car also they messed my credit up worse by doing to many hard inquiries do not do business unless you have good credit high mile cars

The Transportation center of western New York is known by the locals as the Niagara transportation center. This is the first transportation center that you would come to on your bus trip to Niagara falls via Buffalo transit station. This transportation center has a bath room and a clean waiting area in addition to that they also have route schedules for other buses that service the area.

I really cant say enough about Dane the sales man an Pete the Mechanic. As a single woman they took good care of me like I was one of there family member.They honored their warranty to the Fullest. They were very honest and friendly to me. They made sure my Mazda 6 was well taken care of along with my Safety in the Vehicle that I just purchased from them. Bought a jeep from them put almost $4000. In to it with tires and a complete new rear suspension. Told them within a few day there were issues they wouldnt stand behind it. Transmission went still no help. Jeep has been sitting in a field for 2 years waiting for it to be paid off so I can take it to the junk yard. Vehicle they sell are junk and they stand behind nothing they sell.

I tried to buy any vehicle anywhere and did get approved to do in house financing but they wanted $4k plus every vehicle had over 100kmiles I talked to Nick I stubbled on his website I filled out a short fast application on my phone he called within minutes giving me directions. I was at my last straw but he was such a nice non pushy type of guy and little to say I drove away the next day in my dream vehicle!!! He made it happen and I didn’t know that I even had credit I thought my ex husband destroyed it! Nope and I would recommend them to everyone!

The only guy working was kind of nice, but wasnt able to answer questions based on the cars. When we applied for the loan, then never called us back. Ended up getting a car somewhere else.

We purchased a car here last fall and it was the WORST experience we have ever had with purchasing a car. There were things that needed to be repaired in the car and it took many, many phone calls and (interior console) that dont match the car. We were without the care for several weeks after the purchase and when we finally took it to a different place to be repaired, they said oh, THAT place...sorry, well do our best. I do not recommend this business to anyone!the car wasnt finished until the last day of the 60-day Lemon Law. And, we ended up with parts

I suggest any interested buyers to shop somewhere else, I’d hate to see someone make the same mistake as me. 4 months in you’ll be dishing out hundred or possibly thousands repairing your vehicle. I am a former employee who also purchased a vehicle through them, I was screwed over and told its on me to fix the problems. They sell anything to anyone to make money, they DO NOT fix your vehicle they will sell a warranty instead. I was instructed by the OWNER to not have morals working in the auto industry because it wont get me far. These reviews about tim are mostly made by him. He is a two faced salesman who will be your friend to have you aign a contract but the minute something is wrong you wont hear back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Horrible, they said they would help my sister get into a car and they havent. They got her to put down a 1000.00 do and she still doesnt have a car two months later. She wants her money back and she paid by a card and they told her they had to cut her a check. Its been 2 weeks and she still doesnt have her money. I even called in her behalf and although they act helpful on the phone they dont seem to be doing what they said they are going to do. I tried working with them 10 years ago and had a horrible experience. I brought myself sister here thinking after 10 years maybe new people it would have changed, but it has not. Then have it for 4 days and it doesnt even work..call to ask where to go and they just have a oh well attitude ....RUN TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!

My wife bought a car from there about year and a month ago and just had to trade it in because it was a total lemon. They screwed around with her for 2 weeks to even get the vehicle, and from the time she drove it off the lot there was nothing but problems. We invested over a 1000 dollars in it only to find out it was going to cost 1000s more to actually fix it. I would never recommend this place to anyone and if could give negative stars I would.

Have had nothing but problems since i purchased it and have no help getting it fixed. Contract was also illegally signed for bank because I wasnt able too make it in. He forged my signature. First of all, I had two trades, which confused the previous dealer I went to (where I bought my chrysler in the falls).On to my next stop for some research, they had a Jeep online I was interested in. I worked with Tim Renzoni the sales manager and finance man (they only have 2 guys there, Zack is the other one, hes helpful too, and the owner who is older and doesnt say much lol).It was a busy Saturday, and Tim was wrapping up another deal, so he took my license, put a dealers plate on the back and said its got a half tank of gas, go have fun! - it helped that it was one of the last nice days of the year.By the time I got back, he had trade numbers, finance numbers, and an approval from Cornerstone credit union, an A tier rate and a 3 year warranty for less than I was paying for my big Chrysler.We actually had fun working together and I brought my friend by later on that day to see the car - he let me drive it again even though he had to stay a little late.Anyways, I love my little Jeep, and this was the easiest car Ive ever bought thanks to TC WNY and their classy crew.

NEVER GO HERE. gave them 1000 deposit and decided to go with another company, they told me the deposit was refundable at any point and now they are keeping it. I told them i couldnt buy a vehicle anymore and they said thats not their fault and now i cant afford my rent. Disgusting customer service. Never support this man he is a crook.

I left a depost for a car 200$ then decided not to take it. It been a year and they still havent return my money. Every time i went or call they would say management change and take a copy of my receipt but never call me back or gave me my money. Be care full of this place.
