Representative was totally awesome! She was very knowledgeable and she even answered questions regarding the cell phone that I currently have and made me aware of tools on my phone I did not know about previously! It was a pleasure, truly a pleasure doing business with her. My experience with the cricket retail customer service representative was truly the best experience I have ever had with any customer service representative, anywhere!

I chose the cricket store on pine Ave. The woman who took care of me was well versed in her products, and sold me an excellent phone. She was very personable and I enjoyed her sense of humor. She upgraded my service, too. Outstanding service!!

Great Place in and out service, I bought a charger from there a while ago that didnt work in two different vehicles the girl let me exchange it for another with no receipt or original packaging and I received a better car charger and USB cord Thank You Cricket and girl who worked that night

Thief Abdul stole my cash payment, I sent certified complaint to owner who did not respond. Then Abdul posted a double payment that was debited. Abdul is very sneaky & tricky while talking to you. Abdul lied to me about everything. They must not pay the thief much because he steals. Address 8339 nf blvd. Nf Ny. Went to pine ave. Cricket, she lied to me about everything too, double hit my debit. Cant remember her name, starts w/an A, works nights & brags about how she knows everything, African American older woman. Shes a loser too. I ran to awesome spectrum.

Very helpful staff here, decent pricing.Cricket cell phone reception, and data plans for the money are some of the best in the USA. Thats coming from someone whos tested all major carriers from NY, to California, to Key West.Cricket cell service is significantly more affordable compared to competitors such as; Verizon or AT&T. NET10, Cricket, and Walmart are some of the best there are when it comes to reception, pricing, and overall service. Theres always room for improvement, and cell service shouldnt be so expensive these days either way you cut the cheese. Even $20 month for unlimited data is too much seeing thats hours of work for many.
