Great prices, bought a few things. Indoor outlet mall, which is surprising! But there are some great deals, bought a ring for my wife and toys for daughter!

This place is so huge and theres so many stores to look at itll take hours to get through. They have so many option and have stuff for all types of people. Def recommend

Clean, great stores and food court. Ive been visiting this place occasionally for 3 decades and it has been a consistently terrific experience.

Walked around the mall which was clean and had lots of good sales going.I was interested in the Vera Bradley store. Totally enjoyed shopping and made several purchases at several stores.

No stock in stores. Over priced. Mall was not busy. One thing....ever store I walked in I was welcomed in. Thats ok. But, continue talking from sales people. Just looking. 4 stores did that. Very uncomfortable. I know you need sales. When a person says just looking leave customer alone.....

Really have stepped up their game in the last 5 years, more stores, better stores, better layout. Clean bathrooms and mall common areas. No surprise this place is so popular on both sides of the border.

The Mall wasnt very crowded for it to be a Saturday this made shopping quick and efficient in and out of stores make it actually kind of nice. Not at all what Im used to.

Love it here!!!! I drive an hour and a half anytime we need to go to the mall so we can go here. The mall is clean and well kept. There is nothing about the center than feels like an “outlet”. Not to knock other malls but Waterloo isn’t looking too well these days and Niagara is a breathe of fresh air. This center confirms that yes the pandemic has impacted retail it isn’t dead by any means!!! Love this center and the stores are really outlets not full price stores in an outlet mall.

Im all about a good bargain. When we first walked in...they were giving away free backpacks for back to school, with supplies inside. The had all types of sells in every store for the labor day weekend. I found some good deals!

Plenty of shops good shopping and a great manager of the mall. If I remember right,it was John.Checks were the crowds come from and shows interest in servicing the customers. Ive been here twice in 2 weeks. Not disappointed. Good place

Clothes and other shops are ok. Theres plenty of variety from different stores. However, if you plant to spend a day shopping there, the food options are very limited....go prepared!

FOUND A FLY IN MY FOOD today. I used to love getting my food from Ding Hao, but not anymore!!!!The workers weren’t even wearing gloves,masks, or washing their hands.Had to throw out my food.Really disappointed

Hours are pretty steady throughout the mall. Sometimes they do vary store to store based on business needs and season. Something for everyone

A big mall with a bunch of high end stores. There is parking around the entire mall. Its sad to see lots of the restaurants in the food court closed though. Other than that its worth the drive.

We decided to swing by here on the way home from a small weekend trip to The Falls. Its certainly worth the detour on the way home. We have some outlet style malls in our general area but this one is especially nice because the vast majority of stores are enclosed in a shopping mall style environment. One nice thing about this mall is theres honestly something for everyone to enjoy from women to men to kids. A nice food court and for being in a tourist spot everything is very reasonably priced (we actually found some awesome deals). We will definitely stop back anytime were in this general area.

Many empty store fronts, not crowded at all on a weekday evening. Some stores closing earlier than mall hours posted. The stores that are open have helpful staff.

We stopped at the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls while we waited for some rain to pass prior to visiting the Falls. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount and variety of stores. There is also a food court though it didnt appear to have more than 4-5 options. It appears the options that may have been pop ups throughout the mall were closed (likely due to Covid).Location is clean and grounds are well kept.

Great place to shop! The staff in the stores are professional and friendly. They could use a bigger food court with a more diverse offering. How no one there makes Buffalos famous Beef on Weck is beyond me!

Beef Jerky was great! Large variety of jerky & meat sticks. The even have vegan jerky. Sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls, USA is a very nice and amazing place for shopping. I along with my family were on a trip to Niagara Falls. We found opportunity to go to Mall.Our family bought Ladies bags and apparel.The prices are very reasonable. We also bought some clothes and shoes from Nautica,Adidas, Express,Gap outlets.We found variety of designs with great prices. The Food plaza is very good with variety of food stores.We were satisfied with the sanitation arrangements and neat & clean restrooms. We love to go again.

Was wonderful! The stores and outlets were having a Wonderful Sale! Coach, Disney. The atmosphere was pleasant, the employees were friendly, courteous, and professional. Had a Wonderful Time!

This mall was so fun to explore and shop in! Good prices for cloths and so many options it has your head reeling. My little girl and I even got lost once 😂.It was sad to see that so many business have closed down due to covid but there is still so many stores in there that are worth the visit!

Was expecting a typical rundown mall (curse you Amazon). Pleasantly surprised these outlets were very clean, well maintained, and bright. A better selection of stores than expected.

My favorite place at the mall is Tommy Hilfiger and they always have good sales. I did not have to worry about getting any disease because the staff there was extraordinary good at keeping everything clean.

Its sad these days to go to the outlet mall these day as many stores are closed or vacant. There are still many favorites open like: Nike, Old Navy and Clarks. My daughter and I spent many hours walking and shopping on a recent Saturday.

A fun and large outlet store area that has plenty to see and offer for shopping. There is a limited about of food options here, but there are locations nearby you can drive to if you want a full service meal with sit down tables.The mall is clean and nice to walk through overall. They have a few storefronts that dont have anything in them, but for the most part they have shops throughout. There is a variety of options for just about anyone, from everyday inexpensive items to couture.Overall: AClean, well-kept and easy to walk through and shop. You may have to go elsewhere for a full meal, but you could easily grab a snack here.

Such a fun experience all around! Even the getting lost part was fun. The mall was huge and beautiful. Amazing stores. Good deals. Definitely check it out if you ever get the chance.

Some stores are still closed for pendamic. Therere not as many customers as the past. However, you would feel more comfortable and relaxed for shopping hours. Enjoy!

I can never miss this place when visiting my friends or relatives in United States of America. A lot of stores with great sales and savings. My favourite are Cole Haan, Swarovski, Lindt and a few more.

This Outlet has better deals that’s the Toronto Premium Outlet. It’s indoor and has many outlet stores like Nike, Under Armour and many others main stream stores. Has a nice food court with lots of seating. It’s very close to the Niagara Falls border.

Looks very empty and this is very sad looking at these pictures is this what the pandemic has done it’s not like this in other states why did New York end up like this, Why? Don’t you all thing it’s wrong? The vaccine isn’t helping it seems to me. It’s very sad to see empty shopping malls and stores except Walmart with no one in them. Things are closed up here but not other places. Very sad but as for the nice looking mall here I give this mall a 5.

Tired outlet mall. Relatively few patrons when we were there. Lots of big name stores. If they have what you want, the savings can be substantial. Nothing really appealed to us.

Nice spot. I grabbed a pair of Nikes and Adidas at insane prices.

It is nice shopping center with many popular brandnames and resonable prices and more fashionable .

They have a wide variety of stores and it is indoor which is a major plus. The food option within the food court are limited but other than that it is well cleaned and maintained.

Its a great shopping location, shoes/👟 sneakers, clothes, massage chairs, whatever lol good variety. Burlington is across the street too. Theres so much to keep you entertained in my opinion. I love shopping for new stuff😁

Niagara falls outlet is one of the best outlet mall in upstate NY. There are 204 fashion outlet stores and most of them are famous brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, CK, NIKE, MK, Kate Spade, Adidas and so on. A lot of tourists from foreign countries shop in this outlet after they came back from Niagara falls. You can find a lot of quality products with better prices.

Great place to shop like going there for the walk the exercise and all the stores that are there had a great day there enjoy Id wreck highly highly recommend it thank you have a good day

Good prices. Lots of recent improvements brought the mall in line with others with more natural light, more store selections, wider aisles. Food court choices are still limited but dining options outside are available. Avoid weekends for less crowds. Parking and security have improved as well.

Very busy, there were a lot of people at this outlet mall. There were also a lot of good deals so my sister was happy but my wallet was not. Which makes perfect sense because it was Easter weekend.

These outlets were great, they had every store you can think of with a decent food court. Some of the stores had a line because of Covid protocol, but it was nice to see they were following the rules. All indoor and air conditioned compared to most outlets which are mostly outdoors.

The environment here is amazing with an awesome variety of stores to shop from and perfectly located.

Carters is the best for kids clothes. Food court has some decent spots in it! Parking is always a nightmare, but other then that this is the best mall around... Which is probably why parking is such a hassle 🤔🤔😉

We go for the mens wear stores, but they have every kind of store you can imagine. Most recently we visited the Ralph Lauren factory store, Nautica, Eddie Bauer and others. This is a clean, modern mall. The staff is always friendly and helpful in the stores that we visit.

My wife just stumbled upon this outlet in the internet while we were visiting Niagara Falls. Great prices, we bought some clothes and shoes ( H&M and VANS ). We also had the indian food in the food court which was better than some of the restaurants I have visited before. I would recommend this outlet to anybody visiting the area.

Awesome outdoor mall, 15 minutes from downtown Niagara falls. Huge with lots of stores and outlets, would definitely recommend.

I was never a fan of this outlet mall because It was always so crowded. I do appreciate the easy parking with tons of entrances and a wide range of stores that we like. We’ve shopped here more with the border being closed making it not nearly as crowded as years past.

Ive been shopping on this place for years now and even though the drive is long its always worth it. I recently visited and seems like the construction are almost done which has opened to some new wing and more store to visit. The mall or outlet is really nice and clean though navigating the place can be tricky. The store are consist of high end and mid level product. The price is mostly very competitive and low if you are American but for me that is a Canadian it can be tricky. Like a product price for $100 is actually $137 Canadian and worst case you get taxes coming back and thats another 13%. So you will need to be aware with that. The inly thing I dont like in the area is the foodcourt. Coz the mall is big and the food court is like 2% of its size. Less than 10 restuarant to hoose from and to make it worst the choices are not so good.Over all the food court is not really disappointing coz the area is surrounded by restaurants and more. So my suggestion is shop and go enless you really want to eat then grab a bite. YOGEN FRUZ in the food court.First off not only was the yogurts thatI ordered for me and my kids were overpriced,the yogurt did not taste nothing like Pina colada, secondly, the service was poor.One employee, a young lady could be seen running in and out text messaging and talking into her phone.Those two young lady employees did not show that they cared about working there.

Everyone was kind, great and friendly the lady in Hanes ven helped me shop since my arm was in a cast. The mall was clean, and neat to be as big as it was.
