We started looking for wings. This restaurant was close to the location we were in. Upon entering the clerks weren’t very attentive. As we ordered our questions were pretty much left unanswered. The food is definitely the strong point. The pizza was fresh. The wings were hot, crispy, and full of flavor.

A great donut shop in a depressed town. The tourist area of Niagara is nice, the actual town has seen hard times for decades.If you’re in the area, stop by frankies and get some donuts!

Very bad pizza. Not even cooked properly. The toppings were stale. When we asked to heat the donut. They refused to heat it.

I went their for the donuts. They have a lot of flavors and they are really cheap. I like the coconut flavor but overall the donut texture was too soft. I’ll give 3.5 for donuts but 4 eventually for the price.

Ive never actually gone to a donut shop for donuts, Ive always just gotten coffee. But I live about 30min from Frankies Donuts and I dont even think twice about making the hour trip for a donut! Best ones Ive had, hands down. I adore that they offer the diner style bar seating or the pizza parlor feel with booths. Im not biased with any kind of donut, but I will say the devils food cake. Angel cream and coconut cream are to die for!

Hands down some of the best pizza Ive had in New York. Donuts are ridiculously good as well. Must stop here if youre in town. Id come back to Niagara Falls just for the pizza and donuts, nevermind the Falls!

We found this little hidden gem while looking for decent breakfast in Niagara Falls. The neighborhood seems a little rough. The food and people were fantastic! All donuts are made fresh daily on site. Their bear claws were enormous. Definitely worth the trip! The coffee was delicious too.

My grandson picked Frankies for our lunch this afternoon and boy did he do a good job. My wife and I had steak and cheese sub small and it was more than enough we should have got large and shared it. My son or my grandson got the sampler and hes a grown boy and it filled him up. My sister-in-law was there and she got a sub but I dont know which one but it was real good too so if youre in Niagara falls area New York stop in its a hole in the wall but boys are good food

A very very good place to have your breakfast in the morning. Fresh made sandwiches, donuts and coffee. We were taken aback with the quality of the food as our expectations were low. The egg and cheese sandwich, vegetable sandwich and donuts were well made.

It was watching the guy without the mask cough on the donuts that did it for me. Im as done with Frankies as I can be. Ive been ordering from them for nearly two years and Ive been on the fence because the food isnt ALWAYS bad and theyre often the only place available late.The delivery times, portions, and often the quality is just not worth it. Id get assorted subs that had half the meat as something Id get at Tops. The salads were almost entirely made of mozzarella cheese. But then I went in for two breakfast sandwiches. While I was there, the old bearded guy behind the counter, NO mask on, was coughing on stuff WITHOUT covering his face properly. Once it was right at the donuts. Id ordered a donut prior to seeing this, it went straight in the trash as soon as I got home. But the breakfast sandwiches were salty AF to the point of inedible. I choked one down only because I was starving and threw the other one out.I gave them a chance for a long time, and while theyve been good about 1/3 of the time for me (thus some of the good reviews youll see from others whove been on the lucky end), theyve let me down for the last time.The guy coughing on the donuts though... Nuh-uh. Im done there.

Excellent and delicious I had pizza and donuts and they were both great. Definitely recommend but the parking lot was dirty but thats my only criticism. Would 100 percent go back. Dont Judge the look of the place by how good it was.

Went in the because i needed a cup of coffee i was going on a long road who doesn’t drink coffee with a donuts I pointed to the young guy behind the counter the donut I wanted i asked how fresh they are he said there fresh but not very certain about his response he went to the back and asked the lady how old they where she said 40 min..there no way those donuts where 40 min out and a little hard she changed the money for both item i bought put the tray back of donut on the self display and squeezed the donut bare hand to see how hard or soft they are…never again

We love this place so much that we go every time we visit Niagara in USA New York side.Theyve changed the Honey Garlic sauce recipe but the Butter Garlic is still the same yummy sauce.We went twice on the same day :)

I cant dispute that the donuts are excellent. But please dont tell a customer that you will ship . Then ignore when said customer is ready to order and pay including shipping upfront . I was blatantly lied to. Very poor customer service.you wont have to worry about me being a return customer.

Love the pizza, donuts are good and theyve got a good basic offering of breakfast sandwiches, Such as egg and cheese on a bulkie roll with your choice of bacon, ham or sausage. Cheaper prices here than trying to eat closer to the falls. Only about a 5 minute drive from Old falls st, so we came here allot during our Vacation in the area.

Only giving it 4 stars due to the staff. The food was delicious, very good prices, and fresh donuts!! The staff was less than friendly, but the food definitely made up for it!

Phenomenal place. Great food, wide menu selection. You can count on a reasonable prices and quality food no matter what you order. This place holds a lot of nostalgia for me I used to go there when I was a child, used to go there when I was a teenager and when I was a young adult. and now that Im damn near 40 years old I still go there. And that should speak volumes. I highly recommend this place and I promise you you wont be disappointed. And one other thing, even though I recommended the entire menu, you got to try the donuts. And the owner himself Cooks the food. Enjoy !!!

Looked so good, tasted so mediocre. They have a huge selection and visually they look wonderful,but looks are deceiving. The dough had an odd texture and they tasted like they were fried in very old oil. Our family of five got a dozen and ate 2. Very disappointed. If you go dont plan to eat it in, it was at least 90 in there,no exaggeration.

As someone from buffalo I have tried every pizzaria in Niagara falls trying to find somewhere thats likes home and none have ever been any good but frankies is 100% the best pizzaria place in the falls not to mention the donuts are to die for... If you havent been to frankies your missing out

We were looking for a pizza place since Papa’s Johns waiting time was 50 minutes. We came across this place and based on the reviews we thought why not? Worst mistake ever! They only had pepperoni pizza so we settled for that. The slices were soggy, the sauce had no flavor so we pretty much ate soggy, flavorless pizza. Can’t forget the burnt fries they gave us! Customer service wasn’t good either. Wouldn’t recommend or come to this place ever again when we’re in town!

Nice unique little hole in the wall place - just what we were looking for! Got half a dozen donuts - no complaints from the kids so they must have been good. Sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was great.

We visited around 9pm in the evening. The staff were courteous and welcoming. We ordered the two slices of pizza and a can for $4. The pizza was doughy and oily but was filling.There is wifi and the password is frankies as kindly informed by the helpful staff!We did notice a large donut selection.Parking is also available.

I ordered a half tray of pizza, 20 wings and a turkey sub with fries and a drink, got a phone call from Frankies say that they are out of wings and would I like chicken fingers instead and I said yes, when it arrives at my house we got the pizza and just the sub, when I called several times to find out what happened to the rest of the order nobody answered the phone. They should just stick with making donuts because they apparently cant run a pizzeria properly!

Donuts good. Wanted to order dinner as well. The employee was so miserable her attitude made me wanna leave but kids wanted donuts for the morning. Couldnt order fast enough to get out of the whole atmosphere. Smells and dirty.

This place is always open!This is our go to place, when we are in the area. But, we have driven out of the way to get pizza, wings, donuts, and subs to take home!The food is always fresh and so good. The pizza is so delicious. Large and hot.We got subs this time. Steak and cheese ...and we were so happy. They are large, yummy, and and so gooey with cheese. The rolls are fresh and we had them toasted.Did I mention...the prices are so affordable. You get more for the money, than anywhere we have tried!The staff is usually kind and patient...You will never be disappointed getting food here!

Order here from out of town, as it was the only thing open. It took over an hours or 4 slices of pizza and 10 chicken wings. The pizza was not what I expected, I’m from Philly and the pizza was SUPER greasy, I’m sure it even had sauce on it! The chicken wings (lemon pepper) were good. I do not like to leave bad reviews however the wait and service was ridiculous. I guess you have to be from Niagara Falls to enjoy the pizza. Oh, I also thought it was a bit expensive for the total order- $18+ for the 4 slices and 10 wings. Again, I was out of town, but would not recommend as a place to eat again

If everything is closed Frankies is open 24/7 when you leave the casino and great donuts

We stopped at this place about 830 on a Saturday night upon entering it was a wait of 15 minutes before we were acknowledged we decided to dine in so we were seated and another 15 minutes passed before our order was taken an hour later we still had not been served so I asked how much longer the waitress said 8 minutes so my wife and I waited patiently another 15 minutes still no food so we asked if we could get the order to go finally received our pizza and sampler and made a run for the door once in our car we realized the pizza didnt have one of the toppings we ordered I refused to return the pizza because I didnt have another 2 hours to waste to sum it up the service is absolute garbage the food was average at best do yourself a favor and skip this place but if you do decide to try this place wear a coat you can thank me later

1.I wasnt aware they had a buy 2 doughnuts and you get 1 free. I bought a half a dozen doughnuts, but wasnt told about their promotion. 5 minutes later a group of 4 walks in and orders a half a dozen doughnuts and the same waitress that served me said very loudly to them, You get 3 extra doughnuts, because you get a free doughnut for every two that you buy! So they left with 9 doughnuts, instead of 6 like me. I didnt want to pursue it or cause a scene, but I wont go there again.2. As for the doughnuts, they tasted like they were fried in old, burn oil, which left a real bad after taste. I guess I was lucky that the waitress didnt offer me the 3 doughnuts I was entitled to!

If you get there early donuts are good. Coffee a bit weak to my liking. Pizza is ok. Friendly people. Local retired cop shop. Open 24/7.

Not the greatest experience, I ordered a half sheet of pizza. Picked it up but when I got back to hotel the box was full of chicken wings. I called to tell them of mistake and they were like can you bring it back ?please dont touch it, lady is on her way to get them. I did only because I wanted pizza. After thinking about how shady that is I couldnt eat my pizza. Not sure if it left with someone else. It looked good but I could not bring myself to eat it. No offer of refund. I wasnt in the mood to fight over 12 bucks. Ordered room service.

Worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. When ordering I told the lady that it was just some wings and pizza for me and my gf. She then explained that a full “pan” is 24 slices and not explaining that it’s the size of a small sheet pizza. I then told them that I didn’t need 2 pizzas. She had already taken my money and I quote “well you already paid and you already have 2 pizzas” then pushed the pizzas towards me. she expressed that she told me about the slice amount. But in fairness I told her it was just for 2 people. 24 slices could be small as you want them to be. And when u reference a unit of measurement. Do it by something measurable. God knows what a “full pan” or “ 24 slices” mean. I definitely didn’t think it meant 2 small sheet pizzas. The first thing that came to mind was a personal pizza. So I ordered a full pan. Silly me. Bunch of hoodlem scam artists if you ask me.As for the pizza itself. It was too saucy and tasted like someone poured sugar into the sauces.

I’ll start by saying the good... The donuts are amazing and the pizza is decent. I’m very picky about my pizzas though. Prices are also cheaper than other places I’ve been to. I had never been to Frankie’s but had people bring me donuts and loved them, so i figured I’d stop in for some slices. First thing i noticed was that it smelled like a wet dog as soon as i walked in. Which since it had just rained, i figured someone had just come in for food and brought their dog. Then as I’m eating i find a hair, a dog hair, in my pizza. I didn’t see a dog in the establishment but since the hair was cooked into the crust i can only assume there was a dog in an area where the hair made it into the food. It’s disappointing since the donuts are so good....

Small not so clean. Pizza tasted more like homemade. Donuts just okay and overpriced.

Guessing this is a tourist trap? Stale donuts, like to the point that buying a box of Entennmans would have been infinitely better (and fresher). Also really cool that specific donuts were specified and rather than reaching out to inform they were out of some of them, they just opted to throw in whatever they had resulting in only about 1/3 of the dozen being accurate. Sandwich bread was stale on that part of the order and delivery guy was pretty rude and in no way followed delivery instructions or contactless delivery.

It took them 2 hours to complete a simple pizza order, called them 3 times and they kept lying about how long it would take

My girlfriend and I have been visiting New York since Monday. And today is Wednesday. This was honestly the biggest let down of food Ive had since being here. The doughnuts were dry and bland. They were truly the WORST doughnuts Ive ever had. Truly a massive let down. The ONLY thing that we had from here that I could even call decent was the Cappicinno. The store was dirty and unclean. Overall a very unpleasant experience. I would NOT recommend for any locals or visitors. There are so many other better choices for food in Niagra Falls New York. Dont submit yourself to such a let down like my girlfriend and I did. Truly my only regret while being here was trying their food.

First time ordering ever, I had a delivery of sheet of pizza. It was 13.50 with no topping. I added peppers for 2.50 . There was a few burnt specks on the pizza of something Im not sure it was peppers. It was hard to tell through the grease. I dont recommend as the topping was non-existent and there was Grease layer on the outside bottom of the box and on top of the cheese. They gave me a horrible stomach ache for $20 !
