Such a great all-around experience with The Granite Shop! Kelly was incredible - she felt like family from the get-go. I went in looking for a basic white quartz and it was her “have you considered granite?” that opened up a whole new world for me. As soon as she took me back and I laid eyes on their stunning slabs of granite I knew I was in love! My countertops (I chose “Taupe”) are the centerpiece of my little kitchen. I adore them!!! and so does everyone who comes over. I still can’t believe they were actually less expensive than the quartz I was looking at! From start to finish, The Granite Shop was fantastic and I absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market for countertops. (Sidenote: there’s 1 seam - if you can find it your eyesight is better than any of my friends’!)

The Granite Shop in NF is the best out there. Rachel, Ann n Chris are amazing to work with. We had them install granite kitchen counter tops, a huge 5 x 8 island and 3 bathrooms counter tops.The 1 piece island slab took 4 guys to roll it in and install it onto the island cabinets. The installers were great to work with and ask questions. We have told our family and friends to see them after theyve wasted time at the depot, lowes or any other granite stores.5 stars isnt enough. Everyone at the Granite Shop was incredible. They were very easy to work with and had a great selection of countertops. Kelly was extremely professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with on our kitchen project and everything was done on time with no delays. The installers did a fantastic job and were very neat and on time. We will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a countertop contractor. They even sent us a thank you letter for having them do our kitchen.

We would highly recommend The granite shop. We were treated very well with the entire staff, Anne was fantastic with any questions we had and we cant say enough about the install crew they were very professional. The granite shop would be my first choice if we need counter tops in the future.

First of all I am happy with the Quartz I picked out but not happy at all with the seam on my kitchen counters. It isn’t that big of a counter for the one piece. They tried to make it look better but wouldn’t replace with 1 piece. I made many calls to Chelsea to get her to call me back at times. Said it was too heavy for guys to carry and might break. I was told it could be done. Will never go there or recommend them.

My husband and I are thrilled with our granite. We visited many granite stores. An old friend highly recommended The Granite Shop so we figured that we would take a look. We were greeted by Anne who asked about our kitchen and our preferences. She immediately took us to granite that we fell in love with.The other stores that we visited said that from the measurement day until the installation day, it would be an 8-10 week wait. This was not the case with The Granite Shop. It took only 2 weeks! From the staff that came out to measure, to the staff that drew out the placement, to the staff that installed the granite...we were thrilled with everyone. The Granite Shop was reasonably priced too! We would highly recommend The Granite Shop!

They are amazing! Not only did they do a beautiful job on my granite, at a reasonable price, they came back and repaired an unfortunate chip, so that it looks like it never happened. I am NOT a home decorator and The Granite Shop was referred to me by my sister that did Granite counter tops 3 years ago. She loves them. Im going for Quartz and they had a great selection. Kelly and Ann were so helpful and not pushy, they listened and understood what I like and didnt like, and they showed me slabs and samples. Im so relieved that I have narrowed my search. This will be a review in progress. Closing on the house next month. I dont feel I have to look further for my countertops! Whew!!! P.s. The only thing worse than the install is thier customer service and accounting. Faucet hole not aligned in the center, corners are not even, and the main run is not straight.Terrible experience and would not recommend.

We love our new granite countertops from The Granite Shop! Chelsea was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is so kind and patient. She really takes customer service seriously. She even took the time to drive to our home and hand deliver our sink when the wrong one was placed on the truck for our install. From start to finish, everyone was fantastic. I dont recall everyones names, but the man who took our measurements for the layout, the people who helped us in the warehouse, and the two guys who did our install...they were all professional and took pride in their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and plan to use them for any future jobs! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Anne, Chris and staff were great to work with! They have now done a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in our home! Their prices were so reasonable and the service was amazing! They hit our deadlines without any issues and delivered great quality! I would recommend them to anyone looking for countertops! It was very nice working with Kelly today. She was knowledgeable in the product and was patient with me in explaining how the process works for putting in the counters.

We have completed several more with Ann & Chris.The leathered marble we did at our Lakehouse was amazing & we did another at my daughters home which sold in 3 days & we did another at a home we just rehabbed & sold.

Highly recommend this place. Friendly and quick service for appointments, fair pricing, and our counter tops look beautiful. On top of it all, the installation crew was so patient with our toddler son and senior dog running around.

We remodeled our kitchen a few months ago, The Granite Shop was by far the best place for counter tops. The prices were very reasonable, believe me we shopped around. Besides the affordability, their customer service was second to none. Anne Daggett the owner took care of us herself and helped us from start to finish. Unfortunately, our cabinets delivery was delayed but Anne and her staff were so accommodating even though it wasnt their fault we had an issue with the cabinet delivery. They worked around our unexpected delay and rescheduled our counter top delivery & installation. The kitchen is finished and we LOVE our counter tops!! We have recommended friends and family without reservation!

Worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Placed an order in may for a small vanity top was told 5-6 weeks. Never heard from anyone for months. Finally called in september and was given excuses but told they would look into it and call back. Called a few weeks later same sad story. Here it is the end of december, called again same story. Made a trip to the store and was questioned why I came in (wouldnt you after all of this). Asked if they had the original paper work for the job, she disappeared for a few minutes and came back empty handed. She did indicate that the piece of quartz we had chosen was still there with our name on it, says she looks at it every day (but yet it never prompted her to contact me). She suggested we start from scratch, I provided the original drawing I had brought along and started asking about a price, details about the cutting, and if I could see the piece of quartz just to reconfirm it was correct. She could help with any of it, suggested that the quartz was buried and had no one to move it out (remember she previously said she looked at it everyday). She indicated she could call in the morning. I suggested Id take the sink with me just incase it didnt pan out and so I wouldnt need to make another 30 minute trip. At that point she indicated that shed rather not do the job. Now Im patient person but this is pride in customer service? I would have thought Id get a special price and be moved to the front of the work order list! You can take your chances but Ill pass. I do house remodels and I wont be back there! Id post as no stars but it wont let me!

We worked with Rachel who was terrific. Also Chris the owner is wonderful to work with as well. Quality granite at a very fair price along with excellent installation. Cannot go wrong giving these guys a look.

We have only just started shopping for countertops, but working with the staff here was incredibly smooth. We ended up finding exactly what we wanted quickly and at a better price than we had hoped. They were also incredibly patient with our children and shared the lunch they had ordered in. Looking forward to the install and will be updating this review once thats done.

I went to 3 other places to shop for the right company and product and just couldnt get over how we were treated at the Granite shop. The lady who took care of us was super friendly and helpful . It seemed like they really care about quality control and craftsmanship. The install was flawless and beautiful. The guys were polite and neat.The price was right in line and actually a little cheaper then the one big box retailer who we got an estimate from. We will be back

From the moment we walked into the showroom we were thankful we chose The Granite Shop. We were met with friendly, professional staff that conveyed a customer first attitude. Ann and Rachel are the two people with whom we worked. Ann found us a piece of granite that completely drew our kitchen together - and the cost was the same price that we were quoted for laminate. The installers were personable, professional and knowledgeable. There was a piece missing from the sink - Ann was on it and dropped it off at our home 40 minutes away! (She was able to see the countertop installed).

We just are so pleased with the granite installation at our home. Chris and Ann are so professional and were able to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. The selections they offered were the same quality but were more cost friendly. Finally, we just love how it came out. Definitely, an upgrade to our kitchen!!!Thanks Chris and Ann!

After much research we chose the granite shop for our kitchen renovation. I have always believed that you get what you pay for, but I was proven wrong with the pricing of the Granite Shop. The price was much lower than the big box stores and the turn around time was awesome!! They made the purchase so much easier by having full slabs on sight to pick from and the quality and pricing of the recommended sinks was phenomenal. From beginning to end, not a snag and the end result was well beyond my ecpectations!! Thanks Rachel, Tony and Eli!! I would not hesitate to refer you to anyone!!

Great experience! Same granite was quoted from the big guys in town at almost twice the price. Dont expect a fancy showroom or slab yard but you can expect good work from these guys. Look around, find the granite you want and then contact Chris for a quote.

Thank you for a great job with great service! Due to the fact that Im in the southtows...I initially conversed with Rachel via email. She was diligent and responsive unlike a few other shops I tried to talk to. Ultimately I made the drive to the falls to select the countertop and everyone was very friendly and quick to tend to any customers. The lead installer, Tony (I think) was really great and easily sorted out a couple of installation questions. I would highly recommend them all. Thank you again!

My wife and I were looking at granite countertops and knew exactly what we wanted. Went to four places, I hate shopping by the way, all their prices were about the same. A friend told us about The Granite Shop in Niagara Falls. Man are we glad we went. Great salesperson in Ann and the installation crew headed by Chris was top notch. The seams are virtually invisible and the granite is beautiful. Our countertop was literally 1000.00 less expensive than the other stores who I am sure do fine work. I will have the utmost confidence in recommending The Granite Shop to friends and relatives. I run a business also and they treated me the way I want to be treated. I also think that the negative reviews they received were either bogus or the wrong business. Happened to my shop and you literally cant do anything about it. Please trust me and give these guys a shot. Your trip will be worth it.

November 24th 2017, Chris and Chris came out to install our countertops the day after Thanksgiving and what a wonderful job they did. Very satisfied!! Craftsmanship and detail are top notch and they are very personable and were awesome to talk to. Being a tradesman myself I highly recommend The Granite Shop for your needs!!

Doesnt stand behind work. Hard to get ahold of. After several calls to him and a promise to fix my seperated seam here we are. Several months later. Still staring at the seam. Like most small companies theyre interested more in the next payday than customer service. A shame.
