I bought several items from Indigo Instruments for making perfumes. They shipped out pretty much immediately, and were packaged well. No damage on arrival.Even though I paid a small shipping fee, I was able to buy exactly what I needed, and only what I needed.I checked with other websites before going with Indigo, and I would have either had to buy a whole case of one item, or I would have had to buy several items I didnt need in order to get the few items I actually needed. In all circumstances, it would have cost me more.I appreciate that Indigo Instruments is willing to sell to the retail customer who may only require 3 or 4 items, and still give you a fair price.Will definitely buy from Indigo Instruments again when I need more glass labware.

Indigo is a dream.I stumbled upon Indigo after searching the world around for particular test tubes with close to no luck. What I needed happened to be out of stock, but they checked in almost weekly to give me updates on restock, shipping, and order information. When they were restocked, they shipped my purchase quickly and made sure I knew it was on the way. The glassware was in tip top shape and I couldnt be more pleased. Ordered 100 magnifying glasses for a marketing project. First I started on Amazon, but they only allowed me to order 10 at a time. That was a waste of my time and a complete pain. Some of the orders were cancelled because they couldnt guarantee stock was available. In desperation, I had to look for another source and this company sold the exact same item and brand for 45% less which really improves my profit margin and my client gets the same quality. Really great chemistry models. As a visual learner, these kits have been invaluable in helping me solidify my understanding of the VSEPR theory. This is one of the only places we could find individual replacement parts for our Molymod molecular models. There was an issue with our order, and Indigo Instruments contacted us right away to find a solution. The parts arrived quickly and were very pleased with our purchase.

The magnets 12x5x2 that I ordered came as about half the size. I received instead about a 10mm x (too small to measure.) I cannot use that size for my project. Liz Fisher.
