I cannot say enough great things about the service I received and the quality of the oil and vinegar -- absolutely delicious, the best flavoured oil and vinegar I ever tried! Lydia was fantastic to work with, quick to reply and made the whole process incredibly simple. They were able to make custom bottle labels and tags as well. I live over an hour away but will definitely be back for more flavors! Thank you so much again for helping make our wedding truly special.

I ordered for my daughter upcoming bridal shower 100ml custom olive oil bottles not kowing what to expect except for the picture i was seeing in my shopping cart. During the whole process of ordering the customer service was the best i ever had to deal with, they were very acomodating and made sure my satisfaction came first. Then today i received the box WOW i am beyond happy and my daughter is getting excited she is starting to feel like a bride given all the hell we all went through. We used Della Terra to create 50 custom wedding favours for our guests -- a double bottle favour with olive oil and balsamic. Our guests loved these. I tried the products as well and was really impressed with the flavour and quality. They were packaged really well, too - perfect for a wedding. On top of that, the staff at Della Terra are a pleasure to deal with. Lydia and the in-store staff were very professional, friendly, and they can customize things to your liking. Highly recommend purchasing from Della Terra. I was in search of an event favour and came across Della Terra - their prices were competitive and they had exactly what I wanted. I reached out via email because I needed them in a timely manner. I got a response right away (on a Sunday night no less) and was told that they would process my order right away and having my items to me with plenty of time to spare. They offered to gift wrap it all for me as well, but I requested to do it myself so the owner kindly sent me extra ribbon, bags and boxes just in case anything got krinkled along the way. Incredibly service! Cant go wrong here!

Ordered some Della Terra gifts for friends (and some for myself!!) on the Handmade Market site over the Thanksgiving weekend. My order was delivered Tuesday morning - Im local so the girls dropped it off at my house - but was pleasantly surprised by the promptness! Their products are fabulous!!

Della Terra is one of our favourite indulgences. Their Olive Oils and balsamic vinegar take simple dishes to the next level. Their staff help and their duo packs are a great place to start. We love using the Savoury butter in mashed potatoes and on popcorn and the sweet butter in baking.

I have been a Della Terra customer from the moment they opened. Their quality products have changed how we cook in this home...literally! We never run out because we order online and voila, its here in no time. LOVE LOVE LOVE Traditional Balsamic and Picual Olive oil...our standard go-to. And C always has their popcorn (purple) on hand for snackage! Great store, great customer service. (I noticed someone above complained about their in-store customer restrictions because of COVID, to which I say, BRAVO Della Terra. Keep it up. Wear masks. Safety first. Too bad they missed their chance to try the product!)

Friendly service. Lady behind the counter even gave her recommendations for recipes. Definitely going to try more flavours next time. They usually have tastings, but not at this time because of the pandemic.

Could not go into to make a purchase as the two other people in my family unit also wanted to shop. Dont try to go here as they wont serve you.
