My daughter and I shop here regularly. She especially loves the pasties and sausage rolls that taste amazing. Being from England I love shopping here seeing my childhood sweeties and biscuits. The selection of meat free options too are so nice to see. The staff are lovely and so friendly. I especially loved last Christmas seeing all my favorites in stock. So thankful that we have a British Pride Bakery here in Niagara.

This store has a great selection of products packed into this small location. I was able to find everything I needed for Christmas treats and more.The service was top notch. I had a few questions about products and was very pleased with the support offered by the clerk. He was honest and what he couldn’t answer he told me who could and how to get a hold of them.The haggis was excellent! My kids wanted more.This location is set back beside/behind the TD bank and can easily be missed even if you are looking for it.I would highly recommend British Pride for all of your British needs.

Great Selection of Meat Pies and Scottish Pies along with Sausage all made on site. Robert the owner was fantastic to deal with.. Lots of parking avalible and easy to find.. Looking forward to trying other products made here. Also many imports for England are avalible. The Scones were fantastic!

Great selection of British candies, canned goods, sauces, chocolates, though somewhat pricy. For instance Yorkshire gold tea bags, kippers, sauces at least 15% higher than sold in Sobeys. Good selection of meats. Baked good especially sausage rolls and pork pies very disappointing. Sausage rolls lack filling, pastry undercooked. Same for port Pork pies, and filling compacted and not well seasoned, staff very friendly

Great spot with friendly owners. They have a good selection with good prices. They can also custom order things for you if they dont have it currently. I mostly buy candy to satiate my home sickness, as well as haggis and black pudding. They get their haggis and black pudding from a butcher in Niagara, so it is fresh and local. They also have soda bread, English back bacon and more.

Now that British Pride has taken over this location (previously British Grocer) the stock is now very impressive.Best selection of British Imported food in the Region.Staff are very courteous at this location.

I recently bought some Marks and spencers mincemeat pie‘s when I got home and tasted them they were very stale. I noticed that there was a sale sticker covering the best before date that was intentionally put there, once I peeled it off the sticker said they best before date was 11/11/20. I bought them December 17. I took them back on December 19 also took a package for my friend who had no receipt so the cashier had to call Head office and came back and told me because I had an open package they would only give me a refund for the other package even though it was stale dated. I was not very impressed and also they should not be selling product that is one month past the best before date. Also they weren’t even in the section where they normally put their expired product.

Truly a unique gem in Niagara, with all the tastes of home :). Do not leave without something house made, I suggest the empire biscuits or bridies

Terrible quality pastry, pasty meat pies, overall poor flavour, very salty. Would not consume again, just happy that I didnt get sick

My daughter and I visited this Saturday because she needed more hobnobs, and we ended up finding a few more things like mint sauce for our lamb burgers, ambrosia custard, and delicious pies as always. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Lots of products. Lots of various savory pies and a nice variety of cream buns. Tons of other British delicacies lining the shelves. Some frozen goods too. Store was very clean and staff was very pleasant. Im sure Ill be back.

The Victoria Sponge Cake that is in the freezer it delicious. The sponge is nice and soft, the cream tastes real. Needs some more jam in it.

I love this place! The only place I can get British food that my English husband says is as good as home. The black pudding is the BEST!!

Firstly was not served by anyone from the U.K, which figures when she wanted to tell me all those crisps I noticed that are out of date, taste these same, really? No actually they wouldnt, theyre off. Then proceeded to tell me that this is why the manager is selling them half price.. well actually where I come from, Good old England, we dont sell anything out of date, we throw it out or give it away. But nice try lady! Be warned. Do check the date on things in their shop they shouldnt be selling it when it is out of date, so cheeky, its not what we are about at all.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I just ate the best sausage roll I’ve ever eaten. All pies and sausage are homemade.

They carry a selection of foods from back home. Disappointed in selection to choose from.
