My nephew walked into the multibrand liquidation depot on lundys lane they said that he had to have a mask on he is a severe asthmatic and they said that because they are a privatley owned company they did not care if he had a severe asthmatic problem he had to have a mask on privatley owned or not if someone has severe asthma they cannot be forced to where a mask

I love this store but they do mark up prices to present certain things like a discount when they are really being sold for equivalent or more than store-bought versions. This outlet store is worth checking out once a season. You can find a bargain. Just bring your phone. Compare prices with whats available online. Just because it looks like a bargain, it doesnt mean it always is.

Its cool to look at the latest outlet items. you never know what youll find for home decor projects or even home supplies for a good price

I love this store. I go in at least once a week to check out their items. Their prices are very good. The selection is great. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. This store is definitely worth checking out.

I went to this store to purchase a carpet which was advertised any $299.99 were 50% off then when I found the carpet I wanted I had to go up to the cashier to ask for some assistance in the carpet dept. The woman that assisted proceeded to tell me that only this section is on sale but the sign was what looked to me for all carpets. I said its a bit misleading to the customer Im not sure if I want to purchase at that price and the rude employee said then dont in a snarky tone then walked away. I did end up buying a carpet and a young gentleman assisted to get it down, when I went to the cash the cashier was asking her to help bring to my truck and I said quietly Id rather not have her help. The cashier said why I said because she was rude to me and she said no she wasnt I said how do you know you werent there.... she said she told me the story.... I bet she did I said,her version of the story. I wont go back again not to mention things are priced up to make it look like your getting a discount. Greg please dont message back defending your rude staff that will insult me more.

Good place to go to shop theyve got quite a selection of different stuff from soap shampoos and conditioners to antiperspirants and makeup to some groceries and tools bathroom nasesities and hardware they also have area rugs some mattresses and curtains and curtain rods blinds pet supplies theyve also have clothing not to mention small kitchen appliances and theyve also got perfumes and colognes and a variety of other things that you might need they have some really good deals check em out

I dont know why anyone would complain about the staff? I go there at least once a week. The staff are great! One ladie even carries my kitty litter to the car for me! Allways find what Im looking for, plus more!Love the place! Maybe, too much!

Good prices and decent selection

I am NOT impressed!! I understand their policy is no return on fidget spinners however...I took my grandson there last night as I promised to buy him one after having his tooth pulled. My 8 year old niece was with me as well so I said she could have one too. We live in Ridgeway but I chose this store to look for a fidget spinner as I have shopped there numerous times and just knew they would have them. My grandson was so excited they had exactly the one he wanted...I paid $14.99 each for 2 of these fidget spinners. The woman who waited on us took my grandsons out of the package...spun it then handed it to my grandson to ask if he thought it was ok...he did. As she attempted to put it back in the packaging she dropped it on the floor however she spun it again and got it in the packaging. She did the same for my niece with the other one (not including the dropping on the floor part). We were not even out of Niagara Falls on our way back home to Ridgeway when my grandsons spinner fell apart! He had NOT dropped it...or abused it...only spun it. I pulled over and pushed the 2 pieces in the center back together again but within a few minutes...it fell apart again! I explained that we would fix it when we got home. Well that did not happen. We would get it back together and within a few spins it fell apart again. Today - I called the store to explain everything that had happened and although I know their policy re returns on Fidget Spinners - could they please exchange it as the cashier had dropped it on the floor and may have caused the problem. DUE TO POLICY - THEY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE SO THAT MY GRANDSON COULD HAVE ONE THAT WORKS!! He loved the one he had and they have others however I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP IN THAT STORE AGAIN AND YOU CAN BE SURE THAT EVERYONE WILL KNOW ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE!! Why do they even have this policy where they cannot stand behind an item they are selling...I am on a pension and unfortunately cannot buy him another one. Shame on you and your cold hearts!!

Recently bought a mattress & box spring from here and they were such amazing help, and super friendly.

Awful service here, everything is final sale and will brake a day later with no return or warrenties, also they sell very cheap merchandise and glass pipes under age, the manager Greg Catdelli, decided to kick me and my friend out when we confronted him about this. Great sales at liquidation world, or factory outlet by the old Walmart! Dont recommend this place ever.. terrible service and disrespectful employees. And all of this because we decided to check it out because it looked cheap but definitely not worth the hastle, employees will rush you out because they want to go home early very often.

Becareful as most items are past the expiry date. Whenever I go shopping anywhere I always make sure items are not expired and this one has a quite a lot that are expired.
