I ordered an ice cream cone and the ice cream was so soft that it wouldnt stay on the cone so the employee put it in a cup. If I wanted a cup I would have ordered a cup. I didnt want a cup because I had a splint on one of my hands which made a very difficult to hold the cup. It was so difficult to eat I threw it in the garbage outside.

Baskin Robins has the best ice cream I have ever had in my entire life. The managers and employees here are beyond nice and set the customer service bar super high! :)Thank you Baskin Robins for all the amazing memories!

We have been coming here for last three years. Today was the best ice cream sundae that was served to us. Ava took her time to listen to what we wanted and made our ice cream just the way we wanted. We loved it and it was the best ice cream sundae ever!!

Nasty smelling location. Smelled burnt/fried. Ice cream was good but not worth the price.

The ice-creams taste was terrible! I think it was in their freezers for more than 2 weeks! We throw them in the trash.

Been here for a week on pleasure vacation our last day in with no issues other than when we wanted a nice snack this evening. Our choice was right in the lobby of our hotel where we had placed our order.We ordered Reg. Reese Shake, and Single Scoop Sundae,After moving over to the right we waited for about a minute and then grabbed our snacks. As we were walking out my wife noticed a sign that said if you dont receive a receipt your order is complimentary.I had walked back to counter stating that I had not recieved the receipt and the younger worker had went to get what I assume was the manager who is blonde and middle late 30s or 40s... She LITERALLY ARGUED WITH ME, and told me that they have the receipt and they were holding onto it for me, and that she had called out to me.... But my point was at the time once I grabbed my meal the transaction is DONE. Its been paid for, moneys been taking, goods have been exchanged. DONE. WHERE IS MY RECEIPT....I had to go back to the cashier and actually ask and was calm and just explained I didnt receive it and we noticed the sign.. about about 5 minutes of back and fourth I realized she wasnt going to give up and Id rather express my feelings here and with corporate. Dont have a policy if you wont uphold it.I NEVER received a receipt and still didnt after leaving.

WAY overpriced, didnt have certain ingredients for what I asked for, was going to sub it out and still charge me $9. No thank you. The girl was really rude. My husband paid $8 for 5 bites of ice cream. They also dont have a good selection of flavors.

Combination of three places: KFC, Pizza Hut and Baskin Robins. Small place and limited options, but I really loved the quality and freshness of what Ive got. The service was fairly quick and the chicken strips were among the best Ive ever eaten. The pizza was juicy, hot and delicious. Our shakes were superb and refreshing. I would go back to this place very soon as the quality got me. I would recommend this place for groups and family gatherings or for just friends night out. Good job guys. 👍

Nice World Class Chocolate

Says on the front of the till IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT YOUR ORDER IS COMPLIMENTARY. When my husband brought it to the cashiers attention she tried to say she called us over to give us our receipt but that was not the case. She then went and got what Im assuming was her manager and the manager said she tried giving us the receipt as well, how would she know that when she was on KFC side? We did not get a refund and the manager was quite rude and loud.

Delicious ice cream as usual. Its a KFC, Baskin Robbins, and Pizza Hut all in the same building/area and its small. Not enough seating and in general, tables were not very clean. Pleasant staff.

The stars are for the blonde girl at the register giving us dirty looks and giving us snarky attitude. Get a new job if you don’t like where you at and your ugly face doesn’t help the ugly faces you are making at us.. like if you are ugly atleast try to make an appealing face. Zero customer service experience.

I was very intrigued by the rude, racist blonde girl comments so we came out of curiosity. There was a blonde girl who seemed shy, and a little worn out, but not rude. Since the last 3 reviews were at the exact same time and seemed to be from the same family, it seems Baskin Robbins got hit by an overly sensitive group, that based on the grammar, ignorantly convinced each other they are victims. How can actual racism ever be cured when people like these posters are out there making people of color look like fools?

Flavpurs are nice but this place is a what they call express shop, so they dont have full range of flavors. They also dont accept the gift cards/ voucher and coupons issued at other BR branches. The sitting area is shared with pther two restaurants KFC & pizzahut.

Sadly, this review only gets 4 stars because they had no rocky road ice cream. Otherwise, love their ice cream.

In a store that sells pizza and KFC. They dont have 33 flavors! Didnt even have Jamocha! Dont make malts either. A different store than in the States! 😟

Was there yesterday with my son, my milkshake was more milk and watery than thick and ice cream. They didnt make enough to fill my cup so they just poured more milk in it. Place was clean, no wait time.

Waited for nearly ten minutes to be served with no line up. Employee continue sweeping and ignored us waiting. Once finally serving us she made us feel like an inconvenience.

The workers were rude and racist. Very sarcastic and gave me and my sisters the dirtiest looks just because we tried using U.S dollars . Next time change the attitude buddy . (Not even cute to be making them ugly faces ;) ).

My last review was deleted.I took my 2 year old daughter to Baskin Robbins to spend her gift card that her grand parents gave her. Gift card says specifically on it treat like cash. We drove there from St. Catharines since our store no longer exists. It was a hot day (approximately 36°C). I was informed that the gift card was not accepted. Not to disappoint my daughter I was still willing to pay. Having just been in the hospital the day before due to the heat I requested tap water as well. I was told that I can buy water. I decided to go to a competitor. I asked for the number of the manager. They gave me the number for the manager. I called explained the situation. Asked for him to call back. It has been over a month and no response. My mother who gave her the gift card has been emailing corporate. She has been given snarky replies from the Niagara Falls location that have done nothing to rectify the situation. I will be attaching the email correspondence to this review/Facebook page if they continue to ignore requests to rectify the situation.
