I dont live in this area, but I wish my local dealer was as nice and knowledgeable as they are. I drove an hour out of my way to go to them. They carry chainsaw chains/parts that no one else has and the customer service is nothing short of excellent. I went to them just the other day to deal with carburetor issues on a lawn mower and i was given the advice I needed to fix it myself and anything else that the problem might occur in. Extremely knowledgeable and i wish all shops were ran this way.

A good place to go for small engine maintenance supplies. The people that work there are very knowledgeable and generous with their time. They have a wide array of inventory. It looks like their new implement inventory is solid too.

Absolutely the rudest customer service I have ever dealt with. I purchase 2 chainsaws from this business and I will never spend my money in there again!!! They treat you like you are incompetent and they do not want to deal with customers.. Absolutely rude!!!!

Awesome great family owed small business

I will start by saying that I am a 73-year-old lady, with white hair even to be so disrespected. I strongly get the impression do they not only like dislike elderly people but especially ladies.This was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever Encountered in my life with a business. I came in looking for a list of parts needed for my cub cadet mower there’s someone was helping me with. I had a list I have the owners manual and everything with me.There was some confusion over one particular part one the man at the desk was asking me the length of what I needed and I could not answer that. I just didn’t know how to determine that. Instead of offering assistance he got extremely frustrated with me for not having the answer literally took a book That he had in his hand and slammed it to the floor turned on his heel and stormed out of the room.The other sales person proceeded to scream and yell at me asking me if I didn’t know that there were many mix of cars and models and whatever because I couldn’t deliver measurements to the answer the question I was called a rude person yes he stood over my head and belittled me.Unfortunately at the time there were no other patrons in the store for witnesses, I wish there had been. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business in my life. There is no professionalism there at all, needless to say horrid customer service, I guess they must be making a whole Lotta money that they certainly don’t need my business. They don’t have to worry about getting my business because I will never dark on the door of that operation ever again.I cried all day long after having been treated this way, I just could not believe, it this is so sad.

Niagara lawn and garden is the place to go they dont have my brand of mower but they have a bunch of products like still and a bunch of other equipment that I use and I couldnt get a part for me so they actually sent me in the right direction to get a part and I respect that cuz they lose money doing that. Thats a very good business practice and I will go to them even though theres a place right down the road from me they made my life so much easier by helping me out and telling me where I could get the part Id rather take the extra 20 minute drive just because its easier and I dont have to wait days for stuff to come in keep it up guys

Best garden equipment shop in the area. Always professional, know their products and ready to help. They even helped me to figure out and repair a piece of equipment that I bought elsewhere and did it free of charge.

Place was dead when I went in, got waited on, the guy answered all my questions. I left returned home measured and returned and purchased a new zero turn mower. No hassle at all, they were busy when I returned but they took care of everyone there in turn. For no pressure sales go here!

Walked into Niagara lawn and garden on 4/28/2020 just to look around and Steve came over and asked if i had any questions which I did have a few answered all my questions in a honest professional way showed me different kinds of machines and explained the difference in them I did make a purchase that day got a zero turn CubCadet ultima ZT1 and even went back the next day 4/29/2020 and picked up a STIHL blower and trimmer Steve’s son helped me that day explained everything to me showed me different options ect. they came outside with me showed me how to start the machines loaded them in my car now come on where els would you get service like that. I will be going back there from now on and doing business with them could not be more satisfied. Machine was delivered 5/5/2020 delivery driver went over the machine with me answered all my questions was also very nice and professional couldn’t be more happy. Thank you Steve and amazing staff.

Super nice cool people, they have been there over 20 years, family owned business. Have bought a Stihl String Trimmer and a Leaf Shredder Vac from them, no problem. I am taking my chainsaw in for them to fix as I am a homeowner and dont have the time. I think they are very good.

At Ann McClain, our policy is clearly printed on our invoice. No return on electrical parts. A starter is an electrical part. You were asked if that was the problem because starters are not common problems. So you write a review knocking our business??? Google is so one sided. Thanks for hiding behind your phone

Got a new lawn mower!

Horrible Service,, Do Not deal with George, He is rude and explains nothing! They did not fix either of the old lawn mowers I took there correctly, to get them home and still not work right.. I am a single women needing help with these machines and got ripped off.

My family purchased a lawn mower from Niagara Lawn and Garden Equipment. The company delivered a different mower valued at $800 less. When confronted with this, the owner refused to correct the situation. His response was “so sue me”. We did sue him in small claims court and won.Please be warned that the owner of this business is very dishonest and not to be trusted. I hope you learn from our experience.

I brought my 1.5 year old wright lawn mower in for repairs and was told to get the F**k off of the property. I was then physically assulted by one of his mechanics. I have chostochondrial separation so my chest is not together tight from a previous injury and his mechanic used all his force to shove me out the door followed by “you dont know me b***h get the f**k out of here”This all because about a year ago a deal fell through. Obviously a grudge was held.Aside from all of that.. these guys aren’t the brightest at what they do but they can push a pencil and use a computer mouse so chances are they can get you what you need.. just be sure to pay what they demand because if you don’t they will assault you physically and verbally.

Great Time to Buy your new Cub Cadet and this is the best place to buy . If you need parts or service on your lawnmower they will pick you machine up and get them ready for the season at a low price so give them a call . Their the only ones I Call for my snowblower and Riding Mower
