We were very impressed with the customer service at the initial appointment. I could not choose a color and made several trips to the store and each time they were very helpful and friendly. Once we finally made our selection the flooring arrived quickly. The installation was very professional and I am extremely pleased with my new floors.

At scheduled appointment time, installer showed up and chose to leave instead of waiting a few minutes for rooms to be cleared. Completely unprofessional and put the project behind. Company was unwilling to do anything to make up for the situation. Once completed, the install itself was fine along with the quality of work. However, if you need a reliable or timely company, I would look elsewhere.
