Good bargains on certain things, kids love shopping at Dollar tree although this location was one of least favorites.

Clean and quiet. Staff was so kind. They carried themselves as if they owned it. Great pride and courtesy to all within.

I shop here slot and everyone is usually very nice but lately the cashiers theyve hired are not friendly at all, when I used to shop there the cashiers ( angel, cc and Renee) would greet the customers saying hi how are you doing? The 2 cashiers (I think the cashier that waited on me was named amber) neither one greeted any customers they didnt even look up from what they were doing. When I approached the cash register the cashier didnt even look at me I spoke first after standing there for a minute and said hi how are you doing, she didnt respond back until she said its going to ask if you want a receipt. I pushed no and she proceeded to check out the next customer, I thought wow their customer service really went down.

Very clean & organized, large selection of Christmas decor to choose from, very pleasant staff, easy parking.

Unbelievably, it seems as though everything there costs $1.00. I kept asking for price checks and the employees were generally glad to help in that regard.

So much better now with the new manager. He is so friendly and help you no matter what.

Its a good place to get little items you need or want for a small price. Today we picked up some paint, paintbrushes, and a few gem excavation kits for the grandkids. Other times I have gotten frames and stuff to decorate for my daughters wedding. The staff is very courteous. The only drawback is that is its small. But it isnt cluttered thats great. Love the place.

I want to THANK LEE, for ALWAYS being AWESOME! I have visited this store twice in the past month and both times I had the pleasure of a very pregnant Lee during checkout. She is a hard worker, and just a SUPER SWEETIE! My sister was here from Georgia and visited the store the same day, shortly after I did, to order balloons for a party, and she RAVED about, Ms. Lee, as well! She is a Keeper!❤

As far as dollar stores go, this one is not trashy. They are usually quick on the register and its safe to leave your kids 1 aisle over. They have a good, reliable selection and plenty of party supplies.

They are never too busy. In fact its usually pretty quiet there. Everything is $1.00 cant beat that. The frozen food section is rather small. Thats fine for me because I dont shop for food there anyway. Small cleaning products and toys for children are probably the main reason to go there.

Clean, organized,well stocked, professional courteous employees....Other Dollar Trees could benefit from this locations example.

Nice selection of almost anything youd need from pen/notebooks to toys,hygiene products,lots of snacks and food items but be wary,half the food and snacks Ive bought from here have been stale 🤷‍♂️get what ya pay for at a discount place,its not all gonna be quality,lol.

I went this morning and first thing was I had to wait outside in the cold with my 2 children and a line of other people because the opening staff was 10 minutes late. Then during my checkout, I wanted to use 8 coupons on 14 items (4) Advil, (1) Crest, (1) Lance, and (2) Yardley. Everything scanned fine except the Yardley and the ladies there did not handle it well. They were clueless to coupons. Said I had too many coupons. I told them no, that I had used the Yardley before and they needed to be put in manually for some reason. They voided the order and rescanned just to end up with the same result. So, I told them I would put the soap back and use the coupons at the Crestview store, where I know they would be taken. They didnt like that so they asked if I would put the soap back and get 8 other items in the store so they didnt have to void it again. I said no, I wanted the soap, but only if I can use the coupons. (Whats the big deal to void again? I wasnt outside of the coupon requirements anyway.) So, one of the ladies said to the other one huffing and puffing, Just give them to her and well eat the $2! Seriously?? They arent eating anything. They need to be trained on their coupon policy and in customer service! Needless to say, I was not happy, but I had my kids so I left without saying anything about the rudeness.. I dont know if I will ever want to go back there.

What in the heck has happened to the Dollar Tree in Niceville, FL?? I worked there when Penny was manager and as time went by so did her ability to manage the store in the best way due to her physical disabilities and the large amount of time she called out. After I left I heard stories that everything just got worse. There was theft from the safe by an employee, a fire was started in the storeroom by an employees husband. And in general the store looks like crab and items are not stocked in a timely manner.The reason I finally decided to write was after being in the store a few days ago. There were three registers open and a line at each. Then suddenly register 1 and 2 were closed and people sent to the only remaining register. I know it was a time for a shift change but I would have never closed my line and sent all those people to wait in a line that went halfway down the isle. I asked where the manager was and they said no one was there to be in charge that day or an asst would be there later. At this time of year and the business you are doing you really need to do something about this. The 2 employees were following the rules to clock out but under the circumstances they could have kept working for 5 more minutes and cleared all those checking out. All of us were discussing it and several people just left there items and walked out. I dont blame them and almost did the same. I also so at least 10 empty packages which meant the items inside were most likely stolen. Why steal from a $1 store-because you can. This store is in dire need of some attention and not a visit every so often from the district lady who always comes in to complain. In the two years I worked there she never even spoke to me and always brought food for management but never included the hard working cashiers and stockers. That was rude and inconsiderate and didnt give us the incentive to try harder. Im sure this store is not in fear of closing down because we will step over the trash, bring our own carts in from the parking lot, and buy what we can pick out of the cluttered shelves only due to the economy. Otherwise I would never go in there again. I would go back to work there because Im a neat freak and I really tried to keep the store clean and looking nice. I was one of the only people who ever used the broken down vacuum we had available. The problem is that you are not willing to pay enough, minimum wage for the work expected from everyone there is not fair or economically feasible. We cant survive on those wages, especially when you wont let people work enough hours (expect when you need us of course) to make the amount of money needed to make a difference. It came to the point where it was not worth the time to get ready, drive there, be forced to take breaks off the clock (and still expected to work), and put up with the bitching from others and putting up with unhappy customers. This all needs to change. Your upper management makes plenty of money. Share some of those who work to make it for them.

Wish this store was a little larger so they could carry more stock. Each store is slightly different. Never leave empty handed.

If you need something fast for cheap, this is a good place to go. I always get notecards here. Theres a good choice for a dollar. The shop next door charges $5 for the same cards. The place does seem cluttered and chaotic, but totally worth it for the prices.

I love the dollar tree I am in there about 3 times a week! The Niceville one doesnt have alot and usually has lots of empty spots but still enjoy it!
