The new manager is amazing! She is keeping all my drinks and vitamins in stock and the store looks so nice now. She is looking for more help. Since no one wants to work these days. So if you want to make it better.... GO APPLY!

GNC closes at 7:00 p.m. its 6: 40 locked up lights off not a soul in sight. It sucks I drove over knowing that I had 20 minutes. This is the second or third time Ive come up at a time where they should be open and they were closed. Its happened a few times around 2:00 or 3:00 where the person was gone for about an hour or two. I will be ordering online from now on. I think this place is poorly managed with very little supervision apparently

They need to educate the employees a little bit more with their products I bring a product to the store thinking There’s something wrong with she’s change it for a new one I open it and look the same way she charge me for the new one so now I’m in then with two bottles of the same which I don’t want itBut she never explain to me that’s the way to product comes she automatically charge me for the other oneWithout even offer me the option if I want the same product or I just wanna return it for something else or If Just want my money backI think the company like GNC no need this petty stuff to get money make an extra sale

I can never get someone on the phone and the hours posted seem to vary. I was happy that Jenni( she is rude and seems to think she is the Goddess of nutrition) doesnt work there anymore but then I saw her in the Crestview store 😔. The Crestview store seems to have more stock, so overall I will be shopping there or online.

Was out of a lot, sales lady was unhelpful and rude didnt know much and act like we was bothering her 7/22/21 we just left & wont be back.

Store is very clean and the manager and male associate know the products very well, both were very helpful. Prices are fair and they will price match amazon as well as other places. They helped me choose the products that will help me acheive my goals and were very patient and nice. I will be shopping here again for sure.

The gentleman working today was very helpful and polite. He was a great help in helping me decide the right product to purchase. I would definitely consider shopping here again based on this experience (I am a GNC first-timer).The next time I needed something I called ahead with a question and the guy was super helpful and knowledgeable. How lucky to have such a great GNC in Niceville!
