I bought 6 dining room chairs two years ago. One of my chairs broke a leg and I called for service. Skippers was amazing. Friendly and swrvice oriented, Robert and the returns team repaired the leg at no cost. Not a small feat considering it was an older model. I wil definately keep all my furniture purchases with Skippers. Thanks team.

My family has purchased several pieces of furniture from Skipper’s over the last few months (dresser, chest of drawers, dining table). Each has been a quality product at, what I think to be, a great price. I’ve done comparison shopper my in town and online, but keep finding Skipper’s to be the best deal, and I get to see it before I buy. The customer service has been great too.I would recommend shopping here for furniture needs.

A.K.A. Skippers Furniture. Huge selection of furniture items and mattresses. The sales team was very nice. Ms. Olivia Skipper was awesome. They were willing to work with us and negotiate. They delivered the furniture to our house free of charge. However, the delivery guys and other employees that were not sales staff were a little unprofessional. They dressed like they were at a gym in a third world country, some using language on the sales floor in front of the customers, and one of the delivery guys was a bit of a smart aleck. A groomed, uniform appearance and respectful attitude would be a nice change.

Olivia took good care of us. She quoted a price, we shopped all over the county looking at comparable prices with no luck. 5 days later, we went back to look 1 more time. Olivia was off-duty but just happened to be in the store. She picked up where we left off, honored the original price, and even upgraded the mattress base because the quoted base had sold out while we shopped.

6 days ago our mattress was delivered and we are still waiting for the rest of our order. We have been assured daily it is on the truck and will be delivered soon. Presently we are working with our credit card company to withhold payment for fraud. Buyer beware!!!

Great family owned store. Beautiful choices to select from ...and everything is of Great quality. I will always make it my first go to place to shop for my home.

This business deserves ten stars. I arrived prior to opening at about the same time as the owner, who insisted that I come on in while she turned the store lights on. She then proceeded to help me pick out a new sofa and chair and some other items I was looking for. Pricing was negotiable and beyond reasonable. Shortly after leaving the store, I was contacted and advised they could deliver the furniture that day. Very happy with the quality of the furniture I purchased and the outstanding customer service. Impressive!

So we’ve gone here for several different items. After the first two times I stopped even comparing them to anywhere else. 1) the quality of their stuff is great 2) the pricing is always reasonable - and they will do a deal if you’re a returning customer 3) they treat everyone so nice and are so helpful! We’ve had the pleasure of working with the dad, the daughter, and the son, and each one knew their stuff and how to make sure we got what we wanted. We tell everyone - Go here for your furniture!!! Love them!

We got a high quality bedroom set from this store and we absolutely love the furniture. I wish I could say the same thing for the store experience. It took three months to get the rest of our furniture when we were told it would be a maximum of three weeks. When we went in to check on why we hadnt received our furniture or a delivery date we were met with rude comments from some of the staff. I decided maybe it was an off day considering we did finally get our furniture after waiting three months. I thought maybe the salesman was just having a bad day. This week I was looking for another piece of furniture and thought Id give them another shot. The salesman was extremely rude and basically told me to leave when I said I wasnt interested in ordering anything. This was yet another horrible experience with the same sales person. I definitely do not recommend this store. Take your business elsewhere. The Badcock store just down the road has great furniture and excellent customer service.

My mother in law went in to the store today just planning on looking around. We were immediately warmly greeted by David. He was finishing up with another customer and then promptly helped us. He answered every question we had, gave us honest information and didnt try to get us to buy the most expensive mattress in the store. He was knowledgeable and very kind. There was no pushiness or pressure. I would 100% recommend this spot. They are so nice and so helpful. I will definitely be making all future purchases here. Thanks David!!

1/5 Would NOT shop here. Absolute scam operation or at the very least completely incompetent. No returns, just in-store credit, but they dont explain it as such. Sold me a brand new couch and then delivered the floor model. We knew because it wasnt wrapped, packaged, and had the same exact stitching issue as the floor model. Complete scam.

We recently bought a chair,great experience! Then we decided it was time for a new bed.These people treat you like family,sincerely concerned about back issues etc.. definitely a store that is concerned with customers needs,not just a sale... GREAT PEOPLE,GREAT PRICE,GREAT SERVICE!!!... and I must say,the delivery crew carries themselves incredibly well and goes above and beyond...

The folks in this store are fantastic, they make you feel like old friends when you walk in there. No pushy sales tactics at all. I would definitely recommend this place over any other place locally. 5 Stars for sure.

Bad customer service for already bought products. They ignore your calls and messages. Certain people(Jordan)show good customer service before you purchase, but after that they totally ignore you if you have any problem with the item. And yes I agree with others, owners daughter is totally rude.

The lady as soon as I walked in guessed that I was looking for a mattress and she directed us to the cheapest one I was so grateful since Im going a rough time and she was so kind.

We bought 2 full bet sets. They were delivered and installed with no issue. One bed had one of the rails break though due to defect. I contacted the store in Niceville where we bought it and they said they would replace it under warranty. We waited a couple of weeks to get it and two teenagers showed up to install it with no tools and asked to borrow mine. They opened the box and the replacement was the wrong color. I then waited a week to hear when the new one in the correct color would be in and found they forgot to order it. Then another week later I call to get a status and was told they would find out and call me back. They never did. I called again and the rep for the bed maker was in the store. They talked to them while I was on the phone and found out they do not even make the bed anymore in that color. So the furniture rep said they will have their repair people call us to schedule a repair instead and the store offered me a $100 credit for an in store purchase as a consolation for the waiting. After the repair people showed they decided it could not be fixed. We went to the store and spoke to Dave the Service Manager and the owner Mr. Skipper and they apologized for all the inconvenience and said they would do whatever it takes to make it right. We agreed they would have their own repair guys come take a look to be sure it could not be fixed and in the meantime they allowed us to order a full replacement bedroom set of a similar kind with no charges. Their repair person came the next day and sadly it could not be repaired. Dave called me back the same day to let me know they were going to go ahead and replace the whole set with the other one we chose. They rushed the order and we did get it within a few days and so far no issues. I do thank Dave and Mr. Skipper for doing what was right and following through. There were unfortunate delays along the way, but in the end they did make things right and we do appreciate that.

We came to visit our son and Grandsons from Arkansas, they have out grown the toddler beds so we cked around and settled on mattress depot, our sales lady Candy was so very helpful and the owner went above and beyond to help us ( even gave us an upgrade) we would highly recommend if your in the need of furniture go to mattress depot. Salesperson was very pushy and wouldnt allow us to look around at the floor models. Suggested that if we werent going to buy now that we should leave within minutes of entering. Definitely not taking my business here and wouldnt recommend it to anyone I know.

I had some paperwork from the store in Mary Esther to replace a mattress due to a warranty issue. When I went to the store in Niceville to exchange the mattress, I was told that some label was removed and the warranty would not be honored. The person helping me showed me an example of the label in question, however the label did not have any notice about removing it will null and void your warranty. When I pointed this out, he got irate and lost all forms of his professionalism. I calmly said, thank you for your help and have a good day and left the store. I will be reporting this seemingly shady practice to the Attorney General on base and I will be also seeking to get this store on the military blacklist due to how they treat their military costumers.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, not pushy. Found a great mattress. Very happy with my experience!

The first salesperson we talked to was polite and left us alone to browse by ourselves after informing us of sales. The second lady was also polite, you know, as she asked us to leave in the nicest way someone could. She said shed prefer if someone helped us out, as if we couldnt tell what kinds of furniture wed want without someone elses input. She asked if we were planning on buying anything as if we couldnt afford to shop there. Her thinly veiled insults and condescending tone really served to push us away. Ive never felt such negativity towards me before. I was looking for a new mattress but I definitely wont be buying it from them.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Im giving it 3 stars because the first sectional we brought home was very poor quality. The cushions kept coming out of place and had to push them back in and thats with velcro underneath. Ended up returning because I didnt want to keep pushing them back every time I sat down. When we returned it they were not too happy... I get it but at the same time Im spending money and I want to be happy with my product. The second one we bought from them was beautiful. Seemed like great quality! However weve only had it for a little less than 2 months and the tops of the cushions are getting fuzzy and looking like its 3 years old. Weve only made 1 payment on the thing and it seems to be fraying on the edges and tops... plus the sofa cushions are awful after 2 months. They sink in horribly. I really wanted to love this sofa but Im just a little disappointed.
