Chris is a nut great guy! Funny guy. He will get you what you need. We needed a stove asap around christmas we had orders ontop of orders plus an event to set up at. He had us a stove in like an hour at the house set up and ready to roll.Buy from Chris!

I had a friend who tried to rent things from them and they gave her nothing but a run around, she gave them plenty of references to call and yet those references were not good enough and they wouldnt rent from her her references were a boss a employee and a friend so how could they not be good enough so they 100% lost a reliable customer. Horrible customer service

I have been dealing with this place for TWO years!!! They HARASS me on a daily, they beat on my door even when payments arrangements have been made. They show up the day the payment is due! NOT TO MENTION they do NOT where mask when they come to your house! They demand you pay them when they are their and say they will not leave unless you can pay them right that second. My case I just needed to go to the bank! I cannot WAIT! To not deal with these over bearing people any more. They threaten to closeMy account even tho I onlyOwe 500$ left on a washer and dryer they charged me 3,200 for. DO NOT GO TO NICHOLASVILLE RENT A CENTER. Lance is cool but Jesse and Brent will harass you I have more than 75 voicemails on my phone from them just from this week!

Do not waste your money my wife orded a new all in one touchscreen desktop computer yeterday at 4pm for 120$ month.I am giving this location a 0 star rating !My wife called today @ 10 am no one picked up for over a hour had to call another store to have them call me !My wife was told they had it but... They Had to go to morehead ky to get it 5$ off a week cause it was used.They only knock of 5 $ a week for used products lol rent a center is a joke !She asked for 15$ back and they are refunding her money.Worst customer service ever !The rent a center online store is a front for used products !Aarons gives you new products ships them to your local Aarons store new not used.Go to Aarons their discounts on used products is more than 5$ a week !Calling corporate on this location !They are robbing their customers !

Had a driver just pull out in front of me off Lorraine Ave. onto Central Ave. In Nicholasville KY today about 10:40 am December 14 2019Drivers need more training, safety should always come first appearantly to some Rent a center drivers it is secondary.Being a CDL driver myself I understand as a driver you must practice the best safety practices and remain vigil.I feel like heir drivers are failing in this regard, why? Poor training, no training?

Service is poor when I talk to them they have no respect, they do not keep there word.... Rude then the guy that always makes the calls has attitude hateful.... When they call and say u had payment arragment or something tell them I be in that day and with in hour theybhve somebody knocking on ur door.... Then when I confront them bout it oh sorry forgot to call them and let them know heads up.... Or we couldnt get ahold of driver always and excuse
