I made 2 appointments and they canceled both times, once without even telling me as I was waiting. The first time was understandable because of icy roads, but they had no reason the second time. They tried to reschedule me a week later after already waiting a week. I called Carlitos and got my replacement the next day and saved $60. Thanks Kentucky Auto Glass.
