Ive been shopping with AutoZone for a many years and the AutoZone in Nicholasville has the most inexperienced workers ever they give you the part numbers for the wrong part they put people that are 2 months old at AutoZone on the telephones whom have no idea of what theyre talking about they dont know what you want and dont know how to even figure out what you want even when you come right out and say exactly what you want their corporate office really needs to look into better longer training for new employees. Thank u

They usually have everything you need or can get it the next day. They can be a little pricey but so are every other auto parts store. It pays to shop around to see who has the lowest price, but Auto Zone usually always wins out.

This is my go to parts store. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Ive had more luck sourcing parts here than any other local store. Returns are always easy, and a lot of parts have a really good warranty. Definitely a great place if you are a DIYer when it comes to your vehicles.

I stopped in to have a quick diagnostics run on my car since it was acting up (fuel pump issue), Rob R. helped me with the task and provided me a rough estimate on part costs. I recently moved to Lexington and didnt know of a mechanic that I could trust - Rob provided me a business card and name of a shop nearby that he highly recommended.Its because of Robs recommendation that I gave the shop a call and thankfully they could get me in right away. My car hasnt run this well in years!Im incredibly grateful to Rob for his time and his mechanic recommendation. This is the kind-of service that I wish I received elsewhere and because of it, Ill be sure to make the drive to this Auto Zone for any future needs. (Rob even helped to answer some questions I had about oil for my lawn mower, which I snagged while in the store.)

BJ was very knowledgeable! I knew that he knew his stuff when he elaborated even further in detail the problem I was having with my 98 GMC Sierra, turns out it was warped rotors and not the drum brakes that was causing the problem! Really good experience with them!

This place is sooooo expensive. WOW ON EVERYTHING DOWN TOO THERE FUNNELS FOR OIL/TRANSMISSION AND IF YOU HAVE A VEHICLE UNDER 1995 YOU CANT GET THERE FREE CHECK INGINE LIGHT DIAGNOSES...BUT AT LEAST THEY ARE FRIENDLY

I always buy my parts from auto zone bc they have the lowest prices. Although their staff seem to change quite frequently. the new MGR is friendly enough but she wasnt knowledgeable when itcame to me asking her opinion about my specific car problem and parts.
