Even short staffed, they did a great job. Sam was pleasant and professional. I came around noon, so I planned on a bit of a wait, but they got me in fast, did a great job, and sent me on my way. Extremely professional, very polite, 100% recommend.

The way the employees drive peoples cars and endanger people on the road while driving customers cars and their own. The employee that drives the blue Mustang is the worst he tried running me off the road today because he was late for work. I have 10 vehicle that need to be maintenanced but I will not use them now. Do as you would like but I would rather you stay safe and have a vehicle versus not being safe or having a vehicle.

I pulled in just as they were closing. They gladly welcomed me in and fixed a critical need on my car without taking advantage of the situation. Super courteous, fair and friendly service. Super clean and spacious waiting area. I cant think of a single thing to improve their operation, other than wish they had a bigger sign out front so more people knew about this business.

I was satisfied with my efficient service. My car is older and is losing oil somehow. I pulled up and the polite technicians checked all the possible causes then topped off my oil for no charge. They even suggested following up with the dealer and didnt try to sell me services I didnt need. Overall, good experience👍

The staff is very courteous and professional, especially when answering any questions. Zach, in particular, was helpful when dealing in multiple visit alignment and steering problem. Zach explained it as well and anyone and made sure the car is safe for the road. The other staff persons were well trained and friendly.

I was so impressed with the service I got at jiffy lube today! Our main technician was Billy and he was absolutely top notch. The whole team was extremely professional and helpful. The technicians even took the time to wash my windows and vacuum the engine compartment. Great experience all around.

This was the fastest oil change with the most accommodating and pleasant staff I’ve ever encountered at any oil change location. They answered several questions, they didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need and they honored a competitor’s coupon.

I came here due to Mr. Smith, he is the manager here and I know him personally. His crew, Michael, and Kenny are awesome guys and did a fantastic job with installing my tires and listening to Chris. I will be bringing my other 5 vehicles here and also I have been telling friends and family to come here as well. Looking forward to seeing this location grow at Brannon Crossing.

After calling several other places for tire prices called here on whim just to see to compare. Was pleasantly surprised to find the cheapest prices by over $20 a tire. Staff was very friendly, professional, and quick. The waiting room was clean with complimentary Keurig coffee and bottled water. I will return for services needed in the future

Stopped in to get my oil changed and my tires balanced. Shannon explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had. He was very prompt and greeted me as I walked in. I will be going back for all of my oil changes. I felt very comfortable the whole time I was there.

I dont go to these oil change places because I have time to sit around unnecessarily.I pull up. The guy tells me to pull behind the bay that should leave first. Ok no problem.The problem starts when the vehicle in the other bay leave first. Then they pull another vehicle in there that arrived after me. No one even acknowledge or looked my way as all this is going on and for sure they knew I arrived there first.

I came here on a a Groupon, and really expected bare minimum service because of it. Unfortunately that is just sometimes the facts with discounted services. The gentlemen at this location were friendly, energetic and professional. They let me know my car took a little bit more oil than the Groupon covered before doing the change and seemed to work as a smooth, efficient team with everyone acting as though it was natural and customary for everyone to do the same work to keep the team running efficiently. I’d highly recommend this location for oil changes or any other auto service.

By far the best customer service I have EVER experienced at any quick oil change station!The techs were incredibly friendly and informative ! Billy, Richard, and Taylor made sure that my car was road ready and that I knew what condition my car was in before I left... my air filter was well over due for a replacement and I truly know nothing about cars so when they had such great patience and advice for all of my questions it made me feel like they truly care about their customers. They even vacuumed my car while I waited which I highly appreciated! 10/10 I’ll go to that location every time ! Highly recommend!!!

Im thrilled to have discovered Jiffy Lube Multi Care! The crew are personable and friendly which is great if you need to wait on your car. Theyre also close to shopping and dining choices. They educated me on my cars needs but not once did it feel like a sales pitch. My brakes and oil change were performed promptly. I will be going back to them for all of my car maintenance.

They were very professional and helped me understand all the changes that were being made. Every question that I had they were able to answer and gave me good advice for what I should be doing in the future. I would highly recommend this to friends.

They went above and beyond to take care of my truck. I got 4 tires put on that were large and barley fit. The tech was knowledgeable about what was needed and patient enough to work in it for a long time until we got it to work.As a brand new business I think these guys are doing great so far. Give them a try. They have some great deals right now as well.

On a snowy afternoon they got me in for service quickly and even offered a warm cup of hot chocolate. You can’t ask for anything better.

I went because it was highly recommended by a friend. They did not disappoint. Chris was the person who took care of me. There was no high pressure to do other work like a lot of other places. I stood outside the bay and watched the work performed, I always do no matter where I go. Great care was taken to protect my Jeep from scratches and nicks while leaning in to the engine well. I watched another technician servicing another car, bald with a goatee. He didnt know I was watching and it wasnt my car so why should I care what he was doing. He was awesome. Everywhere he touched he wiped with a clean shop towel.Chris answered all of my questions with knowledge of how a car service should be done. He continually referred to the specifications on the computer and relayed that to the pit on proper torque and fill specifications. He didnt guess, or say that should be good. All the work was double checked by another team member to ensure safety and the job was done correctly.I highly recommend Jiffy Lube at Brannon Crossing. I trust them enough to send my youngest child over for vehicle service. I know that they would take care of them and not try to sell them something they didnt need. I will be back.

These gentleman won my business this morning hands down! I just came off of a 12 hour shift. I take my spouse to medical appts. several times a week every week. Point being, time is never on my side.I went to another store, they were not open as thier sign stated they would be with no notice of a later opening. I called these gentleman and redirected myself here. This place is so clean!I was met with welcomed smiles and professionalism. Thier services were thoroughly explained to me AND suggested (no pressure) a tune up... No one has asked me this in the past and as much as I run I truly hadnt thought about it.Oil change and tune up I was in and out with a very reasonable time. Very personable staff. I left and got to a stop light I noticed something different... Silence, my car wasnt rattling . Yes, a tune up was most certainly in order.Thank you so much!! I WILL be back you gained a costumer.
