Went in today to just “look” at boots...I’m one of the rare females who hates shoe shopping because nothing ever seems to fit rights. A very sweet young lady named Bethany helped me every step of the way and I actually found a pair I love!! I also got a pair for my daughter. Great shopping experience and customer service was awesome!

We were visiting Kentucky. A local told us about this boot store. They were SUPER friendly and very helpful. From the minute we walked in the door we felt so welcomed. We purchased a pair of boots that had a nail going out the side of the boot we didnt realize it at the time we purchased them. We saw it when we were home which is 7 hours away. I contacted the manufacture and they told me I had to contact the place where I purchased them. Thank goodness The Boot Store is AWESOME. They sent us a return label via email and had us new boots in no time. I would HIGHLY recommend shopping at their store.

Bought a pair of thorogood boots back in March, a hole devolved inside of the boot, took them back to the boot store and they gave me a brand new pair, always have a great experience here and will always be back, excellent staff!!! Always making it right !

Hi there,Often we jump to report the bad and not enough good. But Friday night my mom, my 3 year old daughter and myself stopped in your all’s store for myself a new pair of twisted x’s, no big deal. From the get go the employee, Kennedy, asked how she could help, carried on conversation and kept checking in on us.We got over to the kids section and started shopping for my 3 year old a new pair of boots. Kennedy had stepped away to do something else when we asked her to come back over. My daughter was being a little difficult and wouldn’t even let us put the boots on.Kennedy comes over and was like “put your boots on and we will race!” “ can you kick a ball in these boots”Overall 20/10 customer service from Kennedy! She was just amazing!We’ve stopped in your all’s store a many of times, always come away with the family feeling. But as someone who manages a retail store I can only pray I have people leaving my store like we did Friday night.Thanks again!

Just wanted to leave a review for you guys on excellent service, knowledge, and awesome people! The second I walked in the door I was greeted genuinely by staff. I made my way to the boots and was approached by a senior staff member to ask if I needed help. I came in looking for python boots and left with a “Kentucky boot store exclusive” Eastern rattlesnake Anderson bean purchase. The staff members took the time to fit me and was patient with me while I contemplated. Cannot wait to make this store a tradition for my family. Purchased a hat here yesterday, was pleased with the whole experience. Staff was excellent, knowledgeable, and very helpful (but not pushy or overbearing at all!). I knew very little about hats and the guy that helped me really knew his stuff. Got home and looked up hat online, price at store was great and there is no substitute for looking at the product in person and trying it on before you purchase. Plus helping out and supporting local business.

Absolutely disgusting behavior by the gentleman with a goatee. Accused my wife of lying about whether boots had been worn and didn’t want to accept a return. Purchased 2 days ago and still had the tags on them. Boot Barn here we come!As I said, they had not been worn off carpet or even on carpet for that matter. They were returned exactly as purchased. And please don’t say you did anything as a courtesy. You have a thirty day return policy and your sales rep was anything but courteous. Excellent service and friendly staff! We traveled an hour and a half and was not disappointed. The Boot Store has hundreds of styles to choose from and the staff was so eager to help in all of our needs. I had a teenage son and two teenage daughters so we were all over the store. This is our new favorite place to shop.

This place was ripped out of Oklahoma or Wyoming. The minute I walked in I was like a horse that found the oats barn.... Met two of the finest Gentlemen Associates workin there Mason and Luke. They certainly know the business. The attention to detail and service is beyond commendation.If youre a Western fan, A Cowboy, or Cowgirl this is the Only place youll want !!!. What an amazing shopping experience. Sierra is like a personal shopper and her husband, Paul made sure my husband bought the best fitting pair of jeans. The best part was the huge selection of boots. It was so hard to choose just one pair. This will be a regular stop every time we come to Lexington!

Quality of products brought me in, but customer service keeps me coming back. You don’t find many high-end western wear stores this far from Texas, but they’ve nailed it! Good selection and lots of sizing options for even a hard to fit guy like me. Had them order me a custom pair of boots and I could not be more pleased! The staff, managers and owner all work together and you can tell they care about the customer. They’ll do you right and take the time you need to get the right fit from hats to boots. Worth the drive every time!

This is a lovely store and my husband and I have bought boots here for years! But I have to say when I walk into a store and am swarmed by salespeople its EXTREMELY off putting.... they lost my business today... was about to drop some serious cash, in their store.

Well lit showroom with ample stock on display and helpful salespeople to assist. We were warmly greeted and offered assistance right away. We were able to pick out exactly what we wanted and have it engraved (we were buying key fobs as gifts). They have a great selection of sizes to choose from. We browsed the displays while our order was being engraved. It was ready in a few minutes. This was a good experience. We will buy more from The Boot Store in the future.

Excellent customer service! There was a very slight glitch with my order I placed via phone, but it was quickly taken care of when I was in the store to pick up the order. And to make up for the minor mistake, they offered me a complimentary name plate key chain! Its nice to have a local shop that values quality and customer service - will definitely go back!

It has been years since Ive been to this store. I used to go there on a regular basis to get my hat cleaned. It was a resistol self conforming hat, and I wore it everywhere I went. The guy that cleaned my hat did a wonderful job. He made sure it was cleaned proper, and he made sure that it kept its shape and form. The last time I went to the store to get it cleaned, he was off and some other guy was there. He took my hat to clean it, and a few minutes later when he brought it to me, he had turned the sides up on it, and said that it looks better that way. That changed the way it fit and felt. I could not wear it. It was uncomfortable. He ruined my hat. That made me mad as hell. They should have replaced it for me, but did not. I paid $151.00 for this hat and still have it, and it still doesnt fit. I have not been to this store in years, and I will never go back either.Thanks for nothing.Please like and share.scott-
