Long wait times, even if there are no customers in front of you. I have waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged on more than one occasion. The face to face customer service scine the switch from Rite Aid to Walgreens has been terrible. They get two stars because once you have their attention, they are kind. I just have to allot 15 minutes to pick up a prescription, every.single.time.
I called ahead to make sure they would fill a script from my doctor and they said everything was fine and in stock. I get there after leaving the hospital, and the pharmacist gets between my doctor and I and denies filling the script. She was not even disputing the dosage, they refused to give me the medicine they showed me in the window of the drive thru. Outrageous.
No TP in the restroom and the cashier was not accommodating.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Worst pharmacy ever!!!!! Im glad I transferred my prescriptions elsewhere. Every time I go here, they have new staff......which was quite often but not any more.
When they are busy they simply pick up the phone and hang up on you.
