Chris (salesperson) came over immediately after I called Rob (owner) and provided a fair, honest estimate. Installation team -- hard working, meticulous, and the windows and sliding glass/screen door look fantastic. There is no need to look for another source for windows---Elite lives up to their name.

They had a very outgoing and friendly staff. Everyone seemed to work well with each other and they were all happy to help the client. Their prices where better than others places as well. This is why I was willing to travel from Lexington.I would definitely recommend them.

Twenty new windows installed and wrapped in less than two days, Great group of men did the install. I can’t believe how much quieter my house is. Before they left, they not only made sure the windows were clean but also vacuumed behind the couch that hadn’t been moved in 12 years. Plantation shutters taken down and reinstalled with one piece (broken a year ago) repaired in the process. The windows are great. The service outstanding. Can’t wait til warm weather to be able to open the windows and take advantage of the screens.I had three bids before choosing Elite. One was from one of those companies that say your house will be their model in the neighborhood and they’ll give you a deep discount. Their window samples were inferior and their “discounted price” 25% higher than what I paid Elite. I also checked with a company recommended by a friend. They were slightly cheaper ($20 a window) but it was pretty clear that they planned to have a lot of add ons to the cost. With Elite, the price quoted was price paid. Now to find someone to freshen up the paint on my doors and power wash the gutters. They look a little blah compared to the windows.

Outstanding customer service!! When I had difficulty with contractor replacing small part, they came right out and replaced the part. I also love the casement window i purchased from them.

Truly professional in every aspect! Rob came out to the house to measure for a new sliding door in the basement that had been giving us problems. He made a few adjustments and said that I didnt need a new door. Its working just fine now.I really appreciate honesty and integrity like this and its so rare in this day and age. If your looking for replacement windows be sure to call Rob at Elite in Nicholasville,Ky before you buy. I had estimates and my problem is I needed beige on the outside and white on the inside and when you asked others their price goes up because they want to charge extra for that and then mention I wanted grids in my windows will that another extra cost, now saying that they were all ok people that came out I got estimates from but to make this short the reason I picked Elite is when I called and told Rob what I was looking for and he didn’t hesitate and said no problem plus I got the grids. I knew after talking to him on the phone I was picking him because he gave me a price with the dual colors I needed plus the grids was in price range. I will add that my lowest price estimate really didn’t want to discuss the dual color widows like they didn’t want to or the cost would have been to high. Anyway I believe Rob sent someone the same day to show me the window they install and to measure I gave my deposit and to end this review I got my windows installed today and from start to finish I couldn’t be happier plus his install team were awesome.
