I really enjoy just walking around and looking at things. You dont get hassled by the staff. When you have a question you can find someone pretty quick to answer your question. Plus I have had very good luck with the tool they sale. And really love the low prices.

Good service in a pleasant experience. I downgraded one star because the stock was low and I couldnt find everything I was looking for, however it was Labor Day so its possible that they had sold out of many things on the holiday weekend before I got there.

I like harbor freight but every time there is a sale its always the same items and the same discounts. The brands of tools they sale are starting to approach the tools they want to compare them against. The build your bundle deal choose a tool a battery and charger but they charge you for the each separate item, you could almost buy Kobalt or Dewalt for the total price you pay bundle building, you could probably purchase Craftsman for less. I personally believe they are losing what made them different from the competitors, quality tools, at a fraction of what youd pay at lowes or home depot.

I did not buy anything this trip. However, we did walk around and see lots of sales. The store was very clean and organized! Kudos to you!

I love going in here when I have a project im working on. They have all the tools we need. I took away a star because they arent making sure that everyone in the store is wearing a mask and I had to try to dodge people in the store.

Like a kid in a candy store. Have a multitude of hardware and tools, all made in China. Good prices and great coupons. I dont tend to buy electric tools for commercial use here. But for casually used, around the house, its great. No hassle returns. Great to have a store, instead of having to depend on the internet and 1 month shipping time for same merchandise from China.

Found everything needed!

Clean store manager had them cleaning and cleaning bathrooms. However staff was very rude and not helpful at all.

Location was great to find. And they had exactly what I was looking for. And the young lady at the register was very polite and had the information that I needed for the item that I was looking for. I didnt need to order the tool it was in stock with a great price, I would recommend this store to friends and family.

We bought a Hercules brand drill. When we took it out of the box there were no charger or battery included. When we checked the price of those things in the same brand they were more expenses than the drill itself. A $59.95 drill would have been $159.94. We returned the drill and bought a Craftsman with everything included at Lowes for $59.95. Lesson learned!

Great for quick tools when you are in the middle of a project or job. Prices are usually unbeatable. Quality isnt always the best, but lets be honest, its great for the price you are paying. Was so happy when the built this one near me.

Mostly great employees. Lots of tools. Specialty tools and equipment very cheap compared to big box stores. Not everything is of the best quality, but at a fraction of the price it makes it worth it, especially random tools that you may only use once. Will definitely be back.

I went in to get a magnet for magnet fishing. And while I was there I realized that if Im going to be hunting for aquatic treasure, I may need some type of navigation device. Luckily Harbor Freight had several classic brass sextants in stock, naturally.Since I was already there, I decided to browse a bit. I took a few swings with some of the hammers until the employees started giving me the side eye. So I went over to the crowbar section and took a few swings with the crowbar. There was side eye in that section too. So I headed over to their multi-packs of odds and ends. You know the 1000 count 7/22 size o-rings and the not for actual use carabiners. Then I discovered the weird v-engine air pump that you could turn by hand and it made a soothing frog mating call. Or you can turn it fast and it makes fart noises. I did that some and blamed it on the other customers.It is weird how everything in the store, is like $1.49 but it always cost 150 bucks to go here.

They treated me with really respect and very happy could not ask for a better place will recommend them 100% all of the people working there are very nice and will bend over backwards to help you

Here again great placed To buy stuff but there always want to send you coupons read very carefully they dont always work if the coupons dont apply to something dont put it in letters that are so small that you need a magnifying glass to read them

This is the nicest Harbor Freight I have been in from Kentucky to Georgia. Store was clean and well marked. Nothing was out of order nor had the appearance of being just thrown on the shelf.

Better than most Harbor Freights I have been to. They didnt have the big Phillips screwdriver I needed.

It has decent tools and more than you would expect. They also have other tools for hobbies and stuff you wouldnt expect

When I was in the trades, I bought top of the line professional tools. Klien, Greenlee, Hilti, Milwaukee etc. We used them every day and they lasted for years. They also cost a fortune.I still place a lot of value on having the right tools for the job. But I dont need them every day. Harbor Freight has everything I need of good quality and at great prices. They also have great customer service and knowledgeable people.Today I shopped Lowes first looking for another tool chest to put my tools in. Harbor Freight won out with better quality and better price. Im a happy camper.
