ROA in Nicholasville were great to work with. I had to move units several times and they were always there to assist me. Kind people and I cannot recommend them enough. 10 stars if I could give 10 stars.

The space is secure, dry, and access is easy. Customer service is top notch. Great prices the first year, but creeped up after that. Id use them again without question, though.

I lost the keys to my storage unit. Call the office and they told me to come by. There were 2young ladies and a young man and their boss there. They got me set up with new locks in about 15 minutes. Wish I could remember all their names. Great Job!

The Nicholasville location is worth your consideration for your storage needs. I was a patron of their storage units for around 4 to 5 years, during my time in Kentucky. Their staff was always professional and courteous. They were communicative if there was any policy changes.I used their climate controlled units. The inside temperature was just right for my belongings.During my time with them I went from a larger unit to a smaller one. When I was looking to downsize units, as soon as a smaller unit came available, the transition was handled with expediency.The facilities were always well maintained and secured.I always felt satisfied knowing my belongings were under the care of Storage Rentals of America. I recommend SROA Nichloasville for anyone in that area needing a storage unit. My only complaint is they dont have a location where I moved. If SROA opened a location near me, I would most certainly look to utilize their facilities for any of my storage needs.

Miranda was great. But very unhappy that I moved out before 15th of month and didnt prorate my storage rental. Also I rented a bigger unit for half the price.

The facility is clean and safe. However, they continued to raise our rent prices annually at enormous rates which did not make sense. We stayed with them for 4 yrs but got tired of the price hikes. We found another climate controlled unit for a much cheaper price.

The staff was very helpful in getting my storage unit set up. Very happy with the customer service.

Need to fix their gates. Belongings are not secure.... Gates were broken all day again today.

Not the best in NIcholasville, others storage centers have more reasonable rates and hours when they are actually there with the store open. Website is horrible, logged in once, took a payment, have never been able to log in again. They will raise your rate without warning, Very poorly run corporation. I feel sorry for the nice people that have work there as their hands are tied and bound by corporate rules.I called the help number and had a nice conversation with a rep that helped me get online so that I do not have to worry if they are open or not. I can pay online and that is a big help. I am changing it to 4 stars because of the phone call and help.

Perfect experience with everyone involved. I just recently moved out because i needed more space but would have loved to stick with this company. The people working in the front office are always there to help and the maintenance crew were very diligent when i needed them to be. I noticed that one of my units had the little red bugs crawling all over it and let them know. They responded within the hour and sprayed not only my unit but made sure that all units around mine were bug free. That shows me that they care about your property while they store it.If you are here looking for a place to store your items and at a price that wont break the bank you CAN NOT do any better than this location. Theyre the best you can find in nicholasville ky.

Employees are kind and courteous, answer all my questions, check the property, check the locks on the doors,I believe all my items are in place in my unit, the put stickers of the storage company name on the key hole of each locked unit to in sure it is locked. I check my unit regularly anyway.

This business at this location has the customer service ever. There is very seldom anyone in the office which resulted in being charged a late fee of $20 on two occasions until I was able to set up auto pay. When I wanted a larger unit, I was not able to get anyone in the office for a week. Moved to another storage company and didnt even get a refund for the 15 days remaining on my rental against company policy. Unless you are happy with per service, I dont recommend this location at all. I am reporting this to BBB.

Called from out of state for my company to rent a unit for a month there and Brandon was nothing but helpful and courteous. Looking forward to using their secure facility, and based on our conversation, I think anyone would have a pleasant experience using SROA in Nicholasville!

So I filled out my paperwork and paid you 6 months or more in advance. Just to get a email claiming I have nothing on file and the manager was very rude about it. Not to consider that im in the military and just can go back to Kentucky whenever I want. They will never get another red cent of min.

As a current customer I advise people to steer clear of here. The property managers here get into units illegally, suspend accounts for no reason, raise rent, and are extremely rude because of their laziness.

Absolutely horrendous placeThey dont follow through with their own ads or specials.When you state your 1st month 1$It implies a 30 day month. 6 days is not a month. 6 days is a prorated amount. I could have went down the road and got something just as comparable as this place for 30days for the same price.Its a RIP off and they give you the runaround. I signed up online and I called the 800 number and the lady wants to connect me to that areas manager. I didnt sign up with him. What us he going to do. Follow the rules that this company set. Its absurdity

Been going to this storage unit for a while now never had a problem with them until here recently. Ive always made my payments on time if not earlier, my payment was due 1st of December I called them that day and told them my credit card and debit card changed so I wont be able to make the payment. They told me I had till the 5th or they will charge me a late fee thats not a problem. I called again today the lighting was very very rude said if I dont pay them the $90 I cannot get in my storage building at all I asked if I can make a split payment and she said nope that wont happen either, I tried explaining to her my deceased parent stuff was in there along with my kids stuff in mine and she said well I dont care about any of that that isnt my problem. Never again will I go to the storage building they are rude and do not care about nothing.
