I am an out of town bidder who needed 16 fragile glass items shipped. Not only did I receive the items fast, but the packing was great. I am extremely happy with every aspect of my experience.

I deal with about 30 different auction houses. They are one of the best. Very fair shipping. What a pleasure to deal with them. So nice on the phone. They email you a tracking number. I sure wish all of them did that. I will definitely buy from them again.

The owner Ian is kind, personable, and extremely trustworthy. I have been to a lot of auction houses in the area and he is by far the best. You should consign and buy from him with absolute confidence.

Lots of interesting items in a wide variety of categories. Something for everyone. I used the online prebidding function and it was great. Picking up the items was easy too. Great volunteers working at the warehouse were very friendly and helpful.

Ian Kasper did not work in good faith. It took months to get back to me, after constant pestering and then he lied and told me the item sold for a few dollars. I think he kept it for himself because it had value.

Unconscionable business practices. After months of never receiving an invoice from the auctioneer and being unable to get the items from him, I complained about it. Instead of helping me he started to stalk me online and harass my place of employment, posting my private information including home address and account information without my authorization. He lied about the accounts in a brazen attempt to embarrass me at work to my friends, coworkers, other customers and clients.He then attempted to hide what happened by having it deleted from his website and removing reviews exposing his behavior.I have screenshots of everything and can prove all of the auctioneers deceitful behavior and lies.Instead of providing customer service to solve a problem, he shifts the blame onto the customer and tries to harass and embarrass them at their own places of business with lies of non-payment intended to make it appear as if the customer cant pay their bills. Nothing could be farther from the truth.I also received threatening emails from this seller attempting to manipulate me into keeping quiet about my experiences there. Auctioneer is the most manipulative, unethical and abusive that I ever seen in decades of collecting.

Bought a small carriage clock and was on my way to Africa. Lot 14 worked with me to get the items before I left. Very conscious of mailing costs and call me with the prices before they charge my card. I have purchase many items from online auctions, Lot 14 is the best Auction house to work with!

Its great! Most things go for cheaper than you would think. If something doesnt sell in the auction then they sell it in the back.

Amazing. Its like a home away from home, if your home is a room filled with old stuff. If your real home doesnt have swords, this ones better. Lot 14, 8/8 would r8 again.
