Nice place but way out of our price range. If you have the money to spend $3000+ on a 30 bath vanity, they have a lot of great stuff.

Not satisfied with there return policy. Don t except return parts so how can I know what is the problem? What is wrong if they take parts? How can other store take returns they dont? Plus they are quite over price! Take same parts on ZORO web side 30% cheaper. Not happy with them policy! Im honest with them they abuse there customer! Thank you for you service....

Terrible customer service. The sales team is rude. I came in to pick up a shower head with my well behaved 5 year old. He sat on the couch and watched the TV quietly. Didnt do anything wrong. I was ignored and passed from sales person to sales person. Then a sales person told me he wouldnt show me a shower head because it was out of my budget I didnt give him my budget. Never will I use them again.

Amazing Experience & Great Showroom! If you are hesitating about going in DONT!Ask for GEORGE you will not be disappointed. He is always in demand and you may have to wait a little bit but it is well worth it. My family and I have worked with him several times now over several years on both large and small projects and have never been disappointing. He is extremely knowledgeable, cost/quality savvy and will steer you in the best direction possible without being pushy. I equate it to going to your family member and ask them their opinion. He treats you and gives you advice as if you were one of his own. And there is absolutely no better feeling than knowing you are not being taken advantage of and are in good hands - the weight is taken off of you.

Horrible experience with the owner or manager today. I purchased an item I thought had all the necessary parts but when my plumber installed the item a key piece was missing. I went to the store and the owner offered to sell me a soap dispenser for $50. When I protested he suggested I got to Ace to purchase the missing item. I left upset and without an apology from the owner.

Bought a few thousand dollars of hardware and a tub. Advantage strongly recommended the tub, by a manufacturer named Kaldewei, because it was a very durable premium metal tub that would always look good. Tub looked fine on delivery and was installed. BUT it turns out it had been damaged and repaired ... at least well enough not to be visible. Within a couple of uses, a large rust circle came up around the patch job. Advantage would not honor their Lifetime Advantage and Lifetime warranty claiming we had been given a special price. We paid full quote price on the tub so this is wrong. Selling a patched tub as new is deceitful and dishonest.

Unbelievable people! Google said they sold a part I needed & when I went there they put me in contact with THE product rep who helped me with my problem! Huge place with ed every choice of kitchen & bath. And I swear on the Bible...have never been here before in my life.
