We came in with a couple surprise bike issues after we biked up here from Mishawaka for the start of our vacation. The great people at Swift Cycle helped us immediately, figuring out what the issues were and fixing them quickly. Good service prices, too. Very friendly and knowledgeable.Thank you for saving the start of our trip!

This place has poor customer service. Friend needed a wheel laced. Was told it would be 2 weeks. Ended up being over a month and a half. Could never give a clear completion date. And still charged full price

David did a great job getting my 27 year old mountain bikes ready for the trail. He was able to fit me in, gave me a great price, and got the parts working again so my wife and I could use our bikes. David listened to the problem and fixed the issues AND met a tight deadline to get us on the road! I would recommend based on quality of service and price.

Dave and the boys really held down the fort on this one. I felt right at home and in the company of friends at their shop. I only bought tires for my bicycle this time, however Ill be returning to check out his bicycle selection and likely to have my own tuned up by the hands of an expert. Thanks again dave and co. 10/5 stars! 4 out of 2 thumbs up!

Swift fixed up our 8 year olds bike very quickly. It looks great and the price was awesome. Plus, we grabbed a few cool bike accessories while we were in the shop.

David and Jay are totally awesome! David dropped what he was doing and put new brake cables on our Grandsons bike, adjusted them, lubed everything, tightened the rear axle and charged me 45.00. I will never go anywhere else for bike parts or repair.

We have purchased two bike from this shop and we are extremely happy with both. He has also done repair on our sons bike too. Great asset in Niles. Shop small and keep the entrepreneurs in business.

Came a week early to get a bike and put a downpayment of only 20 dollars on to make sure they still had it there when I came back a week later to pay it off and pick it up the guy said he didnt have it ready yet I called him ahead of time telling him I was omw so I wasted my time going out there... would not recommend going here if you want a bike.

This place is a rip off!! My sister took her used bike there to get the chain fixed and they wanted to charge her $65 dollars!! Then when she was trying to fit the bike in her car she had a large spade shovel that she must of sat on the ground to fit the bike in and was going to put back In the car but forgot to and she realized she left it and called them and of course of they are not seen it! Very dishonest people dont go there!
