A good store with decent prices, a nice selection, and pleasant employees. I was able to get my son new shoes in a brand name for school for $40.

Awesome it was our first time in there got a couple of shoes prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful definitely will be back.

They had the shoes we wanted so I gave it 2 stars but the sign on the door said employees will be wearing masks. The whole store was crowded (back to school) and not a single customer was wearing a mask except for us. The employees had them on but of course, UNDER THEIR NOSES. So gross. Delta variant is real but apparently the employees dont care.

Very bad service man didnt want to run my son card on another cash register to see if it would work. So we went to Walmart he got his shoes and paid with the same card the man at shoe carnival said didnt work.and got them 50.00 cheaper.

They followed me around the whole store but they didnt follow anyone else. Made me feel like I shouldnt be there.

Yesterday we visited Shoe Carnival to buy my fiances 1st pair of boots ever! Lol We just moved to Ohio from Florida. The boots were in the flyer and super inexpensive!! We walked in several days after the sale started and they still had the color he wanted and his size. There was no wait. In and out!

The reason I would go there was buy one get the second pair for half price which they have suspended. The thing thats really on sale are socks.

The associates are friendly and helpful. Most are knowledgeable and happy to help you. The store is always well staffed so that the checkout line moves fairly quickly and there are still employees on the floor who are able to assist customers. The prices are fair in comparison to other show stores in the area. The store contains an ample amount of merchandise however selection seems to be limited in that a lot of the styles are the same. Popular sizes are often hard to find.

Pretty decent sale on womens boots. If they dont have your size in stock, they will order them & ship them to your house for free.

I had to make a return, but they didnt have the size shoe in stock that I needed. The cashier was very nice, she checked to see if that size was available and was able to have it shipped directly to my home. I received my package in mail today 😊

I thought the prices were high. There was a decent selection, but it was difficult to find the right size in a shoe that you liked. The staff was pleasant, but there were only two of them, so they couldnt help you much. She did take us back to the right section of the store, so we could search on our own.

I was able to take advantage of the Buy One Gry One 1/2 off without a problem. They have a great selection of workboots and a $10.00 coupon to use for a future pair. Lots of name brands that i was surprised to see, though dont expect to find the lastest Lebrons or any other NBA stars endorsed sneakers.

We always have a good experience at this store. Staff is super helpful and always have the correct sizes for all five of ny children. Great deals, too!

Went here to get boots for Christmas, and I not only found a really cute pair for only $70, Im still wearing them, and they retained their shape and still look brand new. I try to get the BOGO sales because I can always use a new pair of sneakers or a pair of boots or heels. Great selection and they have those BOGO sales a lot. Well worth checking out.

Costumer service was exceptional! The lady in line in front of me was demanding $10 off her shoes stating someone had tried them on so they were used....the manager was very pleasant and took off $10. The rude lady didnt even thank her.

Came to the store after comparing prices online. The in store prices did not match the listed price online. When I brought this to the attention of the employee she was more than willing to match the price for me. Store is always clean and easy to shop. I made my purchase and the cashier explained their rewards card and signed me up.

I like getting the kids shoes here. They have a pretty decent selection on shoes and boots.

You can find some decent shoes in here at an ok price but the sales reps are terrible. I shopped this specific store 3 times. I was never asked if I needed help and when I went to get someone, I was told that if I didnt see it, they probably didnt have it. The big guy wouldnt even leave his perch from behind the counter. Im done shopping there. The mall has nicer shoes at comparable prices and sales associates that act like they care.
