Great place I have used them for 30 years to get vacuum parts. It was a tad better when they had more offices, but still they have the parts and are good at getting them to you!

Hesco Inc. Cleaning Supplies is not a good place for professionals to do business. Their shipping charges are extremely high, and they substitute inferior quality supplies for the better quality ones pictured on their website. We ordered a large order of feather dusters as well as other cleaning supplies, and the dusters were really stinky, had very few ostrich feathers, as the handles were simple rough dowels instead of the smooth, shaped and finished handles that were pictured online. They reluctantly returned the money for the dusters, but refuse to return ANY PART of the considerable shipping. We will never shop there again and will post as many negative reviews as we can wherever we can.
