Always fun to stop in and see what they have. Staff is always friendly no matter which store you go to.

The employees are nice but the store (all of them) have massively gone down hill. They used to have their Gothic and dark feel. Now theres so many lights, youd think your walking into any other super feminine store. Not saying its not for feminine people, but thats not how it used to feel.And the store they have now... is about maybe a quarter of what they used to have. I look to see them all closing down in the next 10 years.

It was nice. They had clearance shirts buy one get three free.

The people here are always kind and helpful and even remember you sometimes . Makes it the number one stop when we drive over to Niles for the day . Great job guys 👍🏻

I’ve always loved hot topic but lately I’ve changed my mind. Since this pandemic the employees are like hawks when you walk into that store. It is extremely uncomfortable. I went there today with my mother and right when I walked in (me and my mother were the only people in there) my mother lifted her mask down for not even a second to take a sip of her coffee and the employee in the matter of seconds went up in my mothers face and rudely told her to put her mask back up. Keep in mind she was only taking a sip of her coffee and we were more than 6 feet from this employee. It is absolutely ridiculous to be this rude. I’ve worked in retail and so has my mother and we as employee are not supposed to do this. Bad employee. Really need to mind their own business and not wait around and watch customers the whole time in the store. I’ve shopped here since I was in middle school and they will not see me in that store again or get a penny of my money and you can blame the employee and how they are rudely handling this pandemic. I might even call corporate on these employees on how rudely they approached my mother when she was just taking a sip of her coffee.

Hot Topic.Be You-Nique. The store is great for the individual that wants to express their own style. Plus they have Baby Yoda

Dustin the manager was a great source of information and extremely helpful. He knew what what kids are looking for these days, which helped me immensely

Didnt have much of anything that I was looking for that I definitely know they should have had it.I will say the girl who helped us did go digging through some pins to see if she could find something we wanted, found it and was super nice!

Tentative staff for questions and fitting rooms. Have an amazing selection of more popular brands, including Jack and Sally. Lilo and stitch, even Supernatural. Sells body jewelry. Ear guages and supplies.

To strict on this mask even if you have a medical problem for it. That be another store I wont be going to. The employees watch like you are a teenager bout to steal

Solid store with a lot off cool stuff. I mainly go for funko pops and the odd ball winter hats. They have a lot of cool clothing but not for bigger people. Its mostly for people in the S-XL range. Being a bigger guy it is disappointing because they have so many nice shirts I would like to buy but nothing in my size. I still like going here but mostly for Funko pops and other odds and ends.

Always my favorite store, it sells things more orientated around contemporary bands that can go from 90s rock to metal. The staff is always super helpful no matter what Hot Topic I am at, they also have one of the best selection for POP! Figures.

First time at a hot topic and it was definitely the loudest store Ive been at. My dad was quite shook and called it demonic (its not but my parents think that way about a lot of modern/fandom things), but overall it was a very pleasant experience. Prices are somewhat high but I found what I was looking for and the people working there were extremely kind and helpful.

Horrible to customers on Black Friday. Wont hold merchandise for 30 mins? Really what would that have hurt? And dont try to get other employees in trouble if THEY try to help someone out. Very bad customer service and I will NEVER return.

Went to this place many times growing up. Great place to shop for themed items like Rick and Morty, gaming, Nightmare before Christmas and much more. The place has a good grunge/emo feel to it so if youre into that kind of thing, welcome to Hot Topic

I love going to Hot Topic as a band Tee shirt fan they have the best variety ever. Clothes, shoes, body jewelery, belts, hats, etc. If you havent been in Hot Topic at least once you should check it out! I bet you will love it!

I hate going in there. Thankfully its only around Christmas when Im looking for gifts. The music needs to be brought down several decibels so I can not only hear myself think, but to also hear the employees when they talk to me. They absolutely need to do some better arranging of the displays. The is no room to walk. The set-up of the floor is a certified fire hazard! There is only room enough for ONE person to walk through. It is way too cramped!

Its a cute place for the young kids that want to be a bit different .
