They are the best, our whole family goes there. The staff is very nice and professional. They have excellent customer service. And They do glasses in one hour!

Sarah did a fantastic job helping both me and my sister find the right glasses for us. She was very patient with us (we can be a little indecisive), and she did everything she could to make the process quick, easy, and even kind of fun.

Kayla was very professional and attentive. Dr Thimons and his staff did a great job with my eye exam. I would recommend going there for your eyecare.

So nice so organized so informed and able to communicate with us completely and comfortably. I knew nothing of this process when I walked in the door with my wife for added support. Within 10 minutes we were signed in and seated with Michelle our sales representative, super informed person. With ease and clarity she directed us through what they had to offer what choices were ours and how we might make the best decisions. Selection of frames for me was easy, I simply chose one pair of plastics frames and one pair of wire frames which is pretty much what I liked when I used Cheaters Now my needs for correcting my vision was more difficult because of stigmatism. This was not a problem and they were able to fill my prescription and the price was unbelievably Fair and acceptable to me.This was around 1:30 and Michelle said that they would be ready by 4 pm that same dayand she would be happy to give us a call when they were ready. So we decided to have lunch and 38 minutes later we received a text saying that my two pairs of glasses were ready.They were perfect I had no issues with anything I couldnt have been more pleased. That was it, done. Not to mention many more guarantees and opportunities for savings too numerous to mention.Dont miss out on this store if you need a pair of glasses you wont do any better.

Same day glasses who could beat that! The lady was very patient and helpful with my 4 year old daughter. My phone ended up dying while waiting to be called in and she was also nice enough to come to my car to get us when it’s was ready for us to come in! On top of that I got two pairs of glasses out of pocket for less than I paid elsewhere for one pair with insurance! I’ll definitely be returning!!!!

I hated my glasses that I got pressured into getting 2 years ago at my eye doctor’s office. I could not afford new ones from the same place so my mom suggested eye mart express. You don’t have to have an appointment you are able to walk in, everything is sanitized, and pick your own style with also what is most affordable to you. The employees are very friendly and welcoming if you are going to the Niles location, request Megan if she is not busy she is absolutely amazing. In the end I got 2 pairs of glasses for $180 instead of one pair for $400. You get your glasses with in the hour that you are in there and what’s even greater is they cut out the middle man that most private offices go through for their lenses which can make things a lot more expensive. Overall, I had the best experience I love my glasses and they can do eye exams there if you don’t have your prescription from a previous doctor.

We had a great experience at Eyemart Express in Niles. Michelle was wonderful! I considered giving 4 stars because of the long wait, but with all things considered (price and service) I can always learn to be more patient. Glad we went there for our glasses and well definitely be recommending them to our friends and family.

This was my first time using EyeMart due to COVID my children’s eye Dr wasn’t dispensing materials. I walked in and was able to get 2 pairs a piece for my children for less than $200 each child. Everyone was really nice and made sure that we got the best value. Even though we have insurance it was most cost effective to just pay completely out of pocket and the young lady made sure I saved vs them making money😊

Stopped in to check out the frames and was pleasantly surprised by the selection!! When I went back to get my glasses Megan was super nice, helpful and efficient. I got two pairs of awesome fashionable glasses for less than I normally pay for one pair!!! Definitely will be coming back!!!

I had to take my 7 year old daughter in to get new glasses because she lost her first pair. Let me start by saying rene who helped us was amazing in making sure my daughters glasses fit right. She was super friendly as well. The price was great $90 for 2 pairs of glasses and they were done in half an hour. I will definitely be returning.

I love going to Eyemart Express for my glasses. Always priced fairly and have so many styles to choose from. It can be a bit overwhelming to find that perfect pair but there are always amazing people to help pick out the right fit and look. Thank you Megan from my last visit! We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door, despite having quite a bit of other customers there.The associate, Kristen K., that helped us was amazing. She was very positive...not like we were bothering her by needing to choose glasses. And she made sure we understood that if the glasses were not comfortable or my son could not see properly, we could bring the glasses back as many times as we needed to in order to make them correct.I have never had a negative experience here. We have been using Eyemart Express for about 10 years now.

Finally needed glasses and I had put it off as long as I could. SO I went unscheduled on a Saturday morning for the eye exam and glasses. Well they actually fit me in to there already packed Saturday for the eye exam, the doc was very considerate and very personable. He took the edge off of my fear for sure. Then I chose my glasses, I got two pairs out the door for $251.00 including exam! The added bonus was I went over to Eastwood mall to kill some time and they text me 47 minutes later telling me to come get my glasses! WOW love these guys. Everyone was super nice but not fake. Could not have asked for anything to have been done better! THANKS GUYS!

My experience with Eye Mart Express was great. They have all kinds of frames to choose from at great prices. And the staff is very friendly and helpful.My two pairs of glasses did end up costing me a lot more because of the lens but I got two pairs from them for the price if I would have paid for one pair at my eye doctors. So I call that a win!!

The ladies here are amazing. I probably called fifteen times asking about different things from insurance to hours. Not a single time did I feel stupid, lol! When we were at our appointment, the service was fantastic! Again, even with a million questions, I felt at ease. Pleasant atmosphere, nice people!

Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about products and services they provide. I’ve been wearing glasses most of my life and this is the first time that I was told the glasses I currently had were too big for the bridge of my noise. I always had problems with glasses staying up, they kept falling off my face, the glasses didn’t fit my small frame face. Got an eye exam at Lenscrafters and they wanted $349.00 counting my insurance and AAA membership deductions for 1 pair of glasses went to eye mart express with my eye exam results picked my frames got 2 pair with cases for $160.00 in 1 1/2 hours at the end of the day too. Megan at the Eastwood Mall store in Niles Ohio did a wonderful job helping me out I will be back to do more business

I’ve been taking my son here for several years and was always pleased with everything...until Friday. (1-3-2020) I took his broken glasses in to be repaired. When I signed in, I asked Rene approximately how long the wait was. She was as rude as could be as well as being condescending. In the past, I’ve always dealt with Kristen but she is no longer there. She was amazing. I also know of 2 other patients who have had negative experiences, solely with Rene. That being said, everything else was wonderful.

I was served by Sarah and she was GREAT!! She took her time and was very patient!!! My insurance isnt that good but she helped me find what I really liked as low out of pocket as possible...I wish I had more experiences like I did with Sarah GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!

I am always really happy with this place. I get my eye exam and my glasses there. They have a pretty good selection of frames. Im always in and out, plus my glasses have always been ready in under 20 minutes! Megan is really helpful.

My daughter’s eye sight had changed and she wasn’t eligible for new glasses until next year. Her eye doctor wanted almost $300 for a new pair of glasses. We went to Eyemart Express with a 40% off coupon they sent in the mail. Well after everything was said and done we paid only a little over a $100 and we got her glasses the same day! Had a very short wait and my clerk took my measurements with the glasses my daughter and I had already picked out. I was torn between 2 pairs and she helped us decide. I used my insurance and up graded my “good pair” which needed to be sent out. I picked up my free pair in less than an hour. I REALLY like my free pair. They are the cheap no frills frames, but I really find them to be comfortable and cute.

Great price. Great people that work there. Quality is good for the price, my complaint is just minor about the quality. I had my glasses for 2 days and the nose pad fell out of one pair. They have a 1 year warranty on the frames which is a great positive. 1 year warranty on lenses are available for purchase also.

I ordered 3 pair of glasses at one time. A pair for myself and 2 pair for my step son (so he has a back up pair in case he breaks one). Within a half hour I got a text message that all 3 pairs of glasses were ready for pick up! So fast and convenient! Not to mention every single person I have ever dealt with in the office has been so kind and helpful! I literally have never ever seen any of them have even a hint of rudeness no matter what the situation, and Ive been going there for years. Great staff and great service all around!

My glasses had been bothering me for over 6 months. I was on a trip and my hotel was only a minute away so since I had some extra time I stopped in to see what I could find. I ended up with a very affordable exam, 2 pairs of glasses and I was able to leave while they worked. They texted me when it was all ready and I could come back when convient. They made a usually frustrating chore easy, quick and painless. Would recommend!

Hard to believe you can get a very thorough eye exam, 2 beautiful pairs of Rx glasses that fit your face perfectly in less than 2 hrs!!! I walked in and got an appt for the very next day. The girls and the doctor were great. I do have partial insurance but the price and quality blew me away!

Doctor was very friendly. Optical was right there to assist my daughter and also talked me through my options. Had two pairs of glasses for her within 18 minutes. Love this place.
