I good afternoon my name is Maria I had a wonderful experience at the 7-Eleven. I live in Schiller Park Illinois and this is my first time to the Niles location 711. My daughter will be starting cosmetology school around the corner and I was contemplating if this might just be my new 7-Eleven. I walked in the door it was immaculate I was friendly greeted by a gentleman named Jeremy I then proceeded to notice that the mocha was out and he instantly said well let me go check for you I found his customer service to be above and beyond what I ever expected and how I’ve never been treated at another 7-Eleven before. So I feltCompelled to wanna complement this gentleman on his excellent customer service and I will be back againAlso he help me with telling me some specials of the day which intern got me to order and buy more than I expected.
3 am on on May 1 2021 the doors were locked when it clearly says 24 hours . Check the cameras ✌🏾
One of the most organized and clean seven eleven I have been into.. the staff is pretty cool as well. Definitely recommend people to come here...
The rudest employee ever. Zahir is ignorant and rude. He screamed at me and choose to argue with me instead of providing good customer service. I would t recommend this 711 to anyone. Its dirty, unorganized and doesnt even have a big selection. I talked to the manager as well and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they wasted more of my time

HORRIBLE AND OFFENSIVE!As I was driving through the area, I decided to pull in with my nieces and nephews for a slurpee treat. At checkout, after putting our stuff on the counter, the cashier began asking my niece if she had put the she was looking at earlier back on the shelf. My niece was confused and I was completely offended. The cashier was obviously watching us the whole time, and in so many words asking if we were stealing.I told the cashier that next time she should check with the adult before questioning a child. The cashier didn’t back down, and when I told her this was poor service and that I would never come again, she said “fine, don’t come.” I told her it was terrible way to run a business.I can’t believe corporate 7-11 would allow people like this to own/work at their franchise.I just wish I hadn’t already paid. I would have loved to have left all the drinks we had served ourselves on their counter and just walked out.
My convenient store for a years. This place is clean and well organized. Even during winter time and when snowing.
They remember me, quick, and they are kind. What else would you need from 7/11

They have the worsted service ever they dont take care of people who plays the Lotto and they say you didnt win when you know you did.
I live near this store for 37 years and its always been a bad experienceI Stopped comingRecently someone told me they were selling ear muffs like i wantedi bought a pair and they lasted 30 minutes before they fell aparti tried to exchange them but they told me i have to speak to the ownerthey gave me a phone that no one answers and leaves you a message that the voice mail is not set up
