I was charge twice the amount of what I bought from them. I wish I could return what I bought COLLAGEN set for $65? It’s only $35 in Amazon. COLLAGEN cream for $36? It’s only $26 in Amazon. I didn’t use them yet . I want to return them !

High pressure to try and sell expensive products. Would have more business if honest and genuine.

I wish I could give no stars. Customer service was bad. horrible. I dressed like high school kid(with no money), which I did not look like I was going to spend $100 in that store. I could tell she had no interest in me but got interested when I was touching samples there (she maybe thought I was going to steal things)Her talking was bad too. She had some anger in her voice. I could totally tell.Anyway I am not going to return there. I got Amazon Prime to shop maybe less than this store is providing.

What is there not to love about this store! I’ve been coming here for 5 years and I get all my skincare and cosmetics from them. The 2 ladies that work here are always so good about recommending creams etc... they are super knowledgeable and care that you get the right products for your individual skin type! The bottles and tubes the products are in hold a lot of product so you are not just paying for all packaging and a little bit of product. I usually get about 9 to 12 months use worth of product in each jar/tube. They always give you great quality samples to try out too. They take their time with you and always make sure you get your bonus points! Hands down the best cosmetic store and your one stop shop for beauty! Worth the 30 mile trip I take once a year to get here.

I visited this store in May. It has so many cute and useful products I was a bit overwhelmed (in a good way.) I was greeted politely and asked if I needed help. When I declined I was left alone so I could browse comfortably. Although, I did not buy anything at the time the employee was very nice and helpful when I did have a question. I will be going back next week and will buy some things they have that I am interested in .

Totally Zero star.. (Im Korean by the way)We walked into the place around 8pm, but probably tried to close up, me and my friend didnt know that, I think it made them agitated. However they didnt say anything. And this Korean lady who seems like 50s kept following us and whenever we talked about the products, she cut me off and basically said all I said was wrong, and kinda put on my friend pressure to buy more expensive stuffs.Seemed like she looked us down because we may look young to her, but that attitude was the worst nasty ever thing in my life.한국분들 절대 제발 가지마세요. 손님 응대 서비스 개판입니다.

The products are expensive!!!! I found the face shop products online on Ebay and theyre shipped from South Korea and shipping is free and it doesnt take long to get delivered! I found myself being always fooled buying the face shop products at this location. I regret about my spent money all these years. Even though the cashiers are good, but it is not worth to buy stuff here. Even when on sales the products are still expensive!!! I would not recommend to buy anything from here. Just do researchs and buy online.

Just overall an unpleasant experience for a cosmetic store that has a ton of competition within that area. The products are okay. Not really worth the money. I think the resounding problem really is the customer service. Ive never been to a colder one so far. Its like they dont even want my money lmao

I have been there 3x and always well served. Great variety, good products, excellent prices. I give 4 because it could be larger store! ;) and more reachable to Chicagoans - too hidden.

Has a decent variety of goods but all too overpriced. Can find items online for cheaper and with free shipping.

The first time I was here is about 4 years before I have money to buy expensive things. There was a Korean lady following my friend and I everywhere we go as we were going to steal ssomething. She obviously was woekknw but she did not let us touch anything there, we got intimidating and left with the thought that they only serve people who have money to buy stuff. I was so intimidated that I wouldnt look at this place every time I passed by after grocery shopping.The second time I went to this place was today after grocery shopping at H-mart. I really want to try some Korean products so I bought couple products with some pressure(maybe she was rushing to close). The most horrible thing that Ive found out is that all of the products from this shop are almost 50% more expensive than the retail price online. For this reason, I took the recipe to check is the due date for refund. BHowever; I just realized that theres NO REFUND!!! I thought she should at least acknowledge me at the registere. What a disappointing experience. I would NOT recommend anyone to buy anything from here!

This shop is awesome. You can find all kind of treats to pamper yourself!

The skincare products are a bit overpriced, but worth it. The woman that works there is incredibly sweet and helpful, sales approach is ultra high pressure.

The clerk was very friendly and did not try to sell me outrageously priced items I didnt need. This store also gave me a ton of samples from other fun products. Its a small store, but full of make up, masks, hair, nail and skin products.

HMwrt has good prices on asian foods as well as american staples. Niles store is huge.

Like others that posted reviews about this place, I also found out about the prices after I purchased some stuff. Prices here are about 50% more than the price of the same items that I found on Amazon afterwards. The lip tint that is sold here for $24 is $14 on Amazon. I don’t think I’d be coming back here again in the future.

Rude cashier as I swipe my card then the pad ask to sign as the cashier looks at me then says I have a sign here for no reason the pen pad does not work but it accepted my payment instead of him talking to his buddy should have pay attention to the customer transaction of payment.

I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff at work. Huh, but I knew that it was not kind, but a way to sell expensive cosmetics. It is twice as expensive as buying on eBay or Korean sites. Do not be fooled by the kindness of you too.
