Costco is amazing, love shopping at Costco. So many good deals ! And staff is always so nice. This particular Costco isnt my favorite but only because of the people, so rude and dont know how to park. Glenview is my favorite to shop, but that issues isnt Costcos fault.

It was an entertainment of one of my beloved shopping centers. This is the place where I got the greater part of my stylish tennis shoes and totes. They would have gotten something from her on the off chance that they had inquired.

Great staff. The staff on the main floor are very courteous, pleasant and helpful . They will walk with you to find a product your are looking for.. not just point in a general direction. Of course this happens within reason.. I dont expect a staff member to abandon their assigned area to walk with me for 10 minutes, however, if you happen to run into a manager or a department leader, that person will accommodate your inquiry until its satisfied. Inter-department sales staff, ie.. optical department, electronics department, do not smother you with help but do ask if you have any questions with any of the products.. nobody likes pushy sales people. This is indicative of proper training and direction by Costco.

I dont like going to Costco very much because people are so ignorant. I love the products and some of the prices, but I only go there when I really need something in bulk. The plus side is that my son loves to have lunch or dinner there when we do go.

I have visited most of Costco stores in Chicagoland and north suburbs and is about the same shopping experience, what makes the difference is the people that works there and how they treat you, this was the case here, one of the staff members (Rosy) that works in the clothing area was very mean to my wife when she asked her about an specific size plus she told my wife not to get her hands on a pile of clothes that she wanted to check, looks like she is always grumpy. I prefer to avoid places like this.

Busy Costco. They dont have cart wipes which is a bummer and mask enforcement is pretty poor. Their selection is nice and the store is neat and tidy.

Costco in Niles is always busy, but the cashiers are very good at keeping the lines moving. If you know your way around the store, it can be qiuck and sufficient. Its mostly customers unfamiliar with the store that interrupt the flow. But, one can navigate amongst the browsing people, no problem.

Really great wholesale Market. You have to have good walking shoes on because the space is absolutely huge, but the selection is fantastic and the prices are out of this world. The employees at this Niles location are very helpful, the checkout lines go pretty fast, and it is pretty easy to get around inside the store. The parking lot is very large so it is always easy to find a parking spot here.

Cosco is AMAZING this was my first time going there and it was awesome everything was super affordable and they have amazing deals with their credit cards I definitely recommend going g to Costco instead of Sams Club

Friendly staff, very open layout which is important especially now with distancing. Items are plenty and well organised. Dont miss the free extended warrantee on electronics! The food is great and some very unique items not found anywhere else are on the shelves. The dairy section is a walk in fridge room so is the vegetable produce area which is a neat feature.Parking is plenty but fills up fast on weekends. Do some research on their gasoline as well, top tier. We made the switch and can see improvement in both cars over time.

This place is the worst. The lines bunch up, and you have to fight thru lines and poorly laid out merchandise to get to a line that isn’t egregiously long.Shame on them for not explaining what items should stay in your cart and which should go on the belt at cash wrap. EVER! Always a mystery.Many incompetent and clicky workers that would rather chit-chat, speaking non-English publicly on the floor, than solve any issues.Lastly, please add signage to the aisles stating generally what is in them. Let’s drop the illusion that this is truly a warehouse and not a retail store.Oof! Thanks for the Sharpie autograph on the way out. That’s a job right there!

This place has everything. Clothes, sheets, great variety of food and produce, furniture, vitamins, light bulbs, pharmacy, optician, t.v.s, office supplies, gas for your car plus much more. Great prices - not on everything but most things. Well worth the membership fee.

Went in to get some groceries and used the self checkout cash registers.They got rid of the scanning guns at all the self checkout registers. They went back to only one scanning device that is used by the employees only. This slows down the checkout process, but gives it a more personal touch.

It was my first time at Costco. Good quality products. The staff sold me membership at 120 USD. Later I came to know there was one at 60 USD as well. At this point I would have preferred the later one. The laptop deal was good. I spent good money during couple of visits. I rate it as A good start.

Good trip to Costco today. Parking lot was only half-full, but the store was still densely crowded. Note that beef prices are very high, ev n at Costco. A worker told me that Costco is selling beef at cost to maintain their market advantage over competitors. Still very pricey.

Great gas prices, membership required but also worth it. They have great deals bulk buying but also and amazing printing center, which includes transferring and archiving old photos and cassette video tapes to video for cd and cloud storage. I have used this service and its a good price. I also fully and highly recommend the optical center! All of my most complimented designer prescription eyeglasses came from costco through their buy one get one x off deal. I love them all and absolutely feel like I was ripped off buying glasses from boutique places like pearl vision, and their amazing quality, unlike warby parker. I was extremely dissappointed with warby parker as i paid the same price at costco but for good quality designer lenses, they also include blue filter with every pair. Last I purchased it was like 50-100$ extra like all other places. Love Costco, membership is sooo worth it.

Gotta say I had never been to a Costco before and it absolutely blew me away! The selection and pricing on almost everything is far beyond a normal retailer. The food options are also amazing! The chicken bake and the hot dog are bomb. Also soft drinks are only $0.59 and unlimited refills

Unlike Sams Club -- which during the pandemic has wisely implemented a single file line to feed into the registers -- Costco continues to use a free-for-all arrangement that encourages people to trample all over each other trying to get to a register. A simple change to their layout would solve this problem.Until then, I recommend wearing heavy duty boots, since people are likely to hit your ankles from behind with their cart, trying to jockey for position. Especially when new registers open up. Yikes.

The store items warranty is simply the best!Im there almost every week buying regular household products plus finding seasonal items- always something new...on the way out I buysnack or pizza- fresh made and very tasty at good prices. This store is always full of people- for a reason.

Saving tip - wait, if you can, for items to have a coupon and maximize your savings! I have almost paid for my membership on coupon savings alone!Try to go on another day other than the weekends. It gets nuts here!! I have yet to get gas here but have heard that they have the best prices in town.

If you have been to a Costco this will all be familiar to you. It does what Costco is intended to do. Parking lot is less crazy than the Costco near Fullerton but not as sedate as other Costcos further in the suburbs.The thing that recommends this Costco is its proximity to non-Costco stores in the area.If youre still on edge vis-a-vis Pandemics global or otherwise? Probably a pass for you.

Entirely overcrowded. This is one of the busiest Costcos in Illinois and they have not improved infrastructure to accommodate. You have to dig deep for fresh fruit and produce.The tire center takes an entire day to do a simple tire rotation. Staff is incredibly unprofessional.The Oak Brook and Glenview locations are better in this respect.

This specific store racially profiles and targets p.o.c. and minority groups. They have the worst customer service, they pick and choose who they want to check that the person is the one from the membership card. Whether you complain or not (which I have) they do not care. Please do better and hire people with customer service skills.

I was bummed today. I was looking for a particular computer and it was not in stock at the store. So, I got the hot dog combo for lunch and came home and ordered the computer online.

Review of Costco :::tire and battery service:::There is a handy tire inflation station at the NE corner of parking lot. Keep your tires at recommended pressure for safety and best gas mileage.Note: while available for purchase, your battery will need installed elsewhere or by yourself in lot. Tires yes...Battery no! Seemed odd.!? It only took a 10mm combination wrench to replace my RAV4 battery and in about 15 minutes. You have to pay a $15+tax core charge unless you bring your old unit at purchase.

Stopped in specifically to get my photo ID and a bouquet of lavender roses. Yes, I waited in the crazy check out lines on a Saturday for a bouquet of roses. You have such lovely health cut flowers!

Well run Costco. just like every other Costco this place gets really busy around the holidays and the weekends. I prefer to go on a rainy day or during the week. I find the staff here to be friendly and helpful. Havent ever found a reason to this dislike this location

Be careful of people traffic that will use all 3 Lane in all directions & - 2% for return of the samples - 1%. Since they are subcontracted place their stations/ displays in the aisles working on commissions, to go around / wait/ bump ---> when its busy! 😲😖 ( Use side aisles except for mini meeting of people that block ♿🚷 walkers/ users~ + back to 99.9 % for the electric personal mobility transport shopping carts😅 they allow multiple trips or ( when possible.) Bring your purchase to the cashier 😃😃 such wonderful people!>> The FOOD COURT is back with 🍕 pizzas, hot dogs & a drink! Always super crowded but that’s no fault of their own, they manage as best they can and are nice. There is no time of day that’s a “down time” I’ve tried them all lol. However the selection is always great, people are nice and I’m happy to have this as my local Costco.

This is my local Costco, it’s been updated in recent years and is a great place to shop. Always well lit, offering the treasure hunt experience. Excellent staff and wonderful selection. They added Gas station in recent years and it’s been very popular so, that’s been adding to the traffic at this junction. Check out there Tire Center, along with all ancillary services they offer. All in all, my family and I are glad to be shopping at our local Costco.

I shopped here a week ago & I personally think the cashier was racially profiling me! I happened to spend $74 altogether. $69.00 was on my Link card & $5.00 on my ATM. As the cashier handed me my receipt she hollered out: What a deal all these groceries for only $5.00. There were tons of people around & everybody was starring at me like I was a thief! Please Costco you need to fire cashier Trinka S. Very rude person!

They moved things around a little since last time there. But the deals on meat and other things is still good. They used to help you pack up goods with boxes, its up to u even though 2 people work the cashier. Got away cheap this time. Have a plan dont just walk around.

The people at the exits who check the receipt always hold me back to check my receipt throughly and check everything I purchased yet when it is someone who isn’t Muslim or black they let them go without even checking their carts or receipt! So why us? I will cancel my membership because I shouldn’t be racially profiled or discriminated against especially by other minorities. It ruins my whole shopping trip and gives Costco a bad name. If management wants to reach out to me feel free to.

They are well stocked on paper products but no lamb! Miss being able to try stuff, companies should give samples to try at home because who wants bulk of something you never tried before even if they have a great return policy.

Standard membership club warehouse store selling everything from electronics to clothing to food and many other things. Well maintained and stocked, and best tackled when you know what you are looking for and where within the store those items are. Despite this, its still difficult to get out of the store without finding large parcels of a variety of things that you didnt know you needed/wanted before you arrived. This inclination is boundaried primarily by your homes storage space. It can be an overwhelming experience to tackle the store, or it can be an amusing adventure, depending on your available time and energy.

In this Costco store, more than any Costco stores, the cashiers will target you if you look oriental or easy sell, to push their upgraded memberships. Just observe and see if they are profiling at this store, commercially.

I love this store and the employees are very helpful! Special shout out to employee Lina Sawah. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient with helping me multiple times at the store especially when I was in a rush! I can always count on her.It is a busy store but the staff are well equipped and knowledgeable to keep things running smoothly! The self check out really helped make my shopping more efficient.

It always easier to shop at Costco. Cashiers are always pleasant, riasted chickens are fantastic and we are pleased with the merchandise, if not it is returnable. Whats not to like!

If youve never been to a warehouse club, be prepared to be overwhelmed because there is A LOT! Great deals, great selection & great employees to help. Categories include food, electronics, media, bakery, produce, eye glasses and so much more. Store is kept neat & clean. Anyone can shop there although you need a membership to receive the posted prices. But Ill bet you have a friend or relative who will bring you along for your first trip. Enjoy!

I went to customer service twice now and there’s this lady i don’t know her name but she’s tall,tan,wears glasses. She doesn’t know how to talk to customers and i feel like she doesn’t care about customer even tho I’m paying for a exclusive members card and spend about 200 every other day i feel like i should get somewhat of a good service.

Costco as a company is absolutely incredible. There is a reason it is always packed. Only concern I have is it is losing what makes it the best wholesale club, that being its individuality and each store being unique in some way. Stock more local products and offer more limited lot type products. Its what makes the experience different and better. Dont let the Costco model turn into the Walmart model!

Visiting the store with my sister-in-law today. Everything was going well until it came time to check out. As we were patiently waiting in line and of course keeping 6ft apart from the guest in front of us, as social distancing guidelines suggested, another lady casually happens to cut us off. My sister-in-law and I gave each other stares at each other like what in the world just happened. Did this lady totally not see us? Not two seconds later a kind supervisor by the name of Erika asks if we were waiting in line and totally saw what had just happened. We replied “yes “and she pulls us out of line and asks us to follow her. She personally took the time to check us out given that a guest had cut in front of us. Knowing us we could have made a scene but it was definitely not worth it. Thank you Miss Erika for the wonderful experience and your patience for taking care of us. We really did appreciate it and it was the highlight of our day! Keep doing what you’re doing. You’re the best, hands down!

Ashley, she was being rude and disrespectful to my parents. The way she spoke to my parents was unacceptable. She didnt explain anything to them, instead she just threw the card away because it was my sisters not my parents.

A male associate working at frozen foods area refused to answer a question about an item we were looking for, and got aggressive when we looked at his name tag. Reporting him to his co-worker at the exit of the store, she said he is just not social. How can you be anti-social yet chose to work in customer service?

Customer service essentially accused my sister of credit card fraud for using the same authorized card shed been using for years. After realizing it was their own error, they proceeded to double down anyway.

Its Costco. Pretty much the same selection of items that youll find anywhere else in the country. The place gets very busy on the weekends to the point of the parking lot filling up at times. Best bet would be to come early in the morning when they open, or during the weekday to avoid the crowds.

Good pizza by the slice, excellent hotdog and soda combination for a very low price. I also enjoy the fact that they serve seltzer in the soda fountain so I can fill my cup up with that and avoid the sodas all together.

I am Costco fan indeed. This Costco is just average level. Their shopping carts are really old and do not work well.
