I just purchased a new house in Skokie and the garage door opener looked like the original opener from when the house was built (over 50 years old). Max, one of their employees, met me on a Saturday afternoon. He did a complete assessment and we ended up replacing the opener, springs and cables. The beauty of it was that he was able to do the entire repair on the spot. During the installation process, he kept me informed as to what he was doing and educated me on garage door mechanics. He was courteous, personable, professional and competent. Max is an incredible employee, and a great guy. I was 100% satisfied with the entire experience. Two days ago my garage door was acting up, had no idea why, everything was in check from what I can see, yet it was not responding to the opener button. I called MF Solutions hoping to get it looked at and taken care of that day because of a family event I was throwing this weekend. I was contacted immediately and Max came out to look at my door that same day! Turns out it was a spring issue as well as the opener, Max had all the proper materials and equipments and fixed and installed everything the time he came out to the house. We got a couple quotes, and made a decision to go with MF Solutions as they seemed the most reasonably priced, patient and reliable. The day of the installation they arrived on time, the installer cleaned after himself and did a great job. He walked me through the warranty and explained how to use our new door. This company has remarkable fast service, truly a 5/5 company. Couple weeks ago, my garage door spring suddenly snapped and could not get out of my garage.
