Simple arrangement for bride was not made like was requested. Asked for a very simple all light pink bouquet. Received a mix of medium pink, light pink, and white roses. Wasn’t even symmetrical. Did not complete order correctly. Very disappointed because it was such a simple request. My guess they ran out of pink ones and put together what was left over...

I received these for my birthday and they are absolutely beautiful! There was a little butterfly clip on there and a big pink bow that made it extra special!!I absolute loved them!!

Flowerville was excellent! Very happy with their service and final product for our wedding. We ordered bridesmaid bouquets and groomsmen boutonnieres from Flowerville and they turned out beautiful and elegant. Anna was wonderful to work with. She is very welcoming and friendly. She is very professional and knows what shes doing. We told her our wedding colors and she knew immediately what types of flowers to use to make the bouquets. The color combinations and use of multiple flowers got us many compliments at the wedding. The flowers were delivered the morning of the wedding, to two different locations. The delivery was prompt. The flowers came looking very fresh and stayed fresh all day long. She included extra pins for boutonnieres which was very appreciated and useful to keep them secure. Pricing was great and lot better than a few other places we checked out. I would highly recommend using this business and will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs flowers. Very good job!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLOWERVILLE!! I came in on my wifes birthday and Anna helped me design from scratch an amazingly beautiful huge heart with a bouquet of tropical flowers on top of it. This past Saturday I needed to have a sympathy dish garden delivery sent to Winnetka, and it needed to be sent that afternoon. The passing of a young man was devastating. I ordered flowers for mothers day and birthdays and the arrangements were simply beautiful. On a separate occasion, we received a flowers in Houston sent through Flowerville -- and although the Houston florist didnt do a good job, Flowerville staff made sure that the proper arrangement was sent as ordered -- following up, re-sending the arrangement and going the extra mile even outside of the state. Just like a good dentist or a mechanic, a flower shop that of this service is simply a treasure to have in your contact list! Simply the best flower shop Ive worked with!

Very disappointed in the quality of my order . White roses and hydrangeas where already wilted upon arrival, the roses starting browning on day 2. Wanted something really special for new grandson delivered at Prentice Women hospital. Payed a $40 dollar delivery fee and over $100 for flowers.Would not recommend this florist.

This Flower Company had the AUDACITY to call me (the recepient of a flower arrangement) to tell me that they were sending the driver back out to pick up my flowers...Let me explain from the beginging.Friday afternoon at 11:45AM I receive a flowr arrangement delivery at the door of my apartment building. No message is inside, but I called my boyfriend (who is at work) to ask him if they are from him. He says, Yes, but they were supposed to be delivered NEXT Friday for our Anniversary.Heres what happened...He bought a GOOGLE OFFER through 1-1800 Flowers who works with a database of different florists in your area. He purchased a deal through GO and they happened to send my flowers from this horrible place. About an hour after I get off the phone with my bf, I get a call from Flowerville saying they are sorry for the mistake and that the flowers were delivered 1 week early, and for that, they are going to have to come and take my flowers back. (Mind you, they are unwrapped and sitting on my counter) She tells me my bf called to cancel the order and that 1-800 flowers left them a message mentioned just that. I told her to take it up with 1800- flowers and that she should be ashamed that she actually felt it was OK to call the customer and do this. My boyfriend is now on the phone with 1800 flowers getting this handled, but he says that he just canceled the order and there was NO conversation regarding the flowers being pick up.Despicable Customer Service....
