Good stuff but..... there is a sign on the door wear a mask please. When I was there all customers had masks on but no one of workers behind the deli counter, both cashiers had masks under nose. What a disrespect.

Not a big store but well stocked and all the staff was very friendly and helpful even with my poor Polish! Prices are good and my sis and I both chose their bigos over another in a blind tasting!

Been going there for some time and normally don’t write reviews but if you like warm smoked salmon or other fish (Wednesdays fresh still warm), black bacon bone free (superb, remove skin) and smoked polish sausages this is the place. They have all other stuff but these I always get, honestly better then any other places I have tested! Definitely worth a trip.Addition: And not sure who said down below that this place is dirty, it’s clean period, it’s old fashioned, old world deli, I got always fresh food there and if you like nice decor in a deli go to expensive shops in a west loop? But those places can’t even compete on the items I have described.

Went in to do some groceries yesterday and when I asked for some deli meat the worker told me to pick something else because it was very old. Got some crepes and they were stale. Prices are off the roof(vegetable salad) was 6$ and other deli in Chicago are 2.50 tops. Id rather travel a little further for fresh and fair priced food than to over pay for not fresh produce. I wont even mention the tomatoes E

Its a small but well supplied Polish food store. Among other products, you may buy there Polish pierogies, bread, sausages, and variety of smoked, cooked, and baked meat.

I see others share my opinions. I stop in from time to time, buy several lengths of sausage, soups and salads, which are always great. The problem is with the employees, especially the checkout woman who wears a visor. She always treats me with indifference, and today with pure nastiness. Granted, I do not speak Polish, but they could try to be a bit nicer to those of us who dont. They are not good ambassadors for the Polish Community, and perhaps they dont care, but maybe they should. In spite of your good sausages etc. I will NEVER buy another thing at your deli. There are other places to go, that will offer a little respect, kindness and help.

Lots of stuff to buy, however, customer service needs a lot of work. It is busy and the parking lot is limited. Good food made daily for carry out.

Food good overall, but those buns not even close to real Polish product. But nice people working in there.

If someone wants to go back to the time of the Polish commune, where there are not many goods on the store shelves, and its quality leaves much to be desired, I recommend visiting. nevertheless the staff are very nice.

Unfortunately this place needs a little bit more cleaning and little bit better service. I have asked for fresh rolls waiting 15 minutes and then get what I want left without anything

This was my best Polish food experience in Chicago. I am fromChester, West Virginia and I love going to this deli while inChicagoland. I ordered the blintzes and the pierogis and wasin heaven from the first bite. Excellent!!!

Best smoked salmon around!

When my cherished Bobaks closed down, I started searching for a new place to buy fresh and smoked Polish sausage. Niles Polish Deli has the best I have found so far. Certainly not Bobaks quality, but still worth the long drive from Chicagos Southside for special occasions.
