Everyone that works in this place is very informative! They are very willing to answer any questions you may have. They don’t make you feel unintelligent I’m anyway. I would highly recommend this place for all of your firearm needs!

Everyone I’ve spoken to won’t make you feel unintelligent for not knowing much about firearms and are very informative and knowledgeable in any questions you might have. Compared to similar shops in the area this one stands far above the rest and I don’t have a desire to take my business anywhere else but here.

From a disabled veteran to all other veterans.This place is horrid avoid at all cost. I called last Thursday to pick up a lower receiver ask if they would be open friday but be closed 3rd and 4th of July Itold him I came from ND. I drive in they had hand written on their sign closed so I wasted a day. The I drive 1.5 hours today to pick it up and he charges me $40 as for a normal transfer fee then tells me he cant sell it to me and it will have to be shipped back to the manufacturer. So I asked for the $40 back as they never transfered it to me and refused to refund me the fee. Avoid this place at all cost.

Ordered a gun a few months ago. It’s arrived there And due to Covid-19 and my birthday happening right in the middle of Covid my license was expired. I am truck driver and was hard for me to get a dmv appointment because for some reason I was not able to do it online. Fast forward this month I finally was able to get my updated ID so I went to get pick up my gun that I know for a fact was there and that they had it in storage and told me they’d keep it there until I was able to get everything figured out and I get there today and somehow they don’t have it. Talking about it was months ago and all that. So I’m sure they sold my gun and just refunded me that money I actually paid for it through a separate site. I was not contacted not even once by them thought out the months or anything they just sold it instead which is every unprofessional and I will never use this company again and I DONT recommend them to ANYONE.

Great place to buy firearms, People there are friendly, Knowledgeable and very helpful.The prices are hard to Beat.They dont keep regular hours though, and its a bit tough to get ahold of them sometimes.I would recommend call them to make sure theyre open before going there.They still deserve 5 stars

Very friendly and helpful staff. I think it helps if you have a lot of firearm knowledge before you go in. If your a rookie or someone whos been away for a few years you can feel really lost at times. But, I visited several stores and made my purchases here because compared to the others, Firing Pin is the best and its not even close.

Bought a Smith and Wesson from these guys in May. Having another kid and my first is getting in to things. Bought it for 300 shot 50 rounds sat in a safe. They offered me 100. I refuse to ever buy or walk into that shop again.

They take their time with you they explain how things work they dont just try to sell you something and push you out the door. Very disappointed in the service! Been in the parking lot for a half hour waiting for someone to open the door. There normal hours are 9-530 but for some reason they dont open until 11 and still not even then. Its now 1130 and no one is here to give me the gun I purchased over 5 days ago. Very pissed off this is ridiculous. I dont care if someone is dying you have a business and my money! I drove 40 minutes to get here on time and they dont even open so now Im forced to probably turn around. I seen two other people come and go and look for some kind of sign saying they arent in and there isnt one. Great customer care ! So I just left and the guy didnt sell me my gun he refunded me because in his opinion Im not to own a gun. In my opinion you should be to work on time and you wont have pissed off customers. Place is a joke thanks to one dumb ass employee because the others where very kind. All I have to say is its not recommended. Other places will be open on time and give you respect

Found the Firing Pin by chance thru my brother. Since then I have bought two guns and ammo there. Service is great and as far as prices, well havent found any better anywhere else yet. Have to drive two hours to get there but for what I get in service and prices its worth it.

Great prices on great guns

Stay away. Stay far far away. I brought my S&W 9mm to trade for a Pro Model. (I am left handed) The owner talked me into a Gen3 Glock. He said it could be changed over for a left hander and to bring it back the next week. A week later when I approached him, he said the parts hadnt come in yet and promised to do it the next week and he would call me as soon as the parts come in. This has been going on for months now. I took it to another dealer and they told me you couldnt change a gen3 over to the left side. I was also told the gen3 was apparently used as it has an extended mag release and they dont come that way from the factory.

I bought a new gun at midwest gun exchange sig sauer they told me there would be a $25 transfer fee to michigan for everything and said i could pick up at farr and sons in 3 days it took 10 days my permit expired i had to get another when i picked it up farr told me there would be another $40 dollar fee that they told me i had already paid for at midwest plus they charged me an extra 3% for credit card purchase on a$980 purchase almost $30 dollars for a mastercard purchase. i left farr and went tohoward townhsip club to test gun i had over 30 malfunctions out of a hundred rounds i very disappointed took the gun back to midwest told them the problem they told me they were not gunsmiths is said it a new gun and it has a lifetime guarante again they said they wernt gunsmiths I WOULD NEVER GO TO MIDWEST GUN EXCHANGE AGAIN THEY ARE LIARS. so took to the gun to firing pin they said they could fix the gun or send back to sig but since they did not sell it there would be a$ 35 fee since i didnot purhase from them they if had purhase from it would be no charge they returned gun to me 23 days later after sending gun to sig gun works perfect i am very happy that someone still offers service I will buy all my guns fom the firing pin. service is impotant to me not lies just sell you something on commision

Ok I have been a few there a few times, about 5 years between each visit. Last time I went it was the owners son I geuss. But the only reason I went was because I had a $50 gift certifficate. I happen to like full metal hand guns and figure I would use the $50 tworads one. First off I asked about the CZ sub compact in 40 cal he said they could get it for me for $700, you can find it all over online for $500 and I told him that. Then he preceded to call me a liar. So I asked about a 92 he says yea we can get you one for $800, I told him I could get them for around $500 all day and again he said I was lying. So finally I ask him about a S&W 410, to which he tells me they have never existed. He tells me the only autos S&W never made any metal autos besides for 1911s. It was at that point I bought 2 boxes of .357 and one 38 that I still had to put my own $10 on to. This place is garbage they act like you know nothing and are also way overpriced. Unless you want a Cobray or a hi point I wouldnt go there.
