Its wonderful to hear the sound of birds and mainly to my 7 year old grandson talks to me thank you for able to hear again.

I previously posted a positive review for the Niles Chicagoland Hearing Aid Center. I have taken it down due to the very poor customer service I received this week from Ben. I went in on Monday for a 10 minute appointment where he turned up the volume without giving me a hearing test. When I got home I realized it wasn’t enough and he charged me a second time to complete the job. Still no hearing test. I will not use Chicagoland hearing aid center againCustomer service just terrible

Was very pleased with my experience at Chicagoland Hearing. Got an appointment, received a hearing test, and within two weeks was wearing my hearing aids. Couldn’t be more satisfied!

Everything from the first appointment to the first follow-up moved very quickly. Only about 10 days passed from my first appointment until I received my hearing aids.I was expecting a big financial hit, but between insurance or AARP price reductions and 2-year 0% financing, its pretty much painless.Dr. Wright was very good about taking into account my own preferences. I had a strong preference for in-the-ear or in-the-canal aids. Dr. Wright first recommended behind-the-ear aids, but easily shifted our focus to the ITE aids. He was also very good about explaining things.

Hello this is Aaron, I have suffered with slight hearing loss for awhile, my friends and co-workers have noticed. I have begun to accept that I need to do something before it is affecting my work. Chicagoland Hearing Aid Centers -Niles is the place I chose after visiting several other places. As with anything new, you have to get adjusted to wearing your hearing aids. Chicagoland Hearing Aid Centers-Niles made it a smooth transition for me, Benjamin is a knowledgeable and professional person. I have the Picasso IIC, it is a custom fit and I am getting use to them in my ears. I just recently purchased the SurfLink remote from Benjamin to control the volume and it does seem to be working out better for me.

From the initial appointment to the follow-ups, my mothers experience was incredible. Customer service was great! The hearing aids are a perfect fit. I recommend Chicago Hearing Aid Centers to everyone! :)Thank you for the professionalism & the care!

It was a pleasant but too brief of an experience. It was overwhelming for me knowing that I have a severe hearing loss.Fitted for hearing aids was quick and efficient,but needed more time to process the entire procedure. The staff is very professional and helpful. They took the time to explain the operation of my new hearing aids and be sure that I was comfortable with them. When I had an issue with the hearing aids, they got me in quickly to help resolve it. I would highly recommend this location.

My second visit to tweek any problems in my aids turned out to be very informative.Ben walked me through everything I had a question about.He was extremely helpful.

Benjamin treated me with compassion, respect and patience. Being an official member of the ageing community, I attributed the loss of hearing age appropriate (in spite of what my children said). Just turn up the volume. Ben administered the audio hearing test, which indicated, I was a candidate for the support of hearing aids. I asked pertinent questions of Ben. He responded with confidence, knowledgeabity and pofessionalism. After a week exposure to the aids, I returned for my follow up appointment. I was assured Ben would be available when/or if I had any other issues (Hearing related, of course). I was treated as a valued client of which made me comfortable to adjust to change. Ben and Chicagoland Hearing Aid Center made the transition effortless.

I was able to order a pair of Starkey Muse IQ hearing aids through CHICAGOLAND HEARING in Niles. The service has been excellent in every way. Starting with the initial appointment to the 3rd and final visit which I had today. Very courteous and knowledgeable personnel. I would highly recommend there expertise in the hearing aid industry. Very good professional service and a very good quality hearing aid.Only problem was shortly after I got the hearing aids, one went dead.I called and made an appointment to bring it in and have it looked at.Turns out that it had become plugged with ear wax and he replaced the disposable insert. Took no more than five minutes, yet it was charged as the last of my three free followup office visits. They could have told me on the phone to try replacing the insert first, before I came in.But other than that the service was very good.The Hearing Aids that they sold are very good.Told me they are water resistant in the rain, but not for submersion.Recently, I accidentally wore them while swimming in a lake and when I realized I still had them on they had already been submerged. Luckily they stayed on, otherwise if they had fallen off they would be gone in the lake bottom.When I took them off, I carefully dried them and removed the batteries.Thought I might have to bring them in for cleaning and servicing, hoping they could be repaired.Next day I re-installed the batteries and tried them, and they worked just fine. I consider myself lucky and the hearing aids they sold me very good quality.

I’ve had my new hearing aids for about a week, all I can say is WOW!!!I knew I didn’t have the greatest hearing, always asking people to repeat what they said or please turn up the volume. I love the fact that I can hear my music while I’m out walking(without earbuds). I was directed here by my insurance hearing network and was very pleased with the service and quality of care. Had three appointments and no waiting. Ben recommended a hearing aid and a few days later I changed it to a different model and that was no problem. Also got a list of centers to use if needed while in FL. Great experience

My wife and I both went in to have our hearing checked. I was diagnosed with severe hearing loss and my wife with moderate. We were fitted with some very comfortable RIC aids that we picked a week later. At that time they were adjusted to our ears. We left that day hearing things we havent heard in years. I didnt know my turn signal made noise, maybe that why I would forget to turn them off. My wife says this maybe a marriage saver. Thank You Ben & Cynthia

This place is amazing! We first started out as a consult with Ben and were going to a couple other hearing aid centers to compare. However, right from the beginning we were just pleased with the service. Meeting Geri at the front is so welcoming and our consult with Ben was wonderful. He explained everything to my dad so well. He reassured us. Made my dad super comfortable through out the whole process. We decided there immediately that we were not going to compare different centers and stay with Audibel Golf Mill Hearing Aid Center. There are a number of hearing aid establishments near our residence and Golf Mill Audibel is one of them. Both my wife and I needed new hearing aids. Driving by Golf Mill Audibel we had a visceral feeling that this was where we needed to take our business. We were not disappointed. Upon entering the business one is greeted by a nice lady by the name of Geri. She is helpful and makes one feel right at home. Ben the audiologist could not have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable and informed regarding the products they offer. We purchased our hearing aids from Golf Mill Audibel Hearing Aid and have not been disappointed. Update:My other hearing aid was having a separate issue and I discussed it with the owner. He agreed to honor the contract that was in place and repair the hearing aid.Previous:Kept my hearing aid for 3 weeks after it was repaired because they wanted to charge me for the repair despite the fact that the contract stated repairs were free.

Ben is a true professional. We went to a different establishment last week and we were there for well over an hour and a half. The service was nice but the prices were way too high. At golf mill hearing aid center my grandma and I were in and out within an hour and had a great experience and the prices were less than half. We are so happy to have found a place close and efficient.

I was referred here from my union LOCAL #134 I.B.E.W.and they had the best price for Hearing Aids they are made here in the U.S.A.from MN.Starkey Laboratories, Inc.and a 1 year supply of batteries.with a warranty.The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable about the products.I was fitted for the hearing aids, the technology was fantastic and they were ready in less than a week. I have visited a few different audiologists and I have found that at Chicagoland hearing aid centers I feel the most comfortable. They are helpful, answer all my questions and provided quality hearing aids. As a younger person with some hearing loss I was hesitant to follow through with the process to get hearing aids but I am glad I did and I am glad I came here. Also Niles location is easily accessible.

I am new to the Hearing aid scene! I have been looking for the right place and at the right time. Through my searching I came upon this company called Chicagoland Hearing Aid Center (Golf Mill) thru a Hearing aid companys website. I could have selected many other available businesses in the Chicago suburbs, but this one stuck out to me. I seen mostly 5 star reviews for them and asked myself if this could be true? Well, I decided to try them out and made the first phone call to set up an appointment which went very well. I was pleasantly surprised how nice Cynthia was on the phone while we were talking. Showed up for my appointment a little early, as I almost always do, and things were great. Ben came out and introduced himself and we proceeded to go thru the consultation and hearing test. I already knew my hearing was bad, so no surprise to me I needed hearing aids. My whole family has been bugging me about it for the last few years. I can tell Ben genuinely cares about his patients ! He explained my hearing test in depth and started talking about the hearing aids that would best fit my situation. Like I said, I have been researching a little on hearing aids and wanted one that was almost unseeable. Ben showed my the 2 options for that and I picked the one that I liked. I am very happy with picking Chicagoland Hearing Aid Center (Golf Mill) to help me with my hearing problem. They have shown in my first visit the kindness and caring attitude toward me, the customer, that is very hard to find these days!! If you have read my review to this point and you are looking for that SPECIAL place to go, they will not let you down, Trust me !!! I was still extremely happy when I got home and had to tell my Boss (wife) all about my GREAT experience......I would hope everyone could experience the same, just give them that phone call !!
