I have 2 problems with the new go cart I purchased...one problem was a manufacturing defect which all the costs should have been covered, you would think since I had a warranty. 2nd problem was my kids were driving it around and the belt fell off, so I was gonna buy a new one but they told me the belt I said fell off didnt belong to the gocart... well thats funny because thats exactly the one that fell off. They are the ones that put this go cart together and also fixed a manufacturing defect. So basically they were calling me a liar. I have never worked on that go cart and why would I...I have a warrenty. I have no idea how that belt stayed on but it eventually did....I didnt even know I had the wrong belt till they told me...now its my problem and I have to pay for a new belt even though was made with the wrong one....they should give me new one since it was their screw up....shaddy

Got a 2001 Adly RT-50 model NEVER USED had problems with it stalling had carb. Adjusted and muffler fell off had it in their shop for over a week just to get the muffler fixed so far not done. Lady is nice just disappointed with all the problems. 5 stars for the bike 1 for the amount of problems 2 for how long its been in the shop.

Horrible...overcharged me and replaced brand new parts to run the bill up...took extra parts like a $60 carb and never returned it to me...they fixed an electric starter that never once worked for me after their fix job...
