During the summer this company installed a completely new HVAC system including new duct work. They did need to come out a couple of times to adjust the air flow in some rooms at my request. They did a good job and encouraged me to call again if I needed further adjustments. When we had cold weather I turned the thermostat to heat but it didn’t come on. Today it was discovered my old thermostat was faulty so he installed a new one. Hopefully everything will run smoothly now. I am very happy with the quality of work and the courteousness of the employees of Redeemed Heating and Air and would highly recommend this company.

Serviceman came to our house looked at the refrigerator and said the inverter and temp sensor was damaged. They sent us a estimate via a message and we approved it. They were to order the parts which would take 2-3 weeks, they did not mention to be paid for up front. We called them after 2 weeks and they had not ordered the parts and then told us that we had to pay for the parts before they would order them. We told them that we would not do that because we dont trust them and will not do business with them. I will tell everyone I know on social media to not do business with redeemed heating, they are not a reputable company!

Keith was very kind and professional. Very knowledgeable and was great to explain how the system works and what my options are. I also love it that they are a Christian based company. Makes me feel comfortable to have them doing work in my home.

I was having issues with my refrigerator and the service tech that was sent was very knowledgeable about appliances. He was professional and competent. I will definitely use them again if needed.

They were backed up so I had to wait a week in 90 degree weather... but that is not their fault as better businesses are often busier so I hold no fault over them for that. When they got here they were super professional and super quick to diagnose and repair the unit.. they didnt try to sell me on anything and they didnt try and tell me anything else was wrong. One piece. One problem. Fixed. All within 30 minutes. Will be using them for everything ac and heat from here on out. Thanks

This company has went above my expectations on service a few times. I would 100% recommend Redeemed. I first used redeemed out at my property in Lawrence county. It was high 90s in my house and I could not take the heat any longer . Two technicians Justin and Joe came out right away . They got me up and running that night. They stayed late in the evening to ensure my family had ac. My system was way past its expiration date and it was costing more each summer getting her going, I finally invested in a new system and based of the great service I used Redeemed to Install my new system . I use the property as a rental and they still do the preventive maintenance and what not. Then my new home started to have issues with my water heater. I used my warranty on that and surprisingly I got redeemed for that too. Typicaly warranty companys and those they hire to do their work are less than good but not Redeemed. The consumer service at the beginning and ending were outstanding. The technicians Joe and Jeremy did an amazing job. They respected my home, and my time. A year or so after I had some AC issue . Though it is a newer home the hvac system is not as updated as my last home . I used redeemed to install a new system once general band-aid fixes werent helping . The system lived its life and wasnt as efficient anyways. The techs were able install my system within 24 hours and stayed until they new it was running perfectly. Daren and Jeremy did a beautiful job. Beside the yearly check ups, my new systems in each of my homes are working fabulously and efficiently. Just the past month my 1 year old dishwasher started to leak and you guessed it ... Redeemed fixed it. Jeremy did an amazing job and didnt destroy my home. The company who installed my appliances damaged water lines that over a course of time ruined my floors . You can say I was not confident in the appliance repair but Redeemed went above and beyond once again. . They truly care about their clients and their homes. We have used Redeemed Heating and Cooling for about 3 years for service on our furnace and air conditioner and they offer a discounted annual fee to cover both services, which we take advantage of. We paid the annual fee and had the spring service completed, then we decided to sell our home. We requested a refund for the fall service that we will not need, but they were not willing to give us the refund. We will be moving to a leased property so will not need their services, but if they are not willing to keep a customer happy, we will choose to do business with someone else when we purchase another home.

We had Corey as our service person. We were having problems with our refrigerator. He was great. Very personable and thorough. I would use again in a heartbeat.

Keith came out to do the service on our A/C units. He was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and very professional. Both Keith, and Ryan who came out last week, were very impressive. I’d certainly use Redeemed again and let anyone I know, who needs HVAC work to choose them.

They have come out 3x to fix the ac unit. It started leaking and has gotten worse! Justin the owner was the first to come then Corey and he blamed Justin was too tired and didn’t do the appropriate tests. He also said the secretary didn’t tell him it was leaking so he didn’t have the appropriate tools to fix it and guaranteed it would work or I could call back on Monday. It continued to leak and called back on Monday and the secretary said they couldn’t do anything to help. Then Keith came out and saw all the damage and told Justin the owner and he said it wasn’t there fault Corey had fixed the problem! Problems- air filter was dirty so pipes froze, they recharged the ac, cleaned out the drainage and still continues to leak. Keith was the only one who apologized and told me to file a complaint. I’m a single mom and have been taken advantage by this company!

Our AC was out and they responded quickly, were ahead of schedule but always call and text to notify you and tech took time to explain issues we had, and how we can keep our system running more efficient!

Installers were efficient in their removal of old furnace and placement of new one. They also took the time to explain location of filters in new unit so I could easily replace them.. All old parts and pieces were cleared away and garage was left clean. A good job by two good guys!

Not too happy. Had to wait a week for service call and now an unknown wait, maybe another week for parts. Meanwhile, we are without heat or cooling, (needed both over the past week). Speed things up! Redeemed replaced both of our central A/C units. I believe there were 4-5 guys working here at different times. They were all extremely professional and the work appears to be very professionally done. Their prices are also very reasonable. Every time I dealt with the office staff they were very friendly and helpful.

I am not confident that the initial problem was solved. Redeemed findings were different from Knight AC. System is cooling but working very hard to cool just 1 degree!Evaporator coil leak? Undersized unit? Home warranty programs notoriously dont want to pay for anything large. So here I sit waiting for a complete failure.

Keith was very outgoing and was thorough in getting to the root of the problem. He was sincere in his explanation of the problem. What the outcome is and additional work needs to be performed, I will request that he and Redeemed Heating, Cooling do the work. Thank you for all you do.

I called them to replace a complete system. I came out within 2 days and bid the job fairly, all the equipment was in in 4 days came the next day done and gone. They have a great line of good products and if you dont give him a shot to bid the job youve just missed out on some great people that are hard workers

Corey was very thorough in his visit. Not only did he address the main problem he was there for, he also wanted to go into our crawl space to further inspect our ductwork. He found more things to fix that were damaged related to the main problem. We definitely recommend Redeemed.

We first called Redeemed at the beginning of the summer season. The tech was kind and seemed thorough, cleaned our AC unit and added refrigerant, but reassured us there was no leak. Several months later, our AC kept having issues, so Redeemed sent another tech. This time, the tech asked us how the other tech was sure there wasnt a leak, and told us he hadnt performed the proper diagnostics (??). This is a guy from the same company, so we were baffled. Instead of offering to refill the refrigerant free of charge since their other technician had incorrectly informed us there was no leak, we had to pay to refill the refrigerant yet again. No apologies were offered. The AC worked for two days, and then broke completely on the third day. We are pretty sure that the repair tech who came the most recent time damaged the unit, but when we called Redeemed to remedy the situation, they informed us that they would not come out unless we paid the standard fee. We are really frustrated, especially since we trusted this company and even joined their loyalty club. We do not recommend Redeemed to anyone.

Corey was great! He was on time and professional and was able to help with my hvac/duct work making a sound when it turns on and off and serviced everything so im ready to use my AC this summer. Definitely recommend this company and will be using them to service my hvac in the fall as well.

This was a Home Warranty service call for my dishwasher. Two service personnel arrived exactly as scheduled, assessed the problem with my dishwasher and ordered a replacement part. We then made tentative plans for them to come back out when the part arrived. Service was prompt and professional. I would recommend them again.

Caleb came and cleaned our coils today on two units and he was amazing! So thorough on his work and even went and checked on the one unit that was working in the house to make sure it still looked ok. Nice Technician, but its been two weeks and two trips and I still dont have AC. The new part installed failed right out of the gate. The real frustrating thing is a lack of communication from the office regarding a plan to get me fixed. I have to call them for details and they seem to lack a sense of urgency regarding my repair. Its going to be in the mid nineties starting tomorrow and no AC makes me a grumpy fellow.Fast forward 11 months and I asked this company to give me an estimate for a new system; the technician came out two weeks ago yesterday. Still no bid from Redeemed. I have had both other bids now for over a week. Again, no sense of urgency on this companys part.

Amazing experience. Bryan was awesome, honest and great to work with. My unit froze overnight so he couldnt work on it. He volunteered to come back at the end of his day to make sure we had ac. He came back and did an amazing job, high quality and no rushing. He finished at 10pm and our air worked better than it ever has!! Will definitely call them again and will ask for Bryan everytime!!

This was the 3rd time I they came out to fix my fridge. It has taken a month. But that is the warranty companys fault. The repair man was out this morning to put the freezer defrost part in and now my fridge is at 55 degrees again..it has been very stressful

Although the system itself is faulty the people for redeemed heating and cooling have done a great job and trying to resolve the issues and I really appreciate them for that.

Initial request for service made on 06/03, service appointment made for 06/11. Part needed ordered and after a week I didn’t hear back and had to call every day to try to get an update. Initially they said it would be in 06/17 - 06/18. Very little initiative put forward on their part to get an accurate eta on the part delivery, they would just tell me they didnt know when it would arrive and I would have to suggest that they contact the supplier to get an eta for it every time I talked with them. They didn’t get the part in until 06/25 I believe and set up a service appointment for 06/28. They received the wrong part and my AC is still not fixed after over 3 weeks since the request for service. Getting the wrong part is understandable, but not knowing until 3 days after it is received when the technician is at my house for the repair is not. I still don’t have a date for when my AC will be fixed. This is an extremely frustrating experience to deal with when my house is 85 degrees everyday. I have not experienced any sense of urgency from them or any evidence that they are truly concerned with getting my AC working again.

Within an hour of arriving he had diagnosed our heating problem, tracked down the part at a local supplier, and installed it, resolving our heating issue in next to no time. I have HSA and have used Redeemed several times. Brian and Caleb are awesome. They got us up and running every time. They are friendly and professional. Dawn in the office was friendly, helpful and called her technician real time when I needed them to come back out. Definitely recommend and will use them again!

I strongly do not recommend. They were sent out thru a home owners insurance provider purchased with my new house in November 2018. The heater wasnt working properly in the coldest part of winter so I paid the deductible to have a professional fix it so my family would have heat. They came out, determined was a cracked heat exchanger, so they have to cap off the gas and shut it off completely because of possible harmful gas. Then he was in the process of leaving as I was aking what do I do now?! He was saying they have to wait for the insurance to determine what to do. They didnt offer space heaters? hotel stay? Hell not even a blanket. No just shut it down and left my family in 10 degree weather for weeks! Luckily my family helped with space heaters and firewood so we didnt die and the newly purchased house pipes didnt burst. Hired a different company after finally finding out that it was a preexisting condition! Horrible situation. This post isnt enough for justice

Ive been with American Home Shield home warranty for about 20 years and have had a plethora of service vendors through my home in that time for AC, Stove, Dryer, Dishwasher, you name it. One day they sent Redeemed over for the first time. NIGHT AND DAY. These folks are amazing in every respect. I will insist they are the only service company they send to this house, I honestly cant say enough good about them. There are a lot of Chuck in a Truck guys out there that are terrible.
