UPDATEI changed my rating to five star instead of two star. They reached out to me and sent me a check to reimburse for fuel. That definitely made it right in my book. They certainly did not have to pay for fuel for the misunderstanding, but they did. That gives me confidence that when there is an error made they try to make things right so I will be doing business with them in the future. Looking forward to purchasing a horse trailer from them as soon as one becomes available!I live 1hr 20mins away from the Nixa location. I found a red calico 3 horse bumper pull trailer for $9,200. I called BEFORE leaving my house to ensure the trailer would be available. I was told it was available & he would write my name down & hold it for me until I got there. I left my house right away & made the trip. When I get there I was told apparently he tried calling me (I had 0 missed calls) & that he just found out someone from a different location had already sold that trailer & they “forgot” to mark it. I understand that the gentleman I spoke with, it may have not been his fault… But hopefully this will be addressed in the future. If any of the employees make a sale, hopefully they will make sure that the first thing they do is mark it sold so this doesn’t happen again. I wasted 3hrs of my morning & fuel all for nothing. I was told that they will write my name and number down and contact me if they get some more in, which more than likely would not be until at least three months from now. Sooo disappointed especially since I verified via phone it was available BEFORE I wasted my time & fuel making the trip up.

Its now Sancrest Trailers. They are very low in inventory right now but trying to get that fixed. They had to order the hitch I need. Great customer service

BEWARE! When you purchase a new trailer from them, you dont really have a warranty. Took my brand new trailer back for brake issue; had appointment and still had to leave for a week. Tried to work with them to come up with what the problem was, but with absolutely no communication during the week and found out they never fixed it. Got called to come and get it--its fixed. Wasnt fixed, and owner told me to take it home as theyve done all they can do. Seriously? This is a safety hazard. Got pretty heated, and the owner has a real temper issue. Felt we were really patient with a company who employs a rude woman at the front desk, doesnt communicate with their customers, and tells them the equivalent of go pound sand when they cant fix a warranty issue.

I was so happy with my experience of purchasing a horse trailer from Sutter! This was by far the easiest buying experience I have ever had. I put in an online inquiry on Saturday and by Monday morning, Mark Love had gotten a hold of me about exactly what I was looking for and to see how he could help. I ended up not using the dealer offered financing, but appreciated that it was there if I chose to use it. Tina in the office was wonderful in helping the communication between Mark and I. The trailer was originally at their I-44 store and they had it delivered to Nixa for convenient pick up! Very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend Sutter to anyone looking for a trailer!

Bought a trailer here. Broke so my Dad brought it in to get fixed via warranty, on the way in, he hit a chain link fence that they said had been hit by a number of people and told him to go on. Next day they called first thing in the morning demanding I pay them $1,500 to fix the fence. Based on what, I dont know. I hadnt seen it so I asked him to text me photos. A few hours later I got the photos and they had also called the Highway Patrol. Way to treat your customers!

We have consistently brought our trailer for our business over the last two years to Sutter. Yesterday we took our trailer in (the first visit after their expansion), and had scheduled for the same services we have HAD each time. With no call, no heads up, and no additional work done, or explained upon pick up, they TRIPLED the cost. When we asked what it was for they could not explain any addition service, other than they stood by their bill. We will take our business elsewhere. TRAILER OWNERS BEWARE, YOU ARE NOW FUNDING THEIR EXPANSION WITH NO EXTRA SERVICE COMING TO YOU.

They were really helpful when my strap broke. Replaced it free of charge even though it was probably out of warranty.

The guys got my trailer right in for a repair and were very reasonable in cost. They now have a huge parts store too. Check them out!

Mark was good on the phone order of the trailer. When I went to pick it up I seen items that need to be fix but Mark know that I had to move in the next two days. Mark said that the factor can fix the item. The factor said no. The daylight that was coming throw the floor they said they did not see it, I be leave they never look. I would not ever buy a trailer from them again.

Came here to buy in person and was quoted a price more than $300 than what was posted on the web site. I guess they thought I was an idiot. Im now simply someone who is gonna buy somewhere else.

I was looking for a dump trailer and found one there they said was in stock, went to get it and it was not there, they said it would be there the next day went to get it and they forgot. Waited for 3 days and called they finally got it for sure this time... about 5 months later something was rubbing in the drum so I called to have them look at it and they say theres no warranty and they will fix it but it will be a charge. I dont know why I was surprised after the horrible customer service I received before... Getting ready to buy a gooseneck deck over, guess where Im not going...Sutters

They are the best place to get odds and ends for trailers and equipment. Next time your trailer needs something, this place is the place to go in Nixa. There are bigger trailer shops in Springfield, but in Nixa, this is your option.

New trailer is rusting all over frame after 2 months. They stated there is nothing they can do about it. Its up to the manufacturer to fix. This was my second trailer purchase from them. Unfortunately, will be my last.

Called and made appointment to have a hitch installed, made sure to tell them year and make of truck. Dropped truck off and get a call stating they cannot put that hitch in. My time is money, that is the reason I made the appointment days ago.

The issue was a while back.But i had bought 3 trailers from them and will never buy anything else from them.The service and parts guy left me broke down in the rain in there parking lot.
