I was disappointed in the installation. The products were fine but the installation left me with a damaged window molding and a toe kick edge that was ragged on one edge and too long on the other. When I brought this to the attention of the salesman he came out to look. After three weeks and a negative review they sent a very smart and competent young man out to fix what could be fixed. I asked for and received a modest refund.

Friendly staff, extremely helpful and willing to take the time with their customers. Prices are truly better than Big Box stores, including installation. Products are outstanding. Highly recommended!

We have been waiting over a year and a half to have our kitchen cabinets done correctly.. their product comes in and its damaged it has scuffs on it it doesnt fit right it wont close right it wont open right. The cabinet design is horrible, the doors hit the refrigerator causing dents the cabinet doors dont open all the way. We were lied to about the appliance center in the middle of the cabinets they told us they could match the pictures we brought in, 6 months later when they install it it is totally wrong and a different type with a huge gap underneath the cabinet door. The second set of installers drilled holes through the side just like the first ones did and tried to hide it. One of the drawers had a big hole on it They tried to hide it. We had paid for items that we never received and we had to continually call to finally get them to bring them out. The custom countertops were made wrong and we had to fight them and all they could do was give us a credit. We wanted them replaced correctly like they said they would do but that never happened finally we took the credit. They have been to my house at least a dozen times and every time they screw up something different. We are still missing two handles and we have been lied to on multiple occasions on when they are going to come out to repairdifferent things that were screwed up so many times. I would never use this company for anything! I am attaching photos of many of the different items that were screwed up. This place is a JOKE! Buyer beware!

Our kitchen has been a project in-the-works (or more, thoughts) for 3 years. He was straight forward about the process & kept me updated on every angle. We are VERY happy with our new kitchen cabinets that were custom designed according to our taste. Kitchenland USA designed cabinets for our home and we really appreciated the professional level of service that we received. Not a great experience. They ordered the wrong cabinets, then they were installed without attention to detail. Either myself or my contractor had to be the one to call and find out the status of things. We are still waiting on a piece of trim to cover where a part was poorly installed, and it has been over a month since installation. It may have just been my sales person, but it was a very unpleasant process and even when management was made aware, they did what they could to make the situation right, but they didnt follow up to ensure things were completed correctly.

The representative, Steve, was very thorough in designing a beautiful and functional kitchen. He worked well with us through many changes. Follow through was excellent!

We are beyond a month since the measurements and do not seem to be getting anywhere at this point. I will be contacting other kitchen remodelers for estimates at this time.

Very disappointed. Completely understand paying for custom ordered materials upfront but do not understand their expectations for payment in full for the materials and labor that have not even arrived to my residence nor been installed to our satisfaction. Anything you read warns never to pay in-full for work until completion (especially true in the Ozarks!).

The entire process was phenomenal, and we receive compliments on the cabinets by anyone who goes into that house, which we still own as a rental. Our family had a horrible experience with Kitchenland from beginning to end. We went to purchase a quartz vanity top for our bathroom. From the time we gave them our 50% deposit to the satisfactory install was nearly 4 months. We went through three different tops that were all cut extremely poorly and looked as though a child had produced. The edges were uneven and the the radii for the sink were not uniform or even. When respectful concerns were expressed to the salesman after all was said and done his response was to personalize it and accuse us of not having the money to pay so we just dont want to pay. The salesman became extremely rude and disrespectful. Needless to say we did the right thing, paid the entire bill as we had promised, and now have a constant reminder in our bathroom of this horrible experience. We will not be shopping at Kitchenland USA ever in the future and would not recommend it based on our experience with them.

My wife and I wanted to replace our island to get rid of the damaged sink, have a larger workspace and add a breakfast bar. We had two potential sources review our wishes, and measure the space. One never got back to us, but Bob Shepard at Kitchenland did. Bob visited, took measurements, and explained the timeline for getting the cabinets, quartz counter top, the new sink and new faucet. A few weeks later, as planned, the old island was removed and all the drawer and door pulls were salvaged. My wife and I considered a radically different look relative to the remaining cabinets and counters or something very similar. We opted for similar. I took one of the removed island doors to Bob at his office so we could make sure that the millwork and stain of the new doors was very similar to the existing doors. Bob surprised me when he presented an exact match for the drawer pulls; we would have been one short otherwise. As planned, a month later the new island and all its appurtenances were installed in about 6 hours. It went very smoothly. The matching is so precise that unless I tell guests to scrutinize the old and new doors, theyll never notice the differences. We are both very pleased with the outcome!

Walked in and looked around at kitchen models. Not one person acknowledged me or said they would be right with me, or asked if I had an appointment; nothing. I understand they were with customers but acknowledge potential customers, because I’m a serious buyer. Because of this I will take my business elsewhere.

AWFUL. Went in to start the process on a kitchen remodel. Was there 15 minutes prior to anyone recognizing we were there. Sat down with ideas and dimensions of our kitchen. Were told would receive and email with a proposal in a week. 2 weeks later stopped in as had not received anything, and was told they hadnt gotten to it yet. 2 weeks later finally received a proposal, but by that time found another company, who had our project designed, measurements taken, cabinets ordered, and installation date set. Find someplace else that is TOP TIER.

Barry (the salesman) handled everything for our complete kitchen makeover. We let him recommend flooring, cabinets, counter top, back splash treatment. It all looks great. The work took longer than estimated, but I found this to be the case with any contractor.I would recommend this company to anyone. Especially someone that doesnt want to have to pick everything out themselves.

I love my cabinets... we did the remodel in 2008 and anytime we needed an adjustment they came out and took care of it. Just ordered another addition and all went very smoothly.
