If I could give more than 5 stars I would! (How often do you hear THAT?) My car had recalls on it when I bought it and it was unclear if they had been taken care of. The guys called up to Honda and found out they had not been. No big deal. I took the car up to Honda and got them fixed 2 weeks after buying the car. Two weeks later I thought the alternator went out and upon opening the hood of my car found that Honda had left tools IN my engine compartment. Honda took my car back to review the recalls and look the car over and find out what was wrong. They came back with a $3500 estimate!!! I called Victor to let him know what they were saying and he offered to have his guy look the car over and get a second opinion. I knew Honda was trying to rip me off, but wow......Victor saved me THOUSANDS!!! All that was wrong was a bolt holding the alternator had broke. Honda tried telling me the alternator was bad and it wasnt!!! I will definitely be telling EVERYONE about Victor and his guys at 160 Auto Sales and send EVERYONE their way!!! If you want a trustworthy place to buy a used car, I can honestly say I recommend these guys!!!

Aster a week of looking at what seemed like every car within a 50 mile radius and being very disappointed in all of them, we pulled in to this place and had a whole new problem. Which nice looking, good running car in our price range do we pick? After driving several, we decided on a chevy cruze and quickly agreed on a price with the best people Ive ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. They will be my first and probably only stop next time I need a car. 5 stars doesnt do them justice. Did I mention the car was not only priced much better than any Springfield lots, but came with 3 month 3k mile warranty too!

I’m just going to start with DO NOT BUY from this used auto shop... they knowingly sold me a vehicle with junkyard parts in the engine. Less than a month after buying the transmission started having issues, then the alternator, which was replaced and the engine is running too hot causing a knock sensor and temp gauge went out and it’s potentially unsafe for driving due to possible engine fire. Initially I should have known when the vehicle didn’t start in the lot and they said it was just the battery... they said we could go do something and come back while they went and got a new battery. I have done nothing but pour money into this car. They screwed me hard. A couple auto places said that it should have not been sold especially for what it was listed. I have had the car for only 6 months and altogether have been able to drive it for a month because it’s been sitting, gets fixed, sits. And I’m just tired of it, but of course stuck.

The people at 160 are great do everything they can to do what you want couldnt ask for better

Awesome service and a great selections of cars. I am a truck driver and had to leave out right after test driving a BMW. After I left I decided I wanted the car. Victor held the car at the lot for a little over a week until I returned home to purchase it. I highly recommend them!

They are SO helpful and no pressure sales. They also offer a 3 month/ 3000mi warranty which is great for peace of mind!

We bought a truck from the crazy guy with a ponytail lol these guys are easy to work with even if you don’t have the best credit. We were able to get a truck in just a couple of days and we’re pleased that they offered a power train warranty. We would buy from them again.

How can I say purely awesome. Victor and Bryan were amazing. They helped us out by holding the car we wanted while waiting for the finances to be deposited. They were very up front about the vehicle and what they did maintenance wise. They actually care about the cars and the people they put in them. Worst used car Ive ever bought. Purchased a car 2 months ago from them and been on and off quarantine ever since. Finally able to take it to a shop, to find out they sold me a car with a blown head gasket, and bad water pump. Guy I took it to said that if 160 auto sales actually has a mechanic look over all their vehicles like they claim than they knew they was selling me a POS.

I can definitely say that I highly recommend looking at buying a car at this place. They truly do take care about their cars AND customers. Super up front about the vehicles and the work that has been done on them. They have good prices and all around make car shopping easy!

Super friendly and seemingly helpful, yet after a 2 hour drive to pick up a car that was littered with a CONSIDERABLE amount of hail damage my experience went down the drain. None of the damage was mentioned or disclosed via the website or numerous phone calls had with the staff. The time and money lost is more than frustrating, hopefully they can do a better job disclosing basic information about the condition of the vehicle before wasting others time.

A great place to do business with. Bought a car there about a year ago and they were very nice, reasonable, and accommodating. There was a problem with the ESC during the test drive as indicated by the light on the dash. They said they would fix it before we signed the papers, and they did!Unfortunately, a few months later the car died (pretty sure the head gasket blew). So in the driveway it has been sitting... I do not believe this was their fault in any way. There were no signs that they knew this would happen. I only tell you this part so you are sure to get any used car thoroughly checked out.

Ive bought 2 cars from this lot. Both cars are still being used. With my 2nd car after I got it home it had a check engine light and AT light come on. They had it towed in and fixed at no cost too me and the car is working great. The problem ended up being something very hard to check in any sort of diagnostic test so I dont blame them at all for the problem. But the true dedication to making the customer happy has ensured that my 3rd vehicle from them will be happening. I cant reccomend this place highly enough.

Victor and the guys go above and beyond expectation of any used car dealership. I bout a car there and 15 days later had a major engine failure. Victor took care of everything, towing my vehicle to the shop, and getting a used engine with 40k less miles installed. What a way to do business. I recently got a Durango from here had it inspected nothing wrong at all with it drove it on a 14 hr trip did excellent!! Have not had one issue yet and it’s been a month! I would recommend if anyone is looking for a good vehicle to go see these guys!

Bought an 06 eclipse here, on the test drive I noticed the A/C didnt work but otherwise I was happy with the car so they said theyd have it fixed the next day. I come back and the A/C works and they tell me they took it to their machanic and got it fixed so I buy it and on the way home the service engine light comes on and its a precat failure to the tune of $600 for parts alone or itd been $1000 at the shop. They just reset the light long enough to sell it because it came on every 20 miles. Day 2 of owning the car the AC stopped working I found the leak myself and replaced the condenser/dryer so they really just filled it and lied to me. Typical shady used car dealers so you might as well try your luck with Craigslist
