Brought my truck in for some radio work, got it figured out and installed in less than an hour 1/2 for a great price. Dave was very respectful and helpful. Would recommend car-fi to anyone needing work done for a good price and good quality work.

Dave is awesome!! He knows car audio stuff pretty good! I got some speakers to replace the stock ones in our nissan mini truck and he knew the biggest ones i could stick in there without hacking it apart.. And sold me some killer speakers too at a really good price! I will be back for sure.

Took my wife’s 2012 Honda Pilot in to get it fitted with dvd systems and was absolutely impressed. We have headrest monitors in the second row and a flip down in the very back so the kids never have to fight over what to watch. Dave made it extremely easy to walk in and select the product and the quality is absolutely amazing. The vehicle looks like it should have came straight from the dealership with this upgrade. I am writing this review because how they responded to issues I had with an installation so read all the way through: We had our windows tinted and new Android Auto touch screen installed in one of our cars. We ended up having an issue with the E-brake light staying on regardless if on or off and didnt think it was related to the install because none of the wiring or switches are close to the radio wires, though it happened within a couple days after the install so i took it to my mechanic, who ended up having to refer me to the dealership. Of course my first thought is this going to get expensive. After several hours of diagnosing by the dealership they found that a wire from the new radio install was grounding out and confusing the main body ECU. I get a $700 bill from them. I sent this information along with the bill for this work over to Dave to discuss options as i was going to have my truck done in just a month or so. He passes along the information and a lady from their accounting calls me to let me know a check was in the mail for the entire amount. No back and forth, denying, or troubles. I thought this was very commendable on Car-fis part. Even though i had trouble at first it was the way they responded i feel they will not mess up when i get my truck done and if they do they will respond appropriately. Too bad more businesses dont operate like this.

Where do I begin? First. The store was having an awesome clearance sale so I got a great deal on a new car stereo! Second, the customer service was beyond excellent! Whether you call on the phone with questions, walk in with an appointment, or just stop by, you will be treated like royalty! In a world where customer service is in such a decline, this place knows how do it! Last, the installation was flawless. Plus I was given a lesson on how my new stereo works. Had a pretty disappointing experience. They quoted me one price for an automatic car starter then charged us more. Not a big deal there, we still had it put in but then the car starter wouldn’t work on odd occasions. I brought it in to be looked at and the guy said there was nothing they could do. Wouldn’t even take it back to look at it. It worked that ONE time so he wouldn’t even take it into the shop. So upsetting considering we paid for this product and it doesn’t work properly. Pretty much just wasted our time and money.

BEWARE!!!!!! They give you a quote and said it will be that amount plus taxes. But when I picked up the vehicle they added extra charges. I said that I wasn’t quoted this amount and the guy say sorry. Well that helped...still had to pay more than quoted. This is not the way a business should be run. Will not be back to this place.

These guys are great!!! They installed my new car radio and did a great job! Super fast too! Sparkles was more than willing to answer all the questions that I could come up with (and there were plenty). They also install remote starters, heated seats, and numerous other things. Who knew that a vehicle could have so many after markets things done to it??!? Not me!

Got my new radio put in and it looks great. They made choosing a radio easy and also helped me choose new door speakers. I got to talk to the store manager Wes and he was kind, friendly, and you could tell he cared about his workers. They only thing that could have been better was sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours sucked they need a t.v. or something.

Customer service was great. Everything was done in timely manner. I give a three because they left a razor on my leather seats. The tint techs need to be more careful.

I have been here 2 times the past 2 weeks. Did a great job fixing my radio and put new speakers in. While they were at it they fixed a loose wire they saw that fixed my truck gauges. I will be going back for anymore audio needs. Great customer service always jump on the phone and awnser fast and trust worthy.

Since Dave B. has become GM this store is all about the customer where as before it was all about them dead presidents. Great job turning the store around in terms of customer service...love their tint work even before the management took over, its always been quality workmanship and a person knows theyll pay that little extra for it too but thats to be expected.

Dave at Car-Fi gave me his go-to Kenwood stereo and speakers when I went in informing him that I was looking for a good basic setup for my truck. He didnt recommend the cheapest or the most expensive so I had a good feeling about it from the start. Now, once I get some more of the old man look on this truck changed, Ill be heading back for some upgrades and window tinting. Dave and Car-Fi are now my go to for my stereo and custom needs. I have recently purchased a stereo, car alarm/remote start, and window tinting from Car Fi in Nixa. The purchasing and install process were seamless, though I did have to put off the install for a week due to personal business obligations that I had to take care of first.Wes Logan, Lee the installer, and Nick the window tinter were all awesome to work with, and made my 4Runner look and sound even more amazing than it already did.I chose Car Fi in Nixa based off of the experience my girlfriend had there when she was having issues with her stereo. Wes helped her diagnose the problem, spending the time with her to get it right and offer her an affordable solution. He didnt try to take advantage of the fact that she is not very knowledgeable about stereos and such.I would strongly recommend to anyone and everyone willing to listen that they use Car Fi in Nixa for any mobile electronics or window tinting needs, theyre awesome!!
